What do you like best about the product?
visibility into a complete accounts activity in one view.... Company, Deals , Contacts, Activity, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I just dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of access to any given Company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CRM is easy to use and very intuitive. It has simple reporting tools, and working in HubSpot makes engaging with Companies and the related opportunities and contacts effortless, as whatever you need is simple to find.
Is an invaluable resource to help keep me organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can integrate Sales Message into Hubspot so I can text my clients. I like that I can see if an email has been opened and I like that my sequences are timed. I know my clients are getting emails from me for several weeks after their inquiry.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things that I don't like - among them are the reporting system and when added a new deal, I can't set the default to my preference, I have to scroll down and choose it each time. I also don't like that the Lead Source doesn't carry over to the Deals. The last thing is we are a small company and can't afford to upgrade to a version that would best serve our needs. You need a small business version that is affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of trying to stay in touch with all my potential new families and giving them the attention they deserve.

There's nothing to dislike. ISo far I like everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send out almost 200 direct reach outs per week. This CRM allows me to keep track of everything and makes sending emails faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m a huge fan of the sequence capabilities. Outreach is simplified with easy to create templates which include amazing content suggestions.
The integration with Gmail is very helpful and allows me to stay in my G Suite comfort zone, although the HubSpot environment is also inviting and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does seem like a lot of my sequence emails get rejected with 500 errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact forms and document download tracking on our websites have made incoming lead processing much easier for our team. Import function allowed us to move from our former CRM less of a headache.
Love HubSpot more than Salesforce!!!

I love the e-mail tracking capabilities - it makes it much more easy to keep track of people.

I wish there were more options under the contact file - I don't like the way it is displayed

I see the benefits of the e-mail templates/sequences, since Salesforce didn't offer that.

The email tracking portion is KEY as well as the sequences you can build for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility of Company, Contacts, Deals and activity history with no scrolling is so much better than Salesforce. The simplicity of moving from a company view to contact view improves the speed of me completing my daily task
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at all but I would like to cross filter across multiple objects for certain processes that we do...from time to time I'm limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest is that we have user that would not use Salesforce and now that we are in Hubspot he fully engaged with the HubSpot CRM solution. My sales team is able to stay in touch with our prospects and customers in multiple ways which delivers successfully closed/won deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used ACT, Goldmine and Salesforce and Hubspot by far is the most user friendly CRM I've used and setup. The beauty of Hubspot is if you can think it, you can nearly always do it. Workflows and and Sequences makes life easier for all our users for staying in touch with our customers and prospects. You simply set it and forget it and let the business come to you.

Best features include easily scheduling sequences, set delays between emails, ect.

Cant set default date/time for all first emails in the sequence

What do you like best about the product?
ample features and capability/customization relative to other CRM. Works well as a sales CRM, especially if already using Hubspot for marketing. It's super fast and Hubspot addresses *infrequent bugs on the platform very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need various fields customized and difficult getting help from Customer Service. You can't put multiple #'s in the Company record page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
seamless integration; syncing our team with marketing efforts much easier; I hear often that Hubspot is much more user-friendly than Salesforce as a sales CRM, and I've used Salesforce myself also.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outsource implementation if you don't have a strong sales engineer like we do.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how I can see when prospects open emails and click on links, that is invaluable to me and I've found few other CRMs that do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, wish I had the higher access level but the price jump is too high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has definitely helped me stay on top of prospects which helps me make more sales and earn higher commissions.

Its a definite must have.

What do you like best about the product?
I love getting into the weeds on the various aspects of HubSpot and really testing to see what it can do. The truth is that we are probably still only scratching the surface with it. My favorite part at the moment is workflows which allow us to automate a lot of what we do and better sort our growing client list for re-marketing and general sorting/filtering in the future. I also love the ability to build almost anything in the Deals section that helps with tracking sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about HubSpot at the moment. The support team is always great when I have a question or suggestion and it is rare that I find something that it can't do for us - even if it means a slight workaround to make it happen. We also use HubSpot for out marketing automation so there is definitely a lot going on in our system but I believe HubSpot does a great job keeping it all clear from each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of problems. Our website is not the best so we use it for some of our most trafficked landing pages, to send our newsletter, to automatically store information from forms, tracking leads, tracking sales, keeping track of all client contact in one place. HubSpot solves a whole host of problems we has prior to our using it, and we continue to grow and learn new things that it can help us out with as we continue to use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out first. I spent about 2 years with HubSpot on my radar before trialing it out and another few months using the marketing automation before we took the plunge and starting using it for real. I don't think everyone needs to take that long but be familiar with it and then jump in on whatever level you are comfortable with when you are ready.
