What do you like best about the product?
If you are looking for a CRM that will support you at a high level, give your sales team the appropriate tools to succeed, then HubSpot is the CRM you need

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great at tracking what you are doing with your contacts. You are able to log your activity and set reminders for future activity. It helps keep your workflow organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice that when you receive an email that is not from your contacts that they populate in HubSpot. This when you go back in you can see the contacts that are not assigned and you would be able to assign them contacts and personas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps helping every day. The mobile app is very helpful, especially for networking events when you want to quickly log an activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an easy program to pick up and is well organized. If you do get stuck there is a large video library to not only help, but also teach you new tools and features.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspects of the HubSpot CRM are that we are able to create a detailed database of customers. All of our customers are accepting communication to join our database & we are beginning to build a very important database. Another helpful aspect of HubSpot CRM for us is sequencing. The ability to enroll single or multiple contacts in to relevant sequences takes away a lot of admin for our sales guys and we find it useful that you can customise each email in a sequence to personalise as you go.

The upsides of using HubSpot CRM are:
Workflows - very useful for us for reminders, rotating leads & creating tasks.
Filtering on contacts - creating custom filters to help individual HubSpot users see their leads.
Filtering on contacts for events/date ranges - makes it easy to enroll a group of contacts from an event in to a sequence.
Filtering on reporting - can use the reporting tool to create a more visual representation of how we are performing.
Deals - creating deals and being able to easily manage them on their relevant deal stage is very useful - this makes updating, tracking and managing far easier for our Sales Team
Compatibility on mobile devices - this has allowed us to break away from using PC's and use iPads to manage our contacts.
The onboarding process with HubSpot is excellent. I managed to learn how to use the CRM package through the HubSpot Academy. Very helpful videos, quizzes and tests have allowed me to become HubSpot Certified and have been able to teach our team how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Hubspot is the quotation functionality within HubSpot. It is currently very basic and we feel this limits us when trying to manage a deal in HubSpot. We feel that this needs to be editable in order to update a quote with products or show when a payment has been received for a sale.
The downsides of using HubSpot CRM is that we feel limited with certain aspects as a Sales Professional customer. We would like to have access to more custom Dashboards and create more custom reports - this should be included within any of the Professional packages within HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems that HubSpot is solving for us is that, as a company, we've never been able to capture our contacts (customers) in this way before - creating a valuable and accurate database of contact.
Having one base which we can all work to means that we can keep on top of all our contacts and eliminated the need for trying to manage our customers over multiple platforms (Email, Spreadsheets, Cloud based drives etc).
Benefits are that we are fully GDPR compliant within HubSpot and our contacts have the ability to opt out of our correspondence if they wish to do so. HubSpot will also alert us when a contact has decided to opt out, making it easy to remove them from the database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot will change the way you manage your customers. It will change the way you currently operate and improve your teams efficiency going forward.
It is also a great way to forecast for the future and review periods of time to see how well you and the team have done.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage support tickets and have it integrated with Marketing tools makes Hubspot a favourite to work with. Not only do you get to manage support issues, but you get to see all interaction the client has made on multiple channels like your websites and social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
External form integrations could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only can I address support queries, but I can initiate custom quotes and documentation at the touch of a button. I can make calls and log my call details directly from the same window. I can do a lot more with my time than I ever did before with the help of Hubspot.

Give it a try, you will love it !

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has many integrations that allow you to track, organize, and stay up to date on managing accounts for clients. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
System updates I don’t like. It needs to be faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is integrated. Sales pipeline, Customer information, Marketing efforts. Everything is connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very challenging to learn, the support is great but the product itself takes quite a long time to fully understand.

HubSpot has greatly organized our marketing efforts and our sales process

HubSpot CRM is a MUST HAVE!

What do you like best about the product?
Hupbspot has really helped me to manage all of my contacts. The way it streamlines all of my information per contact and companies I interact with has simplified my job. The email tracking, sequences, and task reminders are have really empowered my follow-up skills. Their customer support is outstanding as well and training videos are dope! I like being able to manage my projects all in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing format. Even thought HubSpot worked with me on a pricing plan, I feel like things could be more favorable for small businesses. For example, if I am given a price break on the CRM side of things because I am the only user, why shouldn't I receive a better pricing on the Marketing side? I would greatly consider looking at the Customer Service module but there is no way we can afford to pay more than what we are at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to follow-up with customers to remove assumptions about projects we quote. I can schedule follow-up emails on projects or to my team as well. I have realized that this CRM has helped me to become much more organized with all my tasks. I am able to attach my quotations in an email, that enables me to see how many times the customer opens them as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a CRM that will support you at a high level, give your sales team the appropriate tools to succeed, then HubSpot is the CRM for you. Not complicated yet very effective! HubSpot can be a great partner for small businesses that may not be at a place to hire new employees, by supporting your current staff with highly effective tools to streamline their jobs.

Simple CRM to use and better reports than any other CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The reports are highly relevant, in other CRMs sometimes it is tough to get the reports exactly we want, but Hubspot reports are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicates contacts are created with spelling errors, Hubspot should try to work on this too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a CRM which can tract daily employee activity and help them to manage the client communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is like all CRMs but with better reports and UI is also better.

A Perfect Sales CRM Tool

What do you like best about the product?
1. In-app interactive walkthroughs that minimize seeking help from support unless there's an immediate need.
2. Easy to use software with a proper Learning Management System in process.
3. Immediate support in case there's an emergency need.
4. Hubspot Integration with LinkedIn and Salesforce has really enhanced our sales qualification process at Synup.
5.A very user-friendly application that can also be well operated as a Knowledge-Based System. Kudos to the product development team!!
6. I personally felt that the CRM had a great role in the enhancement of my lead generation process.
7. I am still using Hubspot for about a year now and it's really been a great experience so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I didn't come across any. So far it's been a great experience.

Problems Solved:-
1. Improving the lead generation process.
2. Getting a consolidated report of my activities.
3. Staying at the top of my day to day task.

Benefits:-
1. Staying at the top of my prospect's activities via Activity Feed.

A perfect Sales CRM tool. Since they have different versions for different verticals it's actually suitable for any business out there.
I would definitely recommend Hubspot for any business!!

Very disorganized without HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is one of the best tools created for Marketing and Sales. Being a part of a small Startup, we were pulling in lots of clients and sending hundreds of emails a day in order to attract new business. HubSpot's sequence tool was extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be a little tricky to figure out, and quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot made sending emails extremely easy. Since we would try to contact hundreds of clients a day, HubSpot allowed us to keep a controllable amount of responses and send/schedule our campaigns to go out at strategic times during the day. This also allowed us to free up more time by scheduling the emails the day before and having them automatically go out at a certain time. HubSpot also keeps the company very organized and allows us to track our prospects at every stage of the sales funnel.
