Necessity for a sales department
What do you like best about the product?
I love the mobile app. Text message capabilities, easy access and, most importantly, instant MQL alerts. I've literally stopped cooking dinner to contact an MQL because it popped up on my phone in real time...no way I would have known that without HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to build reports for the dashboard is incredibly confusing and I've abandoned trying several times. We unfortunately are a lean team so we don't have like a sales systems engineer to build things, so it's left to dumb sales guys like me who can't figure it out. It could be super useful, but it's just too hard to create what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily the ability to contact warm leads the second they show interest. It's gold to a sales guy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This has everything you would need as a sales person. It also very easy to use on both desktop and mobile app. I've used both Salesforce and HubSpot now and easily prefer HubSpot.
First Time User Loves the Sodtware
What do you like best about the product?
Being on the road all the time it’s easy to scan a customers business card on my cellphone to be added to hubspot. It’s easy to navigate and once I’m back to my office I can clarify my notes from previously left short notes while on the road! Its a winner!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not dislike anything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily distinguish the customers I should be focusing on and funnel them down to my top priority!

I CAN TAG MY TEAM MATES IN ACTIVITIES, I AM ABLE TO CONNECT WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH HUB SPOT. IT HAS THE BENEFITS OF TRACKING YOUR SALES PIPELINE AND GUIDE YOUR SALES FLOW.

inbox should be connected to my google calendar and switch the availability accordingly within my business hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contacts managements, mail flow and data processing are all boosted by hubspot.

Tons of support, platform is super easy to use and they hold monthly Hubspot User Groups to learn more about the platform and build a community.

some email templates are hard to edit - could be user error though.

Keeping track of all of my contacts and all of the times I reach out to them.
Fantastic Tool - And Incredible Price
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the sales pipeline is truly unmatched, and the fact that is starts as free is incredible. Not to mention the fact that it is able to hookup with your email is a god sent. There are no more missed emails, missed notes due to no one logging them. This tool is incredibly helpful and we use it in our client success to help better manage our own clients and then recommend it to our clients to help them organize their sales leads.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can get pricy quickly. What also is frustrating is how hard it is to actually buy something. I am looking to upgrade one of our clients accounts and I had to book an appointment 10 days out. A little crazy when someone is trying to buy something from you.
It is also frustrating that you cannot buy certain features. The additional pipelines are SUPER helpful, but the leap from $0 to $500 just for 1 more pipeline is a little aggressive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issue was organizing our sales pipe. Too many of our hot leads were getting lost in the mix and trying to keep on-top of them was difficult.
The ability to create multiple pipelines, and customize them to our sales talk was fantastic. We now are able to keep better tract of everyone that comes in as a lead and better understand where they are in their buyers journey so that we can better tailor our sales approach to increase our close rate.

Give it a try. It is free so there is no need to worry about missed cost. Make sure you customize the sales pipeline, and always link your gmail to it.
Very intuitive for sequences
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for me to create sequences and automatically send those out to my leads and hopefully reengage them. They help me earn lots of contacts and leads and manage them effectively. I would recommend hubspot to anyone looking for a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you can pause sequences so they wouldn't send either in a weekend or during a holiday.

The calls can drop unexpectedly. Effective for managing leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Without having money, I can increase my client book thanks to Hubspot, this due to its customer relationship management; Thanks to this I can maintain contact with each of them by different means by allowing me to have a unique record of each one with emails, social networks and telephone number included.

So far my business has benefited greatly from this program, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing documents is very tedious but necessary to be able to make a sale, and Hubspot does it quickly and without difficulty, saving me time; the market data shown saves me money in research and with the combination of these tools I can serve large numbers of clients in less time than it would take me with any other program, and the best thing is that I do not need to modify my entire system , Hubspot moves from the bottom and connects with all of them. This tool has allowed me to take my small business in the right direction, ensuring constant growth in a time I did not think.

Being a tool used by Google shows us that this program is highly reliable; Having a window that allows me to visualize my sales in real time, or interact with my clients is very helpful to know the real scope of my business, and in the same way I can check the timeline that is automatically saved to study the market and make my investments conveniently.
For any type of company, Hubspot is a great option.

You should not have a large amount of money, it is completely free and allows me to get in touch with the right people depending on the type of business I have, or the product I offer without much difficulty. Hubspot runs at the bottom of all the tools that I am already using, and it complements very well with them, so I should not change my marketing system, on the contrary, it helps me boost it in a way that I cannot imagine

The data points help me save time and money in market research, and document management helps me close business much faster sea, and in this way, serve more customers in less time, which has caused a increase in my sales and a growth in the reach of my small company. I am very satisfied with Hubspot and it is easy for me to see why it is one of the tools used by Google.

This program alone has earned a place within each large company, such as Google; It allows me to know the scope of my sales, and your data will be updated according to business traffic, letting me know when to make my investments. And thanks to the fact that I can link to any online sales site, my company's horizons have expanded and my client list grows every day. In the same way, I can keep a personalized contact record with emails and phone numbers of each client unlimited, all at no cost because it is a completely free software designed to help any business can develop.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has task reminders which can prompt me to continue to message leads for business. Also, the sequencing tool is useful, as it allows me to build a pipeline in the background whilst I'm not actively outreaching to people
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a task has been set for as a reminder for a certain time, it immediately comes as overdue, despite it only having been set.

Allows me an all in one solution for outreach to potential clients. The marketing tool is also very useful for newsletters
