What a FANTASTIC CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of it. Everything you do is so easy, if for some reason you don't know how to do something, their academy is there to help! I love how easy is to follow up with people and they even provide tips while you are making your email. Once you set up everything it allows the sales team to run smoothly. A fantastic tool for every one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't highlight anything as I find they have done an excellent job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping customers reach their goal to sign up with us. Sometimes they aren't ready, but with the sales cycle it creates automated tasks, which make it easier. The improvement they have made to click on the task and take off on the queue, it is simplicity at its best!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think it anymore, GO FOR IT! This will change the way you do business.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with colleagues in running common campaigns. Avoid duplicate emails to customers. Easy setup of automated follow up sequences.
Compared to other CRMs Hubspot is much more intuitive and easy to work with. There are several integrations with other datasets we use often
The sales analytics platform is good but a little complicated to set up. Since we also use Salesforce, it depends on the integration between the two.

What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to see who clicked or opened a sequence after the sequence has been executed. There is not even a workaround. The only way it works is to manually go through each contact which defeats the purpose of a platform such as Hubspot.
Lack of integration between the various tools. For example lists and sequences are not integrated seamlessly. It took us a collective 50 hours to understand it and make it work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this to reach out to a large number of leads during the COVID times to provide them with the latest service our company can offer them.
It is necessary to follow up with customers multiple times before they respond. The sequence feature is really cool in setting up various types of follow up templates and the platform executes them seamlessly.
We also use it as our sales analytics and reporting platform given its rich visualization features.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start small based on your organizational requirements and capabilities and scale up. There are a lot of cool features but trying to get everything up and running on day one is a challenge.

Hubspot Fuels Our Account and Partnership Management Efforts
What do you like best about the product?
I can't rave enough about the task management. My day is driven by my tasks and Hubspot makes it really easy to fly from task to task, knocking out work and setting yourself up for success. As long as I make a task for myself in Hubspot, nothing falls through the cracks.
I also love the gmail integration and how our emails are logged, by user, with our clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't forward emails from the email tool, which makes it hard when my account management team has to forward emails on to our support team. Right now, it's impossible to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot integrates with our database. So, when a new user comes online, our AM team is made aware of them immediately. We also know when users make first time purchases, cancel, etc. The flexible API and custom tasks, workflows, etc. really make our jobs easier and it brings the important data to the forefront.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The email integration is a must. Combining workflows with active lists can be really powerful to automate the repetitive parts of your job. Email sequences will save you hours.

I like the blogs and content on sales strategy. I like the sequences and templates to streamline my outreach

Sometimes it is buggy and doesn't allow me to quickly move through the platform

The ease of automation and the Queue feature that allows you to go through tasks one at a time

Inability to integrate with Justcall to send multiple texts (or automatically send texts as part of a Sequence)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to stay on top of all my open tasks and really stay accountable. The interface makes it very easy to stay on task and focused and minimizes distractions.
Sending Emails to list of people has never been so easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love using sequences that allow me to send 1 email to a list of people. My organization uses a lot of lists, not a lot of work is needed for me to have a group of people personal communication from me. It looks like is sent them an email from my personal account. I also love that I am able to edit small details in each email as I am sending it out. Very helpful for me in the work I do as a Client Service Manager!
What do you dislike about the product?
Specifically, about the sequence feature, I wish I could send it to more people at one time. They currently have it capped at 50 people per round you use. I am able to send 500 a day which is fine!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving personal touchpoints with thousands of my clients. I have realized I am able to send an email to a few hundred people and get a response much faster. When we send them as marketing emails they usually go to spam, whereas the Sequence feature does not.

What do you like best about the product?
The system used to keep track of open tasks and completed ones is what I love about this app. I can also take on any pending tasks on someone else's list without any hassle. I can easily see all the activity on a timeline style format, that can also be filtered down to a specific activity. I's very useful when you have hundreds of tasks and multiple members of your team working on different things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue would be the service interruptions due to the network or server being down, but that is a rare inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem HubSpot Sales Hub has solved for me is organizing what tasks still need to be done, and I can always go back to see which ones have been completed with just one click of the mouse. Before we would just have a spreadsheet that we would have to scroll through to see what still needed to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all contacts in one location and being able to utilize sequences, workflows, meeting links and personalization has made the always hectic workday that much easier. Also, being able to instantly create tasks that could possibly be months or even a year out has streamlined my to-do list and makes sure nothing gets forgotten!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is sometimes the pages cannot be found and can take multiple chances or minutes to reload.

Having tasks and setting reminders has benefited me greatly by not having to have multiple lists or possibly forgetting a list somewhere in the hectic days we call life.

What do you like best about the product?
Well, im still just an intern but i've worked with other CRM systems previously. Thus, it was no challenge at all to figure how to do everything i had to on Hubspot, it is actually way easier than the others ive used in past! I had experiences with Oracle BI, while working for Siemens, witch were aweful. It would have been probably easier if we used notebooks and pens like the old fashined way. But not with Hub, it makes my job less complicated, safer, better to get organized, and therefore more sucsessfull;
What do you dislike about the product?
No complains at all! Really, you guys are great. I still am quite "traumatized" with past experiences with other (worst) CRM Plataforms i had, so it really seams way batter than anything i ve seen. My friends that also use it surely agree with me. I know pepople from marketing, financial market, big companies, small business, startups (like us) it works perfectly for all of us. Ive been using it for about 3 monthns now. For my function, I am sort of restricted (not litteraly) to the sales and contacts part of it. Would really like to get to know the whole thing better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do have a whole sales pipe to manage by myself, and it is quite easy to do so organizing myself thru taks and deals. I am able to connect with our company´s Slack (chat), gmail, our website... it is pretty good and really makes it easier to manage a sales program. Also in this pandemic time we are living, it reaaly helps to work from home without being affected by being far from our office.
