Hubspot is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me organize a very large contact database and keep track of calls being made to these contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical issues that arise. For example there are times I noticed calls and notes not being recorded. Secondly after making an email thru hubspot I have the tracker add-on and if i scroll over the email in my sent folder it alerts me saying somebody opened it this doesn't help if I'm trying to keep current tabs on contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new layout is very user friendly. Making calls and being able to see my notes as I'm in a call is super useful.

IT's a great tool and really user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I love how modern and clean the interface is. User Experience is SO IMPORTANT in this day in age. I much prefer using HubSpot on a daily basis than that of Sales Force because of this main reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs and delays occur quite often. However, they do tend to be resolved in a timely manner. It has prevented me from doing work at time though which can be incredibly frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect with clients more due to referring to my past conversations and history with them that has been logged into HubSpot. I can also see who they are connected to and easily gather all of the information I need.
Easy in use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like that system shows comprehensively all information about a deal and contact on one screen so you don't have to open tens of windows. I also like that pipeline is divided into stages so you can easily track the status of each deal! Another thing is custom properties which help you to enter every aspect of data that you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a time-nerd and you want precisely track timing such as first contact date/time when the prospect entered to the specific deal stage/etc. then Hubspot won't help you much, unfortunately. However, they release constant updates so it's something that might be improved in the future!

Hubspot makes my job 100% easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the CRM is connected so well with everything. I can search history very easily. The workflows and sequences are so time saving!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it connected with payment info for the clients. I also wish it was easier to sort some of the timeline information. Making the timeline searchable would be sweet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! I save so much time with sequences. I have been able to increase my pipeline exponentially due to this saved time.
Overall a Solid Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is intuitive and easy to catch on how to use the basic functions. Things are not really hidden out of the way and support is quick to answer through the chat bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI for workflows and not allowing duplication of tree branches or sections. It would be nice when creating more advance marketing flows as well as being able to push data from contacts/companies to deals and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to allow sales people to focus more on sales and less on worrying if the records are being handled properly.

It is a modern and intuitive application. I am satisfied with your ability to organize large volumes of contacts, this streamlines the operations of our marketing team. It is excellent for managing relationships with customers, as it has integrations available with email platforms, improving our communications with them. Integrations with sales software make it more efficient.

I have nothing to add in this field. It's a good app.

The way in which HubSpot organizes the information is efficient, which increases productivity and positively drives the operations of our marketing and sales team. It also improves relationships with our customers and helps us find sales opportunities.

This CRM is super simple and easy to use. It allows you to easily upload your contacts, plan out your interactions with your customers and potentials, and even send emails through it! It is a great free business tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still fairly new to using it, so I dont think that there is really anything I dislike so far besides how confusing some features are. But, I think it will just take some learning and getting used to. No biggie.

I am able to quickly and efficiently sort and organize, as well as prioritize my potential customers and leads, as well as schedule follow ups right from my laptop or even my phone! It is super convenient.

Take the time to go through the tutorials. They are very helpful.

Nothing so far. I find that Hubspot CRM is a key tool to manage customer relationships and prospects.

HubSpot CRM drives us to work efficiently. It allows us to handle large amounts of contacts and helps us strengthen relationships with our customers.

I recommend the free plan. Although it does not have all the functions of paid subscriptions, it contains many useful tools to manage contacts.
Hubspot gives us excellent SEO tools
What do you like best about the product?
We like the price of Hubspot. There are many other SEO platforms with fewer features, and they charge more depending on the SEO settings that are set. In the case of Hubspot, it is also paid depending on the size of the campaigns, but they are much cheaper. We estimate an approximate of $ 2,400 per year. It is quite cheap. We really like your keyword monitoring tool. Its A / B test system is very easy to configure, and allows analysis of the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Rank tracking service is usually slow. Its integration with Google Analytics is also slow, and also inefficient. We do not like your options when saving contacts within the database, nor your application for inbound marketing. Another problem of Hubspot is its poor integration to social networking platforms, as in the case of Facebook.

Thanks to Hubspot our positioning on the web has improved greatly. Our relationships with customers are better organized, and it has become easier for us to generate sales opportunities. In addition, we have noticed that our marketing management is more automated than in the past.

Hubspot is a widely recommended online positioning software for managing keywords, and for managing profits. It has excellent tools for analyzing and monitoring trending and competition, making it an excellent option for market research.
Good experience, nice sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is a nice "all in one" sales tool that integrates with back-office platforms and makes sales effortless and seamlessly. I am not familiar with that app, if there is one but would like to find out more about that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, its a useful tool. However, I did have some issues integrating the sales/lead bot onto my site. Overall, like I said, not much to dislike at this point although I haven't 100% dove into HubSpot, yet. From my initial impression, it is a nice tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having some issues integrating the sales/lead bot onto my site. I have not pushed much to move forward with resolving this issue, but would like a resolution so I can utilize this particular tool and generate more sales leads.

Be attentive, there is a good amount to it. This tool is great for someone that likes analytics and tracking. Also someone that is organized and values lead generation and lead follow-ups.
