Love Hubspot CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Fast onboarding and it links with Hubspot

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was more integrations, but otherwise it's amazing
Would love to see the option to send templates to multiple recipients in the free version

What do you like best about the product?
I love the transparency into our deals, emails, phone calls, etc. I really can see what all 16 sales reps are doing with the system. We started on the free package when there were only 4 of us in the company and easily scaled to having 38 users in the system.

I also really like the ability to customize properties that are available on companies, contacts, and deals which allows us to understand where our customers are coming from and who we should be targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really not a fan of the quoting and contracting tool. Wish it was more flexible to how we operate our business but we have found a way to make it work.

Sometimes we struggle with the setting up of companies as we work with High Schools and they way it connects through their website causes us some problems because the websites direct back to the district vs. the high school. We also have clients who work at another clients facility so trying to keep contacts/companies straight sometimes is a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My major problem at this point is still the cost of CRM in general. We have a large number of contacts in the system which bloats our cost and even though we are a funded startup, we still are dedicating a significant junk of our money each month to a CRM. Realizing this is one of the most important tools in a company we will always make that financial commitment to use a robust CRM.

We are really happy with the reporting tools and the integrations available through HubSpot. This has made life as a startup easier as we use many of those other products everyday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the training's and make your team take them. This will expedite your learning process and help you start to digest your business much faster. Really simple to just get setup and starting using it, but we made a ton of mistakes early on because we didn't do the training's right away.

Hubspot Builds Peace of Mind

What do you like best about the product?
With Hubspot, I know I'm taking care of what needs to be done. Before Hubspot, I would have to scan my email inbox, take notes about follow-up calls, manage a to-do list, etc. But with Hubspot, it's all integrated in one place. I can see my activities at a glance, and set tasks that remind me when things need to be done. Honestly, my day now consists of launching task slides and working those tasks. When that list is done, I have the confidence that all is take care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working as a team, it would be nice to have a messaging system assigned to each lead. Currently, we use notes to accomplish this, but that's not what notes are intended for. It's a minor complaint/suggestion. I've had other complaints/suggestions and HS staff have listened and even added requested features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, it clears my head. No more sticky notes. No more email reminders. Everything is organized and clean in one place.

Also, my managers can see all the work I'm doing, even if it doesn't result in a sale, so I get more accurate feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the Hubspot community page to ease the adoption. And Hubspot support staff are awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is simple to use and easy to work with as notes move with the customer and the deal stage which is helpful in our workflows! I also like the ability to create separate pipelines and add properties easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function can be clunky, the most recent inputs aren't always the ones that come up first which is counter-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We move our customers through a lot of deal stages and have a lot of team members accessing the same information. HS enables us to do this efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Organization and layout.
I love that I can create short cuts in communication with individuals within my Hubspot to make my work time more efficient.

This platform is easy to use! Hubspot gives me reminders of things that I might have forgotten otherwise. Hubspot is incredibly efficient for my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any at the moment, but thank you for being proactive in this.

I am helping students achieve their goal of pursuing a degree.
I can organize individuals in a way that makes my job efficient.

Makes correspondence a snap

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking all my correspondence is a snap and gives me great insight into what's working well and what could use some tweaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts can not be filtered for any Deal property data nor vice versa. The only workaround is to create a field of the same information in both the Deals and Contacts properties which duplicated work and makes more room for error.

Creating reports that pull valuable property data together from multiple sources like Contacts and Deals can be cumbersome.

Can't add iframes to emails and formatting email correspondence for Sales is somewhat rudimentary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great way to store, sort, send, and track frequently used communication via Snippets, Templates, and Sequences. These three features make it really quick and easy to automate otherwise repetitive workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for Sales and Marketing. Very quick to learn and easy to use.

It keeps me organized and all the contact information it right at the tip of my fingers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a rating system above each prospect, so I know at a glance if there were several email exchanges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sequence has been huge on growing my private label business, it allows the initial contact, but if they click on an email, then they drop off the sequence and my prospects is not feeling overload with my emails.

Rating the contacts based on the amount of activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box intuitive and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Leads have to be manually enrolled into sequences. The cost per contact in CRM for mkting tiers is a bit expensive if you're a startup, needing access to the marketing features. Also the API has limitations around call limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building and scaling a sales and marketing functions! HS is the way to go. Extremely easy and they have an amazing staff
