Hubspot Sequencing has taken business to the moon!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate my messages to my market has allowed me to have more touches and communication with decision makers in a time where to meeting face to face doesn't present itself. I have been able to book more meetings, hold more meetings and make more sales due to the ability to mass communicate with the market while saving me a ton of time. Without the ability to communicate with this feature my day would be spent sending individual emails! I am able to manage inbound leads in one spot, track communication and assess what is working for content in my sequences and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. The only thing I would like to see or have the ability to do is end the sequence for some of the enrollees without having to go through each one to unenroll. I do not like the fact I can only enroll 50 contacts in a sequence at a time and that I have to use multiple steps to do get everyone enrolled. If there was an ennoblement feature to enroll all contacts that I have filtered to receive my correspondence, it would save me time so I wouldn't have to click each page. It would be beneficial to be able to enroll all contacts in my filter into a sequence at once and not have it limited to a batch of 50.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass communication outreach. Ability to communicate at a high level with more people in less time. I have been able to book more meetings resulting in more sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with Zoom Info a lot. It keeps everything organized and having the tasks every day keeps me on track. Tasks are a big part on why I use hubspot. It keeps me well organized and in the loop of whats going on. Without having those tasks, some of my follow up procedures would be lost and I could miss out on potential deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot will not load on some days which makes it frustrating when I am trying to complete tasks, or look up my potential clients. The biggest problem I have with Hubspot is how it won't track some of my calls or emails on certain days. The data then is distorted and won't show what I had missed on the days it chose not to record my stats. Other than that, there really is not much to dislike about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One benefit to using hubspot is constantly staying on track and focused with my tasks. It's nice to see who clicks on my emails that I send out. This feature makes it very easy for when I am reaching out via phone. Another benefit of using hubspot is the capability to show who has clicked through my emails when they are sent out. This has made it easier for me when I am following up with potential customers. Lastly, I will say that the sequence builder has been key to following up with potential clients. This is a game changer for any salesperson that uses this CRM. This allows for automatic emails to be sent out without you having to remember to do so yourself!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would totally go with Hubspot over any other competitor. This company is heading in the right direction!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation and ease in navigating the dashboard. Email sequences save me so much time and are great to enroll different leads at each journey they are individually on. This helps my productivity and time management and does not let me miss a beat when following up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new to this so I am working out my own tweaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are filling our funnel which was neglected for a while. We are creating new sequences and qualifying leads. Time management is a huge area I am finding improvement on!

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to extend my reach and align my days in never thought possible. I love the way that I'm able to automate the mundane tasks and focus on the leads that require personalization. This has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I dislike too much as I'm a huge fan of the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My workflow involves omni channel outreach, so I'm able to set all of these things up through Hubspot. As of last month, even my linkedin tasks are set up.

Hubspot Templates-make for super fast follow up

What do you like best about the product?
I use the templates in Hubspot Sales regularly to quickly follow up with prospects especially after a phone call where they've asked for more information. The templates gives me a quick way to thoughtfully follow up. Many of my conversations have a similar outcomes due to the nature of my job and templates keeps me from spending too much time on crafting emails right after a chat. This feature helps me focus on my responsibility to connect with prospects on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure there are other features that would be just a time saving and helpful, but I haven't taken the time to review the ways to include them in a my daily routines
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time using snippets and templates so that I can "sale" more. I also love the task feature so that I can set follow up to-dos for myself without having to write them down or set a calendar. Probably the most useful feature to my job.

Amazing tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. All instructions are very easily expanded in shot videos.
I love that we have training material to pretty much every subject.
Remainders for all tasks are exceptional, and you can choose if you want them to be delivered to your email inbox or not.
I found creating the templates very easy and you can adjust them at any time.
Any email conversations you can quickly be followed up with email trackers. You just know where you are standing on with your client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium package has so many fantastic futures but is quite pricey for a small business. There are different levels which are still very helpful, and we use them very usefully. But this is the biggest downside of this tool for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes me much more organised I have fast and straightforward access to data to all my clients in one place.
I can very quickly see what is situation with my client because of email tracking. This help with choosing the next respond.
All templates in one place, because the HubSpot is integrated with my inbox I can send prepared emails from the platform are straight from my mail box.
I can track the progress of my work, there is visible data, how many new connections, how many close deals, how many tasks.
I can organise tasks and meetings for my college without him being involved. He just receive notification about the task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent tool if you are a start-up or an experienced entrepreneur.

What do you like best about the product?
An essential Sales CRM Tool. User friendly interface. Also provides a feature to generate multiple reports based on different analytics. The support team is quick in resolving issues if any with minimum ETA possible. We can also customize different tasks, add email templates to be used frequently. Also provides a feature that helps us track all the activities on our sales and marketing email campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I feel what all business requirements we need, the HubSpot tool suffices our needs and has helped in organizing our sales process and outreach better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better organization of our outreach programs and regular reminders. Also the call recording facility helps in finding appropriate solutions while reviewing conversations and not missing on important updates. Regular sales outreach tasks ensure we don't miss our coordinating with our prospects and also with our regular customers. Also helps in dashboard analysis by populating data thus helps in making an efficient use of resources.

Stunning program

What do you like best about the product?
The entire functionality of the system, simple operation and quick access to your own data in connection with team goals and their graphical representation. In addition, I like the function that all correspondence with a customer is secured, so I can see what was discussed at any time and also see whether the customer has already had time to look at the cover letter or offers. The function of creating entire briefs and quotation templates also makes my work considerably easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a bit more up to date, it should have a fresher look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be much more effectively do my job, be closer with customers, and quicker in reaching my goals than before.

Hubspot - Sequences

What do you like best about the product?
Knowing which leads are already in a sequence, being able to see what kind of results the sequences are giving, I also love it that you can really quickly add prospects to a sequence with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I enroll a lot of contacts on a sequence I can't choose on which time schedule to send the emails. They will be put in a queue but then it happens the emails are being send 24/7, even on weekends and holidays. It's too bad you can only choose in the beginning on when the contact batch will begin, but not all of them.

It also puts our newsflash on hold since it's put together in the same queue, like today the newsflash was send during midnight instead of during the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nurturing leads, having a good sales funnel. I've gained a lot more demo's and signups from the sequences then I thought it would give me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to check with your devs if you can implement Hubspot into your website. It's not a copy paste of some codes, it's really a hassle to change anything on your website later on when you have Hubspot integrated.
