Innovative company who are helping others lead the way
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive their platform is, when you can't figure something out there is a vast amount of support documentation around to help and also a great support desk who can help you with what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small differences between the different platforms (marketing, sales, service), wouldn't be so bad if you only focused on one platform for your job but in a small business you end up taking on a lot and there are little differences that can be annoying to deal with. e.g. the default task dates for making a follow up task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using hubspot to help with our sales, marketing and support (while we aren't using this feature too much at this stage.) We have realised how much the inbound methodology can help our business, they are leading in this area and so we can use a whole lot of their advice, what they do and their learning academy to base our business around and see how it can help us to achieve the numbers we are looking for.
A full customer management system
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily it HubSpot makes it to manage my clients interaction from meeting them to calls to closing the sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that HubSpot doesn’t automatically include a system to auto invoice and bill. You have to manually do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot I have found it extremely easy to manage the clients I deal with. With other 50+ clients it’s hard to remember each interaction with a client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Hubspot CRM to handle your clients if you don’t have a CRM yet.
Good for pro agencies with one or more sales reps
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the email automation feature (sequence), email marketing system, syncing facebook lead ads with their CRM systems mostly.
The basic contact and lead management system are pretty robust and it populates many details automatically about your lead even if you do not have that information.
I did not find such an integrated solution to other CRM that suits the agency model - coming from a user who used Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and other CRM's

What do you dislike about the product?
For sales starter pack their email automation sequence system is a bit manual and takes time to check individual accounts.
I also did not like their mobile app, as it's not often updated and facilities are still pretty basic compared to their web app version.
I also opted out from their native chatbot integration as it supports general flow to get the leads mostly. I found negative feedback from an audience and shifted our chatbot to Facebook messenger service through the website.
My developer found out that embedding their forms and codes to the website may cause slowing it down a bit (due to javascript insert) and web performance is hampered a bit for that.

Organized the progress of my sale. Helped me to get more data from the lead. I can create follow up calls after seeing my leads email updates.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should consider paying for their software as it comes with great functionality for sales and marketing. A good option for the agency and B2B organizations.
Hubspot makes it very easy for me to keep track of all my contacts.
What do you like best about the product?
Email tracking and setting tasks to remind me to follow up with leads.
Templates are a great way to save time on typing emails that contain a lot of the same information and then tweaking them to the specific customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is not very intuitive to see what you are able to do with workloads as well as making charts and graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes lead, order, and quote follow up much easier. I am able to follow up with all of the people I am in contact with and I do not have to worry about leaving anyone out because I can filter by customer and set reminders for myself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Makes it very easy to manage your time and contacts.
If you have multiple people who touch a contact, this CRM makes it very easy for anyone to be in the loop.
This CRM is great for there to be someone who manages a group of people and can then delegate tasks to a group of people. All information like amount of times contacted can be tracked by one person for a large group of people.

What do you like best about the product?
We were actually able to increase our campaign funding and donation platform by a margin of 15 percent using HubSpot. Our sales pushes have been through the roof. Obviously, we do not actually "sell" a item persay, but we are selling our candidate and platform. HubSpot has put us over the edge, which is why we are well funded and have stayed in office for three terms!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is that we began training to use HubSpot at a really poor time in our campaign, which was actually the manager's fault and decision- so it was a little hectic to understand and tap into at the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Money. Sales. Contacts. All of it. We are more organized than before, money is easier funneled than it was before and our reach has expanded immensely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! Like I said, we have exponentially increased our sales and account intake. Our consumers are satisfied and have been reached out to in a timely manner. It worked for us and can work for you.
Clear overview for the leads and my monthly - weekly progress
What do you like best about the product?
The call function of Hubspot. Moreover the meeting link was very usefull as well. I also reall liked the dahboard where I could monitor my progress the whole time. I found Snippets also very useful. Even though we don't work a lot with the Sequence due to personalisation of the e-mails I find this usuful for other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dublication issue of the contacts. You still have to manually go through the contacts and merge them. The Hubspot for Outlook is crashing quite often as a result we have to again install it after a period of 1 or 2 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to a large number of potential leads in relatively short time. Snippets is also a benefit
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that its really worth it especially if the company has very few employees. The more the better. Every company should invest enough time for the integration process and they should do the tutorials otherwise they will not make the most out of this service.

It is an automated system in which sales are done very quick and it has a database recorded of all the sales which can be look into anytime and is a very effective software for startup easy to use and very flexible.

A fantastic product with well developed preferences and features easy to use and very flexible . It has a good value for its money
HubSpot CRM is customizable and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's versatile, HubSpot CRM is visual and intuitive. It is perfect to keep the information of our contacts and daily activities organized in a simple way. It allows the customization of the email sequences, an action that optimizes the interaction with customers and leads. Integration with Gmail increases its effectiveness. So far, I like the services it provides to the user.

Currently, I have not experienced operating problems. In fact, it improves workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use. Pipeline management is simple, HubSpot helps us monitor the most important aspects of sales.

It is a service that offers many integrations, making it easy to adapt to any workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of support teams and the ability to customize functionalities. The automation and task management is what I am most looking forward to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training is almost wonderful - but covers too much with not enough "do-it-yourself" examples to actually learn how to do what you are being told about. The "quizzes" don't help to retain the info. Some of the examples are too broad and don't make sense if your company does not fit neatly into a common box.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation needs in team tasks and also customer facing communications. Tracking customer outreach. Keeping up with our customer requests. Storing customer data. We are still in implementation stage and are moving very slowly, so we have not yet realized any benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely hire a freelance specialist, consultant, or vendor service team to help with implementation. The Implementation Specialist is not as helpful as it seems they may be up front at actual implementation, they are more of a guide.
Great Organizational Tool and Easy Interfaced CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the mobile application when at a convention or on the go. I was also a fan of the free option, as a trailblazer of tech in the argiculutural side of things, I found it useful to bring them up to speed and share an account of contacts across the team I was on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked losing all of my contacts after being not active for a while. I also did not see an export or CSV option when I was utilizing it, which is handy when analyzing the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to organize the customer database and loved the interface it had. Usually, I am working in the spreadsheet environment, which is great for large sets of data- but it is difficult when updating. This is where Hubspot is nice and user friendly!

I would suggest when an account goes inactive, to see over a download of the contacts
