What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with other administrative tools (CRM, eMail).
What do you dislike about the product?
Capabitity to use with some desktop apps on mac.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up for sales process and automation of onboarding tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read and see all videos related with training in order to get a must usefull experience.

I like how easy templates are to use and create. They are extremely handy for what I do!

I think there could be a few more filters!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's automated emails makes dealing witb an inbox of over 300 emails managable and simple !
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about hubspot what would help is more integration with sales platforms but other than that has been a huge helping hand at my workplace :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are automated emails , organized inbox and sales deals , and the opportunity to create task and follow ups so you are always in the loop

Excellent CRM for working smart

What do you like best about the product?
The automation features have allowed me to follow up on content easily. The email and link tracking has made it easy to determine who is engaged and who isn't. The list generation, and especially active lists, are a super powerful tool that I'm making better every time that I use them. By combining the List generation with the analytics activity I am able to quickly segment my portfolio and work out which customers are activity using the platform, and, more importantly, HOW they're using it so I can send them the correct information. Also, the analytics dashboards are very useful for determining how you're doing and what you need to be focusing on, and what your priorities are for the foreseeable future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clicking email takes you to your computers emailing app, not to the in HubSpot emailing app. Some times you have to be very creative with use of filters as they are very inclusive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to segment and re-engage a large and messy portfolio and the different customisations for HubSpot have allowed me to quickly clean up and engage these customers. The list generation has allowed me to easily contact them with relevant content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into the different options in lists as there are a lot of categories and can be used very powerfully. Also, not to make your sequences too long as you can't enroll them in another sequence until the last one has finished so it might make your content sporadic. Also, keep it clean. Also, use the HubSpot official calendar link so that your contacts are unenrolled automatically.

Amazing CRM

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to work out of the tasks and deals. Calling directly out of hubspot helps my team track their call details and let's our team make sure of productivity. The different dashboards as a whole are great, especially when you have different sales teams. In comparison to other platforms, the ease of use if quite ridiculous.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more mass marketing promotions. Otherwise, it's a great system as a whole. I'd also say I'm not sure if the closing probability is the most accurate, but we still try to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at all. The benefits would be seeing who is opening the e-mails, if they click on anything, being able to set out tasks. I love that this helps me not lose any bigger deals. I'm also a huge fan of the sequences. It helps us e-mail market and cold calling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend it. Just make sure if you do upload a list, that ownership of companies/contacts is attributed to correct salesperson. Duplicated companies/contacts can happen if differing e-mails are had.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub is extremely easy to navigate, the queue feature allows you to quickly scroll through contacts without having to switch back and forth between screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
When viewing the "Contacts" page of a specific Organization, there is an issue with returning to the previous page. You cannot simply press the back button, you must return to the main page and circle back to that specific Organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of prospects that could have fallen easily through the cracks. Easy way to stay on top of prospects that are on the edge of buying or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great tool to source, filter, and prioritize prospects for your sales goals. It allows individuals to easily track and engage in customer outreach and new prospect outreach as well.

HubSpot - a MUST for every business!

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most about HubSpot is the user friendly portal. It is so simplified and intuitive, that it makes it enjoyable to do what most sales professionals deem as "annoying busy work." HubSpot makes it easy to complete tasks that ultimately lead to success in sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about HubSpot. If I had to pick, its probably the fact that I dont have access to more features which upper management has and is not a HubSpot flaw.

Perhaps providing higher level features to be included in standard packages could help. Not all sales professionals operate in "standard" mode. Some really dig into HubSpot and in some cases more so than upper management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It quite literally organizes my work life. I cannot properly manage my business without it. Between sequences, deals, tasks, reporting, I can truly provide my managers any information they need at the drop of a hat and I am confident that my territory is being managed top to bottom.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the change! Its worth the investment.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many areas to add info and track all aspects of the sales process...integrating the phone app has streamlined the entire process. I used tasks daily and manage my day with the reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few minor tweaks to the app, which I know will be coming...no complaints. I would like to be able to text from the app and have it track in the notes section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep all the info I need at my finger tips and access quickly...it keeps me on track and I don't lose SH**. Before, I kept notes in multiple locations. I love the fact other users can see the activity and proceed accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of HubSpot and how easy it is to access important information about your leads in one central area. HubSpot makes it easy to reach many leads at once and allows you to really customize your outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major downsides right now, but I do wish that it was easier to see which leads and companies are already current customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is definitely a time saver for me and my company, and it allows us to share important information quickly and effectively with one another.
