Great Service, Great Content

What do you like best about the product?
Everytime I reach out to their customer service, I can always get an immediate answer. They also provide other resources from their site to help answer any other questions I may have. HubSpot Academy is great also, great place to learn almost anything. Looking forward to leveraging all of their content in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only true complaint I have, is that their lead capture is a set form. If Hubspot were to allow for custom fields within their mobile app, that would be incredible. Trade Show data would be so much more manageable if it were to go directly into HubSpot rather than using an integrated app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated Workflows, Landing Pages, Lead Capture, Contact data are all managed in one place and it's very easy to set up. If I couldn't figure it out on my own, I was able to go through their customer service who would be able to give me an answer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford the Enterprise, go for it. Consulting is also an incredible tool, glad I have access to that team.

What do you like best about the product?
It's almost what don't I like. Everything is well laid out. It's very simple to use. It integrates to LinkedIn and ZoomInfo so you have most of what you need to find leads and prospect. They're constantly improving it and adding new features which are included with the basic free license. I recommend the Sales Starter which is only $50/month and gives you most of the features you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to be able change a contacts associated company from one to another. You have to go through a bunch of clicks to do that. Also I'd like for flexibility in how you can add or change a contact's email address. I'd like more options in how you organize your tasks and have a little more automation in that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business development professional, my role in the company is to find new leads. Most of my efforts are focused on outbound - emailing and calling. Hubspot makes this process very easy as long as you have the integration to LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start out with the free version and try importing some leads. Start sending emails and try the call application. It's pretty easy to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is positively used for devising and implementing the plans that are needed for sponsorship gathering and step wise walk towards the aim of getting higher position in career and success. The automated scoring of required and standard leads can be done and engaging with the present and future outcomes can also be observed and corrected accordingly. It channels the actual content and reduces gap between worker and dealer. The responses regarding deal breaks and future partnerships can also be taken and categorical illustration of customers with agencies can be maintained. The better forecasts regarding the chart of upcoming craze can also be hypothesized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The points that makes it tiring and misleading are that it consumes a lot of time during photo pasting and sharing. The product index needs to be displayed for better understanding for audience and interested fellows. It does not offer organization of assets and expenses which are the part of business sides and are the important thing in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM is considered fine and better programming application for increasing the figures of companies interest and support. It is constantly changing with time and leading towards the right choice for next developing traders and investors. If a person is thousand miles apart, he can still get in touch with his office and know about the next deals and projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can suggest hubspot CRM for evolving enterprises and firms. Hubspot CRM is required for those traders with advancing and promoting abilities.

What do you like best about the product?
HUBSPOT is most useful in cultivating support for NPO's. Every interaction a prospective or current donor/volunteer or vendor has with the NPO is tracked, which enables the NPO to quickly establish a mutually rewarding relationship with the same. The benefit to a small NPO is being able to manage fundraising campaigns, databases, operations, etc. from one dashboard. Additionally, all the NPO's marketing assets can be incorporated easily into all correspondences, and messaging can be tailored to your audience for the personal appeal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM is FREE. Therefore, no real downside. However, when you incorporate Ecommerce or the Sales Hub, there is an added cost based on the size of your database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability of conversing with a donor and having all details about that donor's past and recent engagement with the NPO is extremely helpful in solidifying a rewarding relationship with the donor. Additionally, messaging is more easily crafted to personally speak to the donor. We can also quickly craft tailored messaging to various segments of our database with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM provides special facilities in terms of customer services by leading them to purchase and make profits out of them. It has three kind of services available one is sales Hub which deals with organising the deals and buyers in relation to their past purchasing history and company relations. Second is service Hub which makes buyers to get indulge with promoters and grow company. Last one deals with marketing Hub that connects with buyers context and upgrade company with paid ads. All of this can be shared with the team of company and most advanced way to do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawbacks of this app is that it does not do well on most of the occasions and gets stuck. It superimposes on the correction and freezes which makes it difficult to handle in time of need. When a person needs to upload a photo or attach email, it consumes time and makes it inconvenient to operate. User experience is not applaudable and slow speed lessens the productivity time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If a person wants to run a business and promote it as well by gathering leads and customers,hubspot CRM is the way to begin with. It notifies with upcoming tasks and makes you stay in touch with updates and team. It keeps the record of company very well and get you build strength of company by giving details of customers.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is the best platform because it can offer more revenue and a perfect synchronization among sales and services than other platforms. Our teams can devote themselves to us to perforrm upto their full potentials when we join HubSpot CRM. Also the best thing about this software is that it allows us the great variety of features and functionality and it can give us a return load of productivity. What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback about this software is that it is very harder when their leading page does not respond and provide the very poor ability to support our customers. HubSpot CRM is a network but it cannot provide the better opportunity to work because this platform create very serious problem that our business work are totally disengaged and disorganized. Another problem is that our teams have always co-ordinate on time for all conversions generated to our network as compared to other networks.

I have been working with HubSpot CRM and have no problems about this software. This is very well managed, good support, best converting offers platform so I am very happy and I always engages my team to stream the traffic source for new leads via HubSpot CRM. What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is world's leading CRM platform that has been used all around the world. It provides well services and support to its perspective customers. Since I have been using this tool for I have positive views about its services. It helps in the growth of our sales process. It enables us to manage our pipelines with excellent visibility. It has well managed dashboard and wonderful features for filtering the sales. It helps us in providing better services to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any minor issue with this excellent tool. I have completely excellent experience with its all features and functions. It tracks the interactions of customers automatically, if does not matter they are in social media or in email. Its all functions are working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The timeline keeps everything organized. We can easily see everything in the timeline page. We can see all email, calls and notes on this page. The privacy settings of this tool are reliable. If I talk about the customer support that is completely responsive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the most popular products for managing pipeline simply. The notification and alert system keeps me up to date with all activities. Highly recommended tool it is up to date with current trends and works professionally.

Everything You Need for Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredible. It's powerful, easy to use, and the capabilities are endless. I spend most of my day designing and building out email campaigns and that aspect has been efficient, extremely flexible, and surprisingly enjoyable to use. Their team is also the best in the business and make onboarding as smooth as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I love their drag-and-drop email editor, the simplicity can create limits where you need to add an HTML section instead. This is completely understandable though since other platforms I've used cannot even handle the basics. However, as a CRM, HubSpot does not disappoint in any shape or form and completely lives up to the hype.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team is gaining more leads, reporting has improved, and most importantly, we feel more confident about our strategies in place. Having an efficient, centralized tool and a great team to help has made our HubSpot experience amazing thus far.

Patience pays off when learning the features. Still learning a ton here.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps eliminate the element of human error with the use of workflows and properties. Automation can be created to help processes work more effectively and not have to rely on people.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be views based on teams. Being able to require certain properties based on the team they are or what they view in pipelines would be so nice to enhance the level of customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented our warranty process into HubSpot and recreated properties and dashboards to capture all the info. We have also integrated sales processes into HubSpot. The benefits are great. Whether is it sending internal emails about the next phase of the process or sending out communication to customers, we are able to enhance our customer experience with HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you know where you want to take your organization, HubSpot will help make it happen. There is so much customization within the tool to help you make it whatever you need. If you aren't sure, they have an amazing support staff that cares about your success and will help you find/create a solution for what you need.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot can easily setup our sales pipelines and create best interactive dealership with our customers and makes up for the best setting up of new prospect marketing data which makes it more easier to handle all the stats. Hubspot CRM is quite capable to keep all of our sales activities up-to-date because it always gives an extra boost to our sales marketing communication. HubSpot automatically track our databases so that we can easily convert any sales contacts into an marketing accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM clearly does not helps us to quickly manage our sales funnel and sales accounts. It automatically updates all of our sales emails data and easily extract marketing information. Sometimes an easier marketing automation integration is not being enabled to qualify for all of our sales leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily manage all of my sales lead generations and account CRM management. I am more capable to manage the multiple sales pipelines seamlessly by HubSpot CRM software. We can easily create sales campaigns and also track our CRM contacts.
