What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and flow of the hubspot sales platform. I am able to easily navigate the system and keep up with all my customers

only the limits on the amount of contacts I can enroll in sequences

What do you like best about the product?
I've set up Hubspot for our business with very little effort. It is very user friendly and intuitive and suits very well our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a chat function with their support team would help, but you can't really expect that from a free product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We store all our customer and prospect data with Hubspot and are able to easily access it to run our campaigns.

HubSpot CRM Pros & Cons

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the availability of customization of properties, which allows for very specific programming of reports and automation, as well as transparent management of client portfolios and the sales team. It is a huge benefit to my job to have the Dashboards function, so I can specifically create and maintain them for each team member, showing their monthly benchmark progress, outreach numbers, conversion rates, etc.. I have almost come to rely on the HubSpot for Gmail extension, as it is highly intuitive and user friendly, and the email tracking is a HUGE value when applied to nurturing leads and customers. Finally, being able to apply Workflows and automations to each salesperson's portfolio helps to take into account how everyone's portfolio and outreach style is different. I can work directly with each salesperson to ensure that the proper workflow and automated approach is being applied. This is specifically useful in the cases of management companies that order according to season, or properties that undergo a change in their management company, so that I can have that change automatically switch to the proper sales rep, and enroll them in a task list/sequence to outreach and introduce. It takes the leg work out of keeping up with your portfolio, and lets the system take care of it for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real issue is when trying to delete information - like in the case of duplicate entries, it resets filter properties each time. The nature of my specific industry (promotional materials, specifically geared towards student housing complexes) will frequently use the same domain for multiple properties, and email domains will be under the management company - not difficult to work around, but very specific to my industry. It would be nice to be able to apply a fully custom reporting feature, i.e. instead of being limited by the specific reporting bounds, allow the data available in HubSpot to be reported on in a fully custom environment, like a coding sandbox, instead of the sensible speaking "logic" that I assume is more universally user friendly. Of course I would also like to be able to add more than the current maximum of 10 reports per Dashboard, but that is just for my own sake - I like to look at everything all at once. I will also say that the Deals portion is a little bit less intuitive, and I assume that it might be a little bit easier for a different industry, but again, WHP's industry and use is unique.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Created a more comprehensive location for all of our sales data, and has allowed the beginnings of our upcoming outreach strategy. Posting reports for the entire team to see is a great value when trying to encourage a competitive environment, while also helping the sales team to monitor their monthly progress. There is a huge value in being able to express specific results to company executives when applying automation and a true client nurturing software - HubSpot makes it incredibly simple to generate an automated strategy to apply value to each Contact and Company. I can't stress enough how amazing it is to be able to apply the automation features for my specific industry - this gives the sales reps the peace of mind to know that they have the information they need to have on their HubSpot dashboards, as well as assigned to them, and they don't have to go searching for what they need to be successful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If implementing with an in-house team, I recommend laying out exactly the strategies and results you are looking to achieve - know what you are trying to get out of a CRM, and then prioritize what your company should be developing first. Take great care to maximize the amount of data available for each contact and company, and make the time investment to have everything set up BEFORE you start to work within it - it will make working within the platform such a breeze! It would depend on the industry, but do your client interviews to develop your buyer personas, refine any data that you are importing - to make it short, get organized, it will help HubSpot KEEP you organized! I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a plan for your rollout, and the more detailed you make your plan, the more successful and stress-free your rollout will be. A few examples: if you want to be assigning a HubSpot score to contacts and companies, generate your logic (utilizing your buyer personas and marketing department) and know exactly what each range of scores would look like - the amount of time this will save on your investment into the project will be tremendous, as you won't have to figure this out as you go, you'll already know exactly what you need to input and apply. I would also recommend generating a list of any custom properties and fields, with all qualifiers - if you have your list before you begin, you will save the possibility of unnecessary information, and also forgetting something important.

Best CRM ever!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is so user-friendly and makes my job simpler and more enjoyable. This CRM is such an efficient tool for staying on track with leads, prospects, and customers alike. HubSpot increases productivity and its organizational benefits decrease my normally constant worry that I'm missing something. I would definitely recommend HubSpot to anyone who is in a customer service based industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is the additional price for tools like templates. Templates was one of my favorite functions of this CRM but unfortunately my company had to do away with this feature due to the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of leads not being followed up with because they fell through the cracks is a thing of the past. HubSpot makes it so easy to track and log communication with prospective clients, and the "Tasks" feature ensures future correspondence is scheduled and completed in a timely fashion.

Hubspot saved my business

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everytine I get a lead, it automatically saves the contacts info. I also love the fact that I can track my sales pipeline, view everything at a glance for each lead or client.

In addition, the templates and meeting make my life better. Now I can just send clients a direct meeting link thst connects to my inbox and also save time writing emails with a simple template everything gets added to a message with one click.

I also love the fact that I can store documents, write notes and my whole team can keep track of a lead or client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think price is an issue. To gain access to better automation features, you have to pay like a ton. The jump from starter to professional is huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized that I could save a lot of time and keep track of my clients on the backend.

I can also fully integrate inbound tactics and most importantly keep track of everything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Hubspot, it will help you reach your goals faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpots User interface! Plus their trainings are incredibly useful resources to further your teams understanding of sales and marketing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a huge fan of the task queues! This is only because it took me a while to get used to the format. I wish there had been specific training on this, but eventually I figured it out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have figured out tasking in a way that works more efficiently for me. Being able to prioritize and reassigning tasks in a way that helps me be effective has been extremely beneficial!

Amazing sales tools

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dealflow tracking and dashboard. I also like that I can filter the by my deals and only see those. The sequence personalization is also really great as well as the tracking of tasks. I love how i can create a task from my email and it shows up in Hubspot.

I also like how i can tag my colleagues in a task or a contact.

The properties are also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am on an email chain it doesnt save the correct contact if too many people are in the chain and I have to manually save them.

I really dont love how you have to add a new personalization key manually when you are creating a form. It would be nice for it to be automatically created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking tasks, sending personalized emails, tracking my deal flow. I ahve been able to better track my sales and see which contacts I am having most luck with.

I have also improved my organization with the tasks.

I have also been able to improve my sales with the sequences, making them more targeted so that I am not spamming people with generic content.

I also learned a lot from the sales certification that I did. It helped me to gain more best practices and integrate them into my every day work.

I have also be able to better track and identify new sales leads.

I also love that I can easily see what the status of a contact is if my colleagues have properly tracked emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really simplifies your life and the learning materials on how to use it and better your sales are great.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the ability to structure my entire business with my team, know where clients are in our pipeline, and the ability to see this data showcased in an organized fashion. Also, I find it massively beneficial the way hubspot integrates throughout our entire website making sure that nobody slips through the cracks anywhere as long as you stay pretty much diligent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit easier to organize contacts and deals, If you get backed up in tasks it becomes very easy to end up letting hot leads slip through the cracks depending on the way you set up your leads or pipeline for your company. Perhaps notifications based on how far somebody is down the pipeline would be massively beneficial even if they don't have a task assigned to them because they slipped through the cracks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to solve the ability to keep all my clients inbound and outbound (and even in person) all centralized in one awesome CRM. I love the way Hubspot works even on the go as I'm a natural marketer and very often will meet new leads in person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you are using the HubSpot CRM, One key tool for proper CRM management is to add deals directly to your contacts, Don't do it for a few, do it to all of them. This makes organization of your contacts and their associated companies far easier when compared to just placing all touchpoints in the contact

What do you like best about the product?
A clear structure for team members to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way in which I currently separate contacts into stages is a bit clunky. I would like to have a scale from scraped emails to inbound enquiries as well as a way to track decision makers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to organise large volumes of data around our client relations quickly and effectively by having the information I need when I need it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to familiarise yourself and set up the CRM in a way that suits you and your business. The benefits are not realised immediately but in time add up. You can really gamify the CRM processes making it a joy to work with for you and your team.
