No other CRM compares to HubSpot. Truly. It has change the game for me and my team.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is. It is very straightforward, and easy to use and understand, and even when it doesnt make sense, the support team is unmatched. I also love how we can see the data and information on such a granular level. I love how I can chat right from the page I am on and get support from an agent. They always are so quick to respond, and always answer my questions. I also love how you can get notifications through Hubspot whenever someone looks at an article or a document you have attached.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could pause a sequence that is currently running without having to unenroll and re enroll everyone.I also wish that you could export a lead list into google docs from HubSpot. So lets say I ran a sequence and I only wanted to export the people who didnt respond.. there isnt a way to export to google docs or excell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing which leads are already being worked, being able to nurture leads better, having templates and already prepared language to use at a moments notice. Also I love how everything integrates with HS and HS integrates with everything. We used to not be able to see who was working what leads or accounts and now we can. It is so easy with HubSpot to run multiple sequences at a time, and track what is working, what is not working and what we can change and do better. I also love how when you are creating the sequence in the first place it gives you recommendations on best practices and what HubSpot has seen others do that works. I also love how your cell phone number integrates within the platform, so you can make outbound calls straight from the platform, and have your number be the one that shows up, as well as saves the call, recorded right there on the leads profile. All of the data in HubSpot is then transferred to Salesforce which my company uses as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DO IT. It truly has helped our company hit record numbers, communicate better, and have a clearer understanding about our leads, our customers, what is working, and what is not working.
Good SMB tool combining Salesforce and Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
With sequences, it is similar to a salesloft cadence while being on the same exact interface as the rest of the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't customize emails in sequences or change the content of the emails on the fly in between steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just keeps all sales opps in one place for me.

What do you like best about the product?
We loved the mailing sequences. When the virus hit and everyone was going home to work, we were able to send them some options we had available for making that a better experience. Most people were trying to work from their dining room table and were not in an ergonomically friendly position. It was also great just to check in on our clients. This has been a tough time for our clients and Hub Spot allowed us to check on them.

If you don't put the name in right, you will not have the best results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all our sales to keep track of where all the jobs are in the pipeline. You can have letters sent to your clients along the whole process to keep them informed and everyone else gets notifications of where you are in the sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hubspot is how organized the platform makes you. It is like having a personal assistant by your side at all times and gives you the freedom and peace of mind to focus on the more pressing issues of the day instead of getting bogged down in the logistics of the sales or marketing cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that uploading contacts to my prospect list was a little bit more streamlined of a process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales team and I are always trying to gauge what kind of messaging resonates most with our audience and using Hubspot analytics capabilities allows us to see the hard numbers behind which forms of outreach are working and which ones are not.

Hubspot is great because you can use it as a sales tool as well as a marketing tool and gives you detailed feedback on what effect the content you put out has on your target audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is exceptionally well thought out. There are several different features all designed to enhance your CRM. It is also supported by an excellent customer support team and knowledge base.
Unlike other platforms I have used, HubSpot is designed with its users at the forefront. I have also found that they are receptive to feedback, should you identify a gap that you would like to be addressed in future.
I particularly like the personalised dashboard feature with in-depth sales analytics and sales performance management.
The platform additionally integrates extremely with with our plugins.

What do you dislike about the product?
The articles and lessons on HubSpot academy could be more direct and to the point. I find they 'waffle' in presentation. As we are very busy, it means that I may miss the relevant information. Sometimes I wish the key takeaways were identified and listed at the bottom of each lesson.
The metrics for sequence scoring at times needs to be adjusted. For example, if you have a sequence with 2 emails and the contact responds to the second email due to the current scoring system in place, HubSpot will register that user as 'completed sequence no response', despite the fact they responded directly to the second/last email, sometimes with less than 24hours between.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have successfully defined our leads, MQLs and SQLs resulting in a greater efficiency within the team and higher conversion rates. Chatflows, Workflows and Sequences have been integral to this success.
Again, the HS support team are exceptionally helpful and generous with their time when it comes to assisting with a project or teaching you something new.

What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with other administrative tools (CRM, eMail).
What do you dislike about the product?
Capabitity to use with some desktop apps on mac.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up for sales process and automation of onboarding tasks.

Read and see all videos related with training in order to get a must usefull experience.

I like how easy templates are to use and create. They are extremely handy for what I do!

There is nothing i dislike about hubspot what would help is more integration with sales platforms but other than that has been a huge helping hand at my workplace :)

The benefits are automated emails , organized inbox and sales deals , and the opportunity to create task and follow ups so you are always in the loop

What do you like best about the product?
The automation features have allowed me to follow up on content easily. The email and link tracking has made it easy to determine who is engaged and who isn't. The list generation, and especially active lists, are a super powerful tool that I'm making better every time that I use them. By combining the List generation with the analytics activity I am able to quickly segment my portfolio and work out which customers are activity using the platform, and, more importantly, HOW they're using it so I can send them the correct information. Also, the analytics dashboards are very useful for determining how you're doing and what you need to be focusing on, and what your priorities are for the foreseeable future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clicking email takes you to your computers emailing app, not to the in HubSpot emailing app. Some times you have to be very creative with use of filters as they are very inclusive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to segment and re-engage a large and messy portfolio and the different customisations for HubSpot have allowed me to quickly clean up and engage these customers. The list generation has allowed me to easily contact them with relevant content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into the different options in lists as there are a lot of categories and can be used very powerfully. Also, not to make your sequences too long as you can't enroll them in another sequence until the last one has finished so it might make your content sporadic. Also, keep it clean. Also, use the HubSpot official calendar link so that your contacts are unenrolled automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to work out of the tasks and deals. Calling directly out of hubspot helps my team track their call details and let's our team make sure of productivity. The different dashboards as a whole are great, especially when you have different sales teams. In comparison to other platforms, the ease of use if quite ridiculous.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more mass marketing promotions. Otherwise, it's a great system as a whole. I'd also say I'm not sure if the closing probability is the most accurate, but we still try to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at all. The benefits would be seeing who is opening the e-mails, if they click on anything, being able to set out tasks. I love that this helps me not lose any bigger deals. I'm also a huge fan of the sequences. It helps us e-mail market and cold calling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend it. Just make sure if you do upload a list, that ownership of companies/contacts is attributed to correct salesperson. Duplicated companies/contacts can happen if differing e-mails are had.
