Best CRM

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides all important details to personalized targeting like LinkedIn profile, IP location, Company details etc. Its sequences facility, bulk marketing email sending, user interface all things are amazing. Thank you HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to manage duplicate emails in bulk. This process is very time taking for me. We are unable to send more than 5 sequences also we can only enroll 150 contacts in one day. This limit is not good. There should also a facility to send personalized sequences according to their clicks. We just blindly schedule sequences at a time. there should be a option for send another email if the contact clicked on a link on my previous email. This facility is in workflows but not in sequences. Another thing is sequences should also have a facility to start automatically because workflows are a marketing emails and looks like a SPAM but sequences looks like a personalized sales email. Also when enrolling bulk sequences this does not show the company details. If I'll be able to see the company details in bulk enrollment that will help me alot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling from CRM is really amazing. We can check all the recorded calls in a contact. With HubSpot We can see the whole contact history so that we can target them with specific interest. With chatbot are able to assist the visitors and also we can automate the chat.We can create a follow-up task to remember all our followups.

This is best CRM ever.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its ease-of-use. It has the most advanced capabilities you need in today’s software market.

Pricing is contingent to the number of contacts you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manage website and CRM in one place makes it easy to figure out where a lead came from, and set up workflows per activity.

Best CRM I have ever used

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is highly intuitive, making the learning curve minimal. I actually enjoy using it as a sales rep rather than thinking of it as a tedious part of my job. It saves me time and makes me money.

By utilizing the blog, academy and embedded tips, I discovered a passion for email selling and even took an online course in content marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Docusign integration, only works with PandaDoc.

I'm told it's expensive? Honestly I don't have much in way of critiques. I've used four different CRMs and this is my favorite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customization to my workflow. Task queues save me a ton of time. Automated task requests ensure I follow up and stay top of mind. Ability to store templates and snippets in the CRM and have it accessible from contacts and the ability to draft emails while also looking at notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and active community which is the best resource for learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Company and Contacts are not synced completely with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling all the customers, potential customers, deals etc. The speed of sales processes has improved, team is actively engaged and a lot of manual tasks have been automated that saves a lot of time for the team members.

If you are looking for an affordable CRM with super features, HubSpot CRM will not disappoint you.

Hubspot Collects Data Anytime Anywhere! AMAZING

What do you like best about the product?
We have disabilities and have been building our brand Assuaged for three years. Finally we feel we have access to digestible and understandable content. Hubspot is a WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE and it does come at a price, but you simply cannot compare their services to other 'useful' but 'clunky' platforms. It pays for itself and even fills the needs for having to hire extra hands. Before signing up with HubSpot we got quotes for services priced from $5,000-$16,000, only to learn that we didn't need to outsource the work because HubSpot has all the important essentials available in one area for us to create in-house and do ourselves.

Hubspot offers a powerful all-in-one solution with seamless integrations and functionality. Honestly, we got exhausted having to be in multiple digital spaces at one time in efforts to exercise the use of the tools needed to build a successful business. Here in HubSpot we can create what we need to in less time for less money. The Academy has hands down been the most valuable resource in teaching us about how to build a strong brand in today's modern growing society.

The CRM is especially impressive offering data collection from all angles allowing us to eliminate over ten other services we were using. With data being collected we can ensure that we are never losing any leads and that we are always present for our customers. The live chat flows and pop-up forms are so incredibly helpful, especially by appearing across all of our website pages and platforms. Everything is organized and can be easily operated under one umbrella.

We are forever grateful for Hubspot supporting military veterans and people with disabilities. Your software has been truly life-changing! Our success has reached new heights as we continue to grow!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one thing I can dislike about HubSpot, they are truly amazing! It takes awhile to get used to the feel but the outcome is without a doubt beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits have been their impeccable customer service via chat, e-mail, and phone 24/7! We never feel left out in the cold or alone!

Give it some time and watch videos in the academy. Education is such a powerful tool!

What do you like best about the product?
When any new software is implemented into a business, there are going to be growing pains. The Hubspot team has been there every step of the way to make sure we could work out any possible issues as quickly as possible so that we could fully customize the software to our business and how it is run.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial training videos were a bit long, the only thing I would think is that they could possibly be condensed. Maybe keep all of the same content, but break them up a little more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to our old CRM, hubspot has been a dream. We haven't really experienced any problems, maybe a small glitch that was quickly corrected. Our focus has just been customizing the program to meet our needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just be patient with the process. The end result is well worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Hubspot is how user friendly it is. It is a very complex program, but is very easy to navigate at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually can't think of anything that I dislike about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us to automate a lot of activities that we would normally do manually and it also helps us track our customers better. I have realized that we would have lost contact with many people if it weren't for HubSpot CRM.

I highly recommend HubSpot CRM. I think it is a wonderful way to grow your business. Not only does it help to grow your business as a whole, but it is also helpful for us to grow as individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
To start with, from the very beginning of using Hubspot, I liked the automated creation of companies card after copy-pasting the email address into Gmail. In comparison with salesforce which has a similar feature, I found HubSpot more convince.
As well, all email related features such as sequences, etc are performing well.
To summarise - so far I found a crucial tool for my daily routine - workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more advanced email tracking system

Great tools to filter prospect leads, ability to create smart lists of target and link all marketing activities in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the videos. I am a visual learner so the charts and slide shows really help me to retain the knowledge. Also, offering the certificates has made it fun for other employees to all try to complete the courses. It has become a competition in learning. All the tips and information has really been helpful for our team. I love that you can connect your gmail account to hubspot so that all email communications are automatically logged. If you send an email to someone their contact information can be easily uploaded in to hubspot. The sequences have also cut down on time we spend contacting clients to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the person that is giving the presentation...their hand movements can be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a world of problems! We did not have any of our information organized. Our customers call on a regular basis and now being able to pull up what our last conversation was about is amazing! Also, being able to track who has opened emails has made it so we can ensure we have correct email addresses and correct contact information whereas before we were going at it blind. The chat has also opened the communication for our clients so that they can reach us in any way they feel comfortable.
