Hubspot is Great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences and Email integration. Takes as well are very easy to manage
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact you are only allowed to send 150 sequences per day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General Follow ups and being up to date with my accounts. It is very easy to manage new contacts, general follow ups and tasks. On top of that Deals are easily managed as well. The company I work for is in the process of implementing Hubspot, so eventually we will have all the tools being properly used.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most important aspects of HubSpot for us is that it is very user-friendly. You do not necessarily need to have a degree or be a "professional" to employ its platform to your operation. As a small-business-type of operation, this aspect of the platform has been crucial to our development and growth.
It has very effective tools to properly qualify your leads and journey with them at a personal level.
Also, HubSpot's support, whether be technical or customer success support, is top notch and they really value urgency and efficiency in helping you solve your issues and get your questions answered.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's focus is very much on lead capture, so if you're a business that has other goals beyond lead capture, you may be limited on tools and resources in HubSpot (e.g. Running application forms for a school through HubSpot).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we have been able to effectively and efficiently understand where our leads are at in their sales journey and meet them with personalized guidance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless you have a large, very capable team to dive right into all that HubSpot has to offer as a CRM, start small with the subscriptions you purchase from HubSpot and work your way up. There are many features and capabilities you get with lower-tier subscriptions, whether it be sales, marketing, CMS, etc.
Do not expect HubSpot to absolutely meet every single one of your needs, but you can expect that it will come very far to do so. It is a rapidly growing platform that is continuously expanding its capabilities.

Excellent tool for prospecting your leads
What do you like best about the product?
The email sequences are a real time-saver. I can enrol multiple people into a sequence of emails with minimal effort. The support team is also really effective and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes changes are made to the system that make the UX worse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is the lack of time I have to email multiple people, multiple times. I just could not do what HubSpot does in real time. We get a really decent response rate too.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep track of all the information required so that I can make sales quickly and efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I really dislike is that it does not have the functionality to forward emails. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traceability and trackability are the main problems that this CRM tackles and the benefits are more efficient work can be accomplished by the team.
Great user experience
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user friendly and has a lot of functionality. I have used many other systems and none of them compare Hubspot in regards to how easy it is to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is not being able to mass update a contact based on a list of tasks. I am just a user on the platform and do not have full functionality, so I'm sure if I had access to all things in the CRM than I would have a better idea on how everything works on the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
nurturing leads and being able to track their engagement with the content I'm sending them. With other systems I have used in the past, I needed to integrate multiple software in order to do my job effectively. This includes separate software for the crm, email marketing, ABM marketing, and prospecting. It became very confusing and also wasted unnecessary time. With hubspot I am able to do everything from one spot which really helps with tiime management, and having everything in one spot. I have only been using hubspot for a few months but already like it better than all of the other systems I have used in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. There is also a free version that has limited functionality, but at least give you an idea on the user interface.
Mandatory if you are serious about business
What do you like best about the product?
Working together with coworkers is easy and all the sales process is digitized, which unlocks transparency and speed. I especially use a lot of workflows to automate small parts of the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Gmail could be better. there is a chrome plugin but only works when using chrome on my computer. does not work on the mobile Gmail app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
transparency in the sales process. help organize work as a team. creates a single point of interaction for everything related to sales.

easy to use, well documented, great support, customization is possible.
Such a great CRM system for a growing company!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a fantastic CRM System for our growing company! We secure a lot of business through the Inbound lead feature, along with tracking who is visiting our website. We are able to continuously pull data and create reports that help us plan and execute our company goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's task and Queues features are fantastic! It would be nice to view them in a calendar format. We love that HubSpot integrates with gmail, however we have noticed attachments need to be limited to a certain size in order to send or view. These would help the user experience tremendously!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot we had a problem capturing leads and contacting them in a timely manner. We LOVE the sequencing tool, so our prospects will receive custom email templates we've created and set dates for them to be sent. This allows for us to be pleasantly persistent while saving us a lot of time.

Would highly recommend HubSpot! Fantastic feature, along with Trainings for your team.
Hubspot is great!
What do you like best about the product?
We are utilizing the entire suite of Hubspot, and the ease of use is great, but some of the features like the @mention, playbooks, chatflows, etc. We are starting to use more and more features and have not been disappointed yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hubspot has allowed us to create relationships with our prospects and students and be able to nurture them where needed.
Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like to use this tool, it's sample and easy to my organization. Using HubSpot CRM propose me to deep my customer service. I like so much filters that I can create to my wallet of customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to call to foreigners customers and I have problems to complete my calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This problems about calling are okay, I think so that this problem above isn't frequently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is an excellent CRM, easy and intuitive. For who whats to use this, i'ts very confident. On my daily tasks, this tool propose me a great level of organization and results of my work. I'm happy using HubSpot, my company is happy using this as well.
Best CRM on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the sequences, it is great to have them set to be sent at certain times. Sequences save me time and allow me to concentrate on other tasks while knowing these emails will be sent out through my sequence at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much, I dislike the way HubSpot has not joined the dark mode revolution yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to tend to forget about over-due tasks but with HubSpot, I am reminded every 2-3 days and I have seen an increase in positive activity since getting on top of these over-due tasks.
