In the trenches with hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has the best interface by far for daily sales activities and sharing that information across our team.
Incorporating the extension so that I am able to connect my Gmail account to my Hubspot email templates is also very useful and streamlines my follow up with prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The jump from the $50.00 a month to the next level of functionality at $400 a month is massive.
The fact that there is limited functionality in terms of products and multiple pipelines is really a barrier for me to consider going all the way with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM definitely provides me with the efficiency that I need to ensure I am following in in a timely way with my prospects as well as helping me track my most important deals in the Pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Is an excellent platform, if you have a small company and you want to start creating your marketing campaigns Hubspot is excellent for you, it allows you to add a good amount of contacts and record all your data, and be able to send your personalized marketing campaigns and also receive very complete results reports
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not had any problem, the only bad thing is that certain features that are very useful are only allowed in the most expensive paid versions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to manage everything that involves marketing campaigns in a single platform, it helps to have all your work and all the information of the clients in an organized way in one place, besides the final reports help to know clearly the scope that has every marketing campaign

The perfect tool for sending out press releases!

What do you like best about the product?
Its Chrome extension is great for managing emails, contacts, and more. It has quite a number of blog posts and tutorials showing how to use everything (see below, however). Because of HubSpot, I've had many important contacts message me back, which ended up being essential to the way my business functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many great features that it's hard to learn them all. Most of the people in my company use only a few of the features it offers. Additionally, though it does have many tutorials and blog posts, it's not as easy to use and setup as it might seem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send out press releases and see when they're opened and by who. This makes it super easy to follow up with companies about their products and vice-versa.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try your best to be familiar with every feature it offers to take full advantage of it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to filter and view and manage my contacts based on variables I can set. Seeing what I've done in the day also helps me stay on task and attack my days in efficient ways that normally are not available. Being able to see everything at a glance helps immensely.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the down time and service outages that have plagued my usage. Thankfully it's not that numerous. And is to be expected sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining and keeping workflow without sacrificing time. Being able to sort and quickly check notes. Having a central point of data for everyone in the company has access to.

Straight Forward and Gets the Job Done

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the sleek design, the ease of use, and the way everything is lined up. It's quite easy to make a new contact, set yourself another task, or even make and receive phone calls. I was very apprehensive but was blown away by how simple everything is on this platform. I really appreciate all the little gadgets it has set up and ready for you! Like the emails sequence that send automatically or the templates provided for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how long the set-up tasks take. I felt like the platforms itself is designed for people who don't understand technology, so forcing the new user to go step by step through every little thing you could possibly have to do with this application is overkill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several people on our sales team, and it can be difficult to manage each and every sale, contact, task, and step of each contract sent out. Using this product I was able to streamline everything, keep an eye on each sales consultant, watch the contracts every step of the way, and help everyone throughout any problem shooting they may be doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It helps to use this along with other applications, such as Slack or some type of instant messaging communication so none of you are accidentally working on the same project/contract/contact at the same time. It helps to divide up the clients and progress between everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small team, I often have trouble keeping track of leads. With Hubspot CRM I'm able to keep track of the different stages for my leads and keep them engaged better than before!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality can be tricky at first. Finding audiences/clients wasn't super intuitive and the different categories can be difficult to manage as well. I wish things were a little more clear in the initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better track of the lifecycle of incoming leads has become a huge need for me and my business. I noticed I was getting a lot of leads but was losing track of follow-ups and the reasons why they went cold. By better tracking where they were in their life stage, I was able to change the way I approached leads.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The interface is very modern and good looking (important, when you use a tool often)
2. The interface is simple (less time on finding features you need)
3. Many other small convenient tools to improve lead nurturing (like HubSpot's plugin for GMail)
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is not yet famous, there is a lack of integrations, especially on the non-English markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and nurturing leads in our funnels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the most important aspect of CRM - ability to integrate it in your business, so, while you consider the CRM, you have to make sure it will be easy to integrate with other apps you use.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the organizational aspects, and it keeps my leads organized, so I understand what is going on. Also, I really like the deals part, because I can see how deals have progressed, it allows my managers to know how leads are coming along, and what our objectives are. I believe it's a wonderful tool for a sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for HubSpot to allow me to send campaigns to multiple users at once. Also, I would love that the reminders are smart. So if I add "follow up" for a client, but the client emails me first, that the reminder is put on silent. This is just me, but it would be good to have that option. Also, I would like to have the reminders be a bit more information full. Have a draft of the client, so I can remember, instad of copying the email manually and checking the email of the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to keep my leads organized, and understanding what I have done and what I need to do. The benefits are that I always know what my leads are at, what I spoke to them about and what they need, so that we are all on the same page. It also allows my manager to know what I am up to, make sure I don't contact two clients more than once. I can also keep up with clients for months if they are a slow lead.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's important that you do the Hubspot Course so that you know how to use it. It should be a bit more intuitive, but it's easy to get the hang of, and it really helps you keep everything organized.

Cons and Pros with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a beautiful tool to work in. Catching costumers that have visited your page, gives us as sellers leverage when calling. I have been in sales for 9 years and only done coldcalling. So this way of selling is real appriciated. The company I work in has won alot of costumers with this tecnique. The hubspot courses help you get a deeper innerstanding of how to approach the costumers. Sequences is a real helpful tool aswell - Costumers usually dont bother answering if you only send one mail, having a second and third mail going out automaticly saves me alot of time. And time is money!
What do you dislike about the product?
The costumer support is always happy and kind, but can take days or months to get a response. Also they really dont sort your issues out either. They have complicated procedures to help. I sent them a video of what was wrong, and still they wanted me to record the video with another program. I didn´t bother caring, this process is to ineffective.
Most of our issues is solved by internal people and noone of our employees sees the support of hubspot positive.
When i write a text in a task et just resets and erase what i write. So I have to do et all over again, takes time.
However it is only me in our company that experience this specific bug. I gave up on your customer service like we often do and I hope the problem will dissapear with the new version.

Automaticly sent emails, Easy to see a timeline of your deals and have control where in the pipeline the costumers are, Courses for deeper innerstanding,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for creating warmer leads or following up your current costumers. If you dont need support or help from hubspot costumer service and got your own IT dudes I would highly recommend this tool for all businesses.

Simple but detailed introduction for today's inbound sales

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot academy, email tracking all in one package for marketing automation and sales hacking. The video tutorials and hubspot certificates is an easy and gamified way to learn the basics and more advanced inbound marketing and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor integration issues/bugs not that much to complain about really. Some minor bugs with email tracking notifications that get pinged by own opens in the email tracker. One problem that did occur with hubspot marketing software was the amount of email and not interesting email that i did receive. Some blog posts and information that I received was helpful but sometimes it felt as if the company just sent me too much information that was not relevant to my interests. Reviewing of products and such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management, sales prognosis, highly functional tool in turning leads into revenue. Before using hubspot our leads were simply falling in between the funnel but marketing automation has helped us create a flywheel that helps website visitors turn into sales. I can recommend hubspot to anyone who is ready to take the next step towards modern inbound marketing and sales.
