Powerful tool for business development in these COVID times.
What do you like best about the product?
The mass emailing opportunity as well as the customer service! We're in the hustle times and it's great to have a tool where we can easily reach out to our new market and make sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be interesting to see who is in the queue for sequences, for example - who is emailed each day? As well, if an email bounces, it would be cool to have the system automatically disqualify the lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The consistent messaging, central database for mass business development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy-to-use, great for mass emailing and manages the content of those emails really well. And the emails sent outcome out clean and not looking like spam.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's adaptability to our company's unique structure as been a great features!
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see more adaptability in some key areas of contact owners...but Hubspot has helped us despite that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage the number of strategic personalized connections with our contact and companies. This is allowed us to better manage our team as weel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dedicate a support team on your staff to manage the CRM. The support from Hubspot is amazing, but dedicating a team locally has helped personalize the CRM to local needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of email sending, better use of time and efficient email sending while you keep doing your daily duties in a very effective automatic send-outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would definitely recommend obtaining daily reports of sent emails and contacts that opened the emails with all their contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the huge amount of prospecting contacts and we have accelerated the delivering of different sequences, increasing productivity for email marketing campaigns and reducing the times significantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everything is perfect but it would be fantastic to design templates from scratch including more visuals, colors, more like marketing style.

What do you like best about the product?
More organized than other CRM's I've used. I have used Salesforce and other CRM's and I prefer HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sequences were free. I like the sequence feature but won't pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-mail organization, queues, and tracking. Very helpful intel.
Sequencing
What do you like best about the product?
The upload every day is super simple and you can have it planned out days in advance. It makes follow up super easy, as it tells you when you next step is coming.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a while to set everything up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with follow up, you don't have to try and remember everything in your hear. It reminds you every day the next step. It makes more time for me to sell in person because the computer does all the front end work of trying to grab the client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a while to get the hang of it, but if you are in it everyday it makes it simple to track everything.

Tracking Deals and Deals Automation as a 360-degree overview of sales
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation of Sales Deals is not that easy to set up and it is confusing whether it is worth to use workflows or deal automation.

I manage membership renewals and consultancy work

HubSpot is Great but Needs a Little Work
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way HubSpot integrates with the other products I use like Gmail, Zoom, ZoomInfo, etc. It integrates so incredibly well and makes my job far more efficient. The interface and workflows are intuitive. It is easy to make calls and emails, and I love all the features: notes, selecting outcome, templates, sequences, I could go on forever. It's just great in almost every way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site frequently goes down, at least once a week, it can be frustrating since we completely rely on it to work. On the bright side they are always on top of fixing it. I also wish they included analytics for templates like they do for sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure prospect's don't get forgotten (i.e. missing follow-ups) and I don't forget prior interactions. This is HubSpot's bread and butter. I love it dearly for this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is exactly what you want and need in a CRM. It is just a few very minor tweaks away from being absolutely perfect. Highly recommended from a sales perspective and I know my marketing team loves it too.

Easy to use, very clear. I like templates and reports - they are very helpful.

It would be great if tasks very synchronised with my calendar. Also mobile version needs update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates - saves our time. Reminders and being able to see when people open your email is very useful. We can see if our prospects interested for us to follow up.
Hubspot Sequences Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Sequences tool is the most impressive piece of HubSpot Sales Hub. It is an extremely efficient and effective way to deliver highly customized sequential messages to large quantities of prospects without the traditionally highly intensive time investment to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding more seats can be cost-prohibitive. In addition, the Sequences tool is only available on the desktop version of HubSpot. It would be ideal to integrate Sequences into the mobile app. This would be especially helpful for sales teams like ours that are field-operations centric. Many of our sales reps only use their phones; very few have laptops that they carry with them on the road. The product development team at HubSpot is looking at how to do this, but it will likely be some time before it is integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to communicate prospects who have "gone cold" as a way to re-engage with them and those that respond are typically the higher-value prospects that we want to pursue. It helps the "cream rise to the top," so to speak. Each template/message in the sequence can be edited to fit each prospect's unique situation, or the templates can be used as-is without personalization if a more canned messaging strategy is desired. Multiple sequences can be created to customize the messages based on the type of product or service that is most relevant to the prospect. The best part is that when the prospects are removed from the sequences when they reply, so you don't have to worry about the prospects receiving future emails as if they had never responded.
