User friendly, efficient and time saving
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to use external spreadsheets to keep track of prospects' situation.
Having all the notifications about customers who interact with our content.
Using templates for our email campaigns.
Calling prospects anywhere on my laptop.

The HubSpot certification really trained me into using Hubspot and sales tactics efficiently even though I didn't have a lot of experience in Sales before hand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, having worked on other CRM, I don't have a thing I dislike about hubspot on my mind.
Maybe not always having the accurate open notification when the prospect opens an email.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting leads from years ago who needed nurturing.
Sending sequences and nurturing relationships with prospects.
Closing deals with existing leads who needed nurturing.
Not wasting time prospecting since marketing is generating valuable leads that know my company.
Having the informations on existing leads and keeping track of progress even if the colleague who contacted them left the company.
Having a dashboard with the most profitable sources of deals. This helped me allocate my time to leads from for example leads from events and get amazing results while working in a hard economy.

it's the most user friendly CRM and efficient CRM I've worked on.

Hubspot - a Creativity Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Like almost everything about Hubspot. Ease of Use, templates. Hubspot blogs are my personal favourite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such as of now to dislike in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for email Campaign, CRM, Landing Pages.
HubSpot is far and away the best CRM for my business, but an even better learning tool

The HubSpot academy changed the way I viewed sales and marketing for the better and made it incredibly easy to implement concepts into my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little buggy sometimes. But for a CRM that is constantly evolving and strengthening, this can be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped me see a problem I never knew I had. I am now able to rely on clear data on who my customers are and what they need. Gone are the days where I'm sending out blast emails to everyone in my database to see who's interested in my new product. I'm segmenting my audiences and I have a strategy for every buyer persona in by CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used the HubSpot CRM to maximize our efficiency. We are better organized and love using the workflows to create automation. It keeps us on track and information/tasks no longer slip through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that every person that emails me is added to my contacts when I use the Hubspot integration. This causes a lot of bounce backs when we send our marketing emails. Perhaps there could be a way to select which emails you want to turn into contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our previous CRM we couldn't create multiple tickets for one deal, and we couldn't associate companies with contacts. Being able to do this in HubSpot alleviates a lot of confusion. Using the Hubspot workflows and pipelines has enabled us to save time and feel confident that we are not missing anything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use HubSpot CRM to maximize your efficiency. Get better organized by using the workflows to create automations. The training videos are super informative and not only cover how to use HubSpot, but also teach you great information about Sales and Marketing. I love that you can receive certifications that you can add to your LinkedIn.

HubSpot very often feels like the software designers understand and knew in advance what you'll want to do.
Information flows like it should inside the app : you have access to contact and company properties when you need them.
What HubSpot does, it does very well. When it doesn't do something, there's often a good integration available.
The interface is consistent throughout the app, making it easy to learn how to use it (views, filters, etc.).
All functionalities and features exist in one coherent interface, no matter what subscription you have. You don't have to switch between modules or interfaces to use all of HubSpot.
Pre-built reports work like a charm if your data is decently clean.

I feel like the pricing model is restrictive for companies that need to have high volumes of contacts. But then again, HubSpot is built for smart and efficient contact nurturing, management, etc. , so having too many unengaged contacts kind of goes against the philosophy in a way.
Multilanguage is sometimes tricky to manage. You can sometimes translate directly in the content you are creating and it adapts, or you have to create 2 or more versions depending on languages you have to serve.

Keeping a good vision of what our contacts have experienced individually so far, and where they are in their buying process.
Quickly filter contacts and companies to find relevant ones based on properties/behavior.
Send custom campaigns to specific groups of contacts (and avoid being generic to all of our contacts).

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great CRM, it will work for you and give you clarity when trying to understand your contacts. Customization options of the app is generally pretty good.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot has amazing training programs that are free and excellent customer service. It was so easy to get started without any tech gurus or IT expenses. I am a salesman and I set up everything for my team by myself. I looked at doing the same for Salesforce and kept getting bogged down in all of the details. I am sure Salesforce is great but just not easy to get started in. Our sales team is not particularly technical or strong on computer skills so ease of use was paramount to acceptance in implementation. I started them all on a free tier and made them earn the paid versions based upon usage and the completion of the training tracks. This has worked out great because the increased tools attracted them to learning and using HubSpot more. If they didn't earn a paid tier it cost our organization nothing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be much better. You cannot get to the full experience on Safari with an iPhone so you are forced into the app. On an iPad you can access all the features using Safari. I also wish there was better integration with mapping. This should be an easy fix because most CRMs offer that already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small B2B organization with very loyal clients. Many CRMs are too focused on pipeline based selling rather than relationship-based repeat sales. HubSpot seems to balance that much better. The tools help us stay in contact with our clients and make sure we don't drop contact with any of them. We are making hundreds of additional touches every week using the HubSpot tools. Our sales are growing even during the pressure of COVID-19.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that our sales have sky-rocketed since using the HubSpot sales professional. We are keeping track of buyers and their buyers journey. The overall experience withing the Hubspot CRM is that been though we are new to the CRM system we are using most of the functions as it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filter function within your contacts profile could have been more user friendly. The ease at which reports are built could definitely be better and the payment terms are rather difficult to understand even after becoming a paying customer. The zoom function within the meetings link sometimes gives us problems but after closing and opening it works. There could of been more/updated technical tutorials in the Hubspot academy as sometimes understanding all the features are rather confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of potential leads, tracking the sales process, and utilizing the report system. We have also started using the sales pipeline along with the rapport builder. We have a way of tracking the performance of our Sales rep and have in detail accounts of their activity and performance . This allows us to know who is viable or needs additional Sales coaching. Keeping track of the customers and after-sales care is now a part of our flywheel as we have reminders and tasks set up for our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely a good product and a great investment for your marketing team. The dedication though required would be that everyone on your team should be committed to using/converting to this platform as your main database. I would recommend starting with the HubSpot Academy, the more you know from the start the easier it will be using the system to the full potential. It will save you a large amount of time when you know what to do instead of trying to constantly figure out how what works. One of the best features is the Sales training within Hubspot, The training keeps you up to date on new methodologies in the sales world

I really like the experience, very user friendly, it's intuitive and I think is easy to use therefore is practical and useful

I don't have dislikes so far, the experience has been great.

I have more visibility on my leads, contacts and accounts I'm working with and this helps me a lot to be productive

If you're trying to have more visibility for your team in terms of leads, contacts, reports, etc this is the best tool for it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM provides a workable version to use and the user interface is intuitive. It provides great email integration features to use and its tracking email feature is good which tells when email opens. The support is great and helpful. They keep communicating with you until the issue is resolved. Their technologies are up to date and according to trends. Their training sessions are available so you can quickly learn from there. It offers core CRM features for free with add-on features as compared to similar products that only provide limited days free trial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing gets high when you start using its premium functions and it is a little bit costly as compared to other similar platforms. It has limitation in email address per contact. There is still some problem with some features while using it. Integration with other vendors and suppliers should be made better. It is not affordable for small enterprises. Its design is a little bit confusing feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is well suited for a large business who can afford a good Customer management software for their company. It did not only help our company as CRM but in sales and marketing too. It helped us increase our business in a better way. It helped us in making sales and marketing decisions in a better way. The overall platform helped us a lot in different operations of our organization.

I love how easy the system is to navigate compared to SFDC

Honestly, there's not much i dislike about the system. Because it removes manual data entry, it makes my life so so so much easier!

I'm definitely solving the problems I used to face with manual data entry, and tracking the progress of my deals. It's made my day to day life so much easier
