CRM System from the gods.
What do you like best about the product?
UX of this system is the best thing! It's so easy and you don't need a lot of computer knowledge to set it up, even our co-workers that are not very tech-savvy can figure out how to use it. It's that easy! And i has a bunch of tools, and reminds you when somethings is overdue, or you need to contact somebody. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX is just awesome, and everything is actually very good. But the price is quite expensive, and some features are not quite finished. The support is not that great as well if you need help setting something up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our internal/external forms that we use to let users sign up, and they get pushed directly into our custom work flows, we no longer need to setup and custom api's and such to create api calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Hubspot to anyone who likes easy interface and a great CRM system and with a lot of Automation.
Amazing Easy to Use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
For as much as HubSpot offers: CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Servicing tools, it is very easy to work and navigate.
What you don't understand or know how to do, HubSpot offers a plethora of knowlwdgebases, video trainings, and forums to help you get the knowledge you need.
I recommend this all the time to associates looking for a new CRM!

What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app doesn't allow you to do everything you can online. So many times I find myself logging into HubSpot on my phone's browser to find information. While away from my desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending corporate newsletters, blogging, tracking sales deals, automation, tracking marketing ads. Pretty much everything I do, I use HubSpot.

Get it! It's worth the money and can have a big impact on enabling your sales, marketing, and servicing teams to effectively do their job.

What do you like best about the product?
After working in HubSpot for some time, I realized how SMART HubSpot is. It actually works how a brain is supposed to work. It’s UI is smarter than our company CRM & old marketing platform combined
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were easier ways to integrate with other systems. We had to spend a bit of money to have integration done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility across our many business units.

Just do it. It'll make your life so much easier.
CRM Loaded with features
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a lot of features for CRM not just to get leads, maintain relations with them but also things like keeping a track to conversions, sales etc. Great software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really dislike anything about it. A lot of its features are free so cant really complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Relationship Management was something that we wanted help with but we use many other features of hubspot like tracking, conversions etc

The leads and the way we can log all of our data.

I enjoy everything about Hubspot CRM. The minor bugs is the only issue.

Best CRM EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is intuitive, user-friendly, affordable and very very helpful. I have used so many CRM's over my 30+ years in sales, and never has a product done so much for me in keeping me engaged and aware of what is happening with my prospects. I recommend Hubspot to every salesperson I talk to, and when I mention the integrations and feedback, everyone is amazed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that features are locked out. I wish I could try features in a limited way so I could gauge the value and thus be able to tell my boss what we need to do for better sales support through Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a startup, so there is a lot of work for very few people. Hubspot helps us focus on our highest potential sales ROI.
HubSpot is a great marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great system for automating a lot of the sales and marketing process. We are able to track a prospects activity and send targeted emails based on their behaviour at the click of a button. Not only does this help us provide tailored messaging but it helps us increase our engagement and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I have found with HubSpot are that some features do not exist yet within the automation side. Some functionality within workflows would help a lot i.e. there are some workflows that we can set up at contact level but the same properties/options aren't available in a company workflow. Having the same across all would be greatly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we have been able to closely align our Sales and Marketing efforts to really make the most of the data in our CRM and increase overall conversion rates.
Best Software for my day-to-day sales!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot stores all my contacts and works with other softwares to make everything automated for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
absolutely nothing. HubSpot works seamlessly.

The issue of being able to stay organized with so many phone calls every day and sales to close.

Do not hesitate to use HubSpot for your sales needs! It is an amazing software

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. I'm able to get from task to task quickly and not waste time with so many clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. My favorite CRM I've used yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of things I need to remember and get done. Hubspot has also shown me new ways to get tasks done from emailing sequences to following up with leads.

The user interface, any day! Workflows and Sequence features are excellent too!

Nothing that I can think of. Maybe the downtime?
