What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM offers me a complete stack of software for marketing, sales and services to my clients, with a completely free CRM at its core. Connecting with my potential clients has never been easier with free meeting scheduling, live chat, templates Email, click-to-call functionality and more. HubSpot CRM is ideal for small and medium businesses (between 10 and 200 employees) that are limited by spreadsheets, but don't need many of the advanced features of complex systems Business CRM The ease of configuration and use make this application the perfect solution for our initial startup. It is economical and lightweight, and allowed us to start with a CRM quickly, ensuring that our customer data was kept up-to-date from the beginning, is all I need to organize, track and build better relationships with potential customers and unlimited customers; Up to 1,000,000 contacts with no time limit or expiration date, whether our team is 1 or 1,000.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM gives my sales team a tool base to close more businesses with less work, there is nothing that upsets me about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot CRM I can arm my sales team with the necessary tools to save time that they will really use, get an updated view of my entire sales portfolio on a clean and visual dashboard, keep track of visits from potential customers to the site In real time, determine which companies are the most compromised and set up personalized email notifications for my team. This software allows me to obtain different perspectives using dozens of different filtering criteria, such as geography, company size, number of visits and more. Your contact records are automatically enriched with data from more than 20 million companies and with tools that notify my staff at the moment when a potential client opens my email or visits my website, having all the context of what we need to continue with the correct potential customers at the right time.

I recommend it since I love the simple and it is very efficient. It has the ability to customize the properties, it has been a great benefit for both my sales team and our reports, acquiring a deep vision of the number of visitors and visits to the page , which helps me focus on the most interested prospects. HubSpot CRM enters the 21st Century, with a customer relationship management system that is easy to use, eliminates manual work and really helps my sales team to sell. It is free and I can start using it right now. HubSpot CRM allows to keep all my contacts in a centralized and customizable database, automatically recording each interaction and continuously browsing the Internet, tracking more than 20 million companies (growing). With detailed reports on the sales activity, the productivity and individual performance, we will never be in the dark about how the team is following the quota since it provides all the data I need to guide my team to success.

What do you like best about the product?
How they are able to incorporate their product in so many areas of their business. From the outside looking in, I respect what they are doing and they are doing it really well.

I love the sequences that you can create inside hubspot for outbound selling. Not only are emails automated, but you can add in custom tasks such as engage on linkedin or a reminder to follow up on a different medium.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deliverability is sort of an issue. I wish hubspot was more proactive with that and provided resources to make sure all of my emails hit primary, everytime
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when and how we have contacted our customers and prospects has been amazing. Their UI is incredible and makes it really easy to jump into a conversation and pick right up where I left off

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an incredible software for growth, it has an open tracking of my emails and communication records for each contact, the use of templates is incredible, it is easy to configure and post new blogs to our multiple social media sites. and easy to use I can assign team members to potential clients, create deadlines, and know that every interaction with an advantage has had with us, all in one place without a doubt HubSpot is an ideal software for entrepreneurs

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to track the different metrics for the emails that I'm sending out.

I feel that they could have some tutorials on their dashboard or links to help center articles.

I am able to track certain metrics that are very helpful for email campaigns that I'm doing.

What do you like best about the product?
I am very attracted to the functions of HubSpot CRM, when it is necessary to control your accounts or visits to your website there is HubSpot managing all the processes, it allows you to register activities automatically. This platform can be easily synchronized with Gmail, Outlook to get all calls, emails or meetings on a customer line. Thus, the work team can determine what stage of management it is and in the same way determine how to continue.

What do you like best about the product?

Hubspot CMR provides a better way to manage your customer relationships, and it is 100 percent free for the entire time you use it, it is possible to create custom views and execute automated actions to manage your contacts and data. Best CRM tool out there!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the complete package for us at WhiteHat. We can see if clients view our website, view our documents or any materials associated with us. The reason why this is a game-changer is due to me being an SDR - so working on clients while interest is hot is so so important!
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering section. Adding and removing filters seems a little cluttered and not the most straight forward!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm seeing how long clients view our decks (docs) - so if a contact spends 25 mins reading our materials - I'll call 10 mins later to chase and the response I receive should be better due to the interest still being warm!

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use the HubSpot Business Card scanner on the go. I'm not losing contacts and I'm getting them into our sales funnel. It's so EASY to use too. You just take a quick photo and presto, done. I love not having to keep a bunch of business cards with me and try to remember to upload them into the system later. It's so intuitive and smart with capturing information as well. I don't have to worry about it not being done correctly or having to go back and change things. It's so awesome that I can't get enough of it! Definitely something you should use and implement for your own business if you find yourself getting a lot of business cards and things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love more features of course! The more the merrier! It's always hard to get employees on board with new software and this one seemed particularly hard for some reason...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so easy to do business on the go without worrying about getting back to the office to make sure I put cards into the system. I love not having to keep a bunch of business cards with me and try to remember to upload them into the system later. It's so intuitive and smart with capturing information as well. I don't have to worry about it not being done correctly or having to go back and change things. It's so awesome that I can't get enough of it! Definitely something you should use and implement for your own business if you find yourself getting a lot of business cards and things.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is user-friendly, constantly expandable and has amazing customer service. For a company that is constantly expanding and has recently doubled in size like ours, switching to Hubspot was one of many available solutions. Hubspot is a thought leader in the Marketing sector, so the amount of content and value won over our upper Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike per se, but there are things that could be better, for example SEO

Centralising your marketing efforts pays off in the long run
