Innovative and easy experience

What do you like best about the product?
The contacts page was the main upside to the platform. I am able to complete many of my tasks through this portion of the platform. The company section was also important when taking notes during meetings. Rather taking notes using another tool, I was able to take notes directly onto hubspot, make any necessary adjustments and also send the notes to the clients immediately. That was the absolute best feature of the Hubspot Sales platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ales page had the lowest upside or me in hubspot. It has the lowest upside for me because I personally did not use it as much as the other sections of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The conversations and contacts page allows me to be more efficient in sending messages and planning meetings with clients. These options allowed me to stay in touch with each client as well leave a detailed comment or notes with each person I contacted. Being able to search a client's name and immediately seeing when was the last date of contact and what went on in that conversation was a real time saver for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One advice for anyone who wants to have a seamless transition from one vendor to another, going with hubspot is the best way to go about it. Being able to import all my contacts and companies through the platform was very fast and easy. The hubspot sales hub has made everything much easier to use. It is very user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate. I like the layout on deal pages and how easy it is to create new companies and contacts

I wish there was an inbox or emails area where I could see a summary of all the emails I've sent through HubSpot

Hubspot CRM changed my approach to sales

What do you like best about the product?
By implementing HubSpot CRM I suddenly had access to the unknown life of my leads and clientes. I knew everything they did on our website, the emails they read, how many times they opened them, if they clicked on the links. If it wasn't in HubSpot it didn't exist. We began to have all the calls and meetings of our reps logged on the CRM, if we had to add someone else in the process, the new sales representative could dive into the deal exactly where it had been left, knowing all the details.


We were able to centralize all those who were part of the purchase decision, have playbooks to assist new sales representatives in their communications with customers, and dashboards to measure their performance. Establish criteria to evolve businesses within the pipeline, email templates, automation ...

Best of all, CRM is just the tip of the iceberg. If you connect your company to the Marketing Hub, Service Hub and CMS Hub, you will get a solid platform from which to manage all the areas that deal with the customer from just ONE platform (Hubspot has more than 300 integrations).

# Imagine how important it is for a salesperson to be able to read that a customer has an unresolved open ticket before calling.

#Imagine how important It is for a rep before a call, to know what content their potential customer consumed before contacting them.

#Imagine how good a customer feels when they don't get asked the same thing every time they get a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no downside, i think It is such a great product. I'm a user since 2015.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More sales in leds time, happier customers and I feel like I'm doing a better job.

What do you like best about the product?
This CRM is very handy for managing prospects who visit my website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing contacts or companies is simple but during the import I encountered difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing prospects is simpler. A vision of his condition during the purchase journey is really practical.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to to create prospecting lists in seconds. I also love how efficient and helpful technical support is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to customize the columns more in your task list e.g. time zone, state. However, their technical issues team is invaluable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a sales team and helping them prospect. The ability to look at our data in such a clean way is invaluable for our sales team.

HubSpot's tools make a difference for our law practice

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's toolset has been instrumental in the success and growth of our law firm. Being able to track and record all inbound information from potential clients and then continue monitoring all communications and interactions with clients throughout the lifecycle of a case helps us better understand who, how, and where clients are coming from and how best to meet their needs and expecatations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is resistance from new employees and even from long-time employees to consistently use the entire breadth and width of HubSpot's toolset. The online training provided by HubSpot has improved this problem. Also, HubSpot's toolset being web-based is not always as responsive as working on a local or client based application or NAS. Learning to work at a slightly slower pace and logging everything is a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning where clients come from and how they sign-up has been eye-opening. You quickly learn that just because something has always been done a certain way that is is not necessarily the best way. We reaped a $53,000+ benefit which paid for the entire cost of HubSpot for a couple of years by uncovering that a certain advertising program we had used for years was actually delivering a horrible ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great features that we love and we can summarize them with being able to log and track emails so much better, also love using the Documents tool and we can create email templates on the fly, create, and share Meetings links, also create and use snippets and being able to enroll contacts in a sequence and lastly, have the capability of adding videos to CRM emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really love so much of HubSpot but there are times where we have a hard time in the app. We have a large amount of users in our organization and we use plugin features within our Gmail. Every once in a while they break and we need to install them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team lives in HubSpot - as they use a large number of mail campaigns, newsletters, and internal company updates. In reality, having sales/marketing all in one location makes collaboration across all our teams seamless through HubSpot CRM. A big benefit in switching most of our processes to HubSpot for all our teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take total advantage of the free tools and the vast amount of training material. These guys will keep you up to date with amazing information.

What do you like best about the product?
The email tracking, reporting, and super easy to use, creating contacts, sequences, and the plug-ins such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outlook sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting is finnicky, and installing some plug-ins was difficult. Also the limits on email templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track my sales cycles, if contacts have open emails or engaged with content, and it helps me to organize my sales process.

Hubspot Does Everything and More!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely easy to use and is user friendly. The software is intuitive and they give access to a ton of videos for you to further train yourself on Hubspot's functionality. I also love their chat support feature where you can talk directly to someone at Hubspot if you have any questions or are having any issues. I don't know what I would do at my job without Hubspot, it's the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with Microsoft Teams and sometimes the functionality of reports. I would like for that to be a bit more robust! There really isn't much to complain about with this software as they're extremely open to suggestions and are always looking for ways to improve their platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hubspot to solve task management, engagement/outreach strategies, and account management. It is so easy to house all of the necessary information on an account, associate contacts to that account, and keep track of their deal progression all in one place. I also LOVE the task feature, as I would surely lose track of all of my to-dos without it! The ability to have data insights into marketing/outreach campaigns is amazing as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using the resources available to learn the basics and more of Hubspot. There are so many great things the software offers and a lot can be missed if the surface is only scratched by your users/administrators. Take the time to live in the product and learn in because I found that that's a fantastic way to learn more about its functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of HubSpot Sales is how easy it is to add and track contacts. An added bonus is being able to see when and how many times they open your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
An unfortunate feature for companies with a small budget is that all staff need to pay separately for their own sales account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps us with our inbound marketing and being able to automate our touch-points in our communication.
