Hubspot = peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking the prospects is so easy. So is drafting repetitive emails. Most of the leading softwares and email services integrate well with Hubspot, which makes it very easy to work in collaboration and avoid repetitive tasks.
Contacts automatically are picked up from a variety of apps and integrated, which makes it much simpler to delegate tasks to the team members.
Kanban view makes viewing ongoing projects very simple and that in turn helps understanding the stages of various propspects.
Meeting link and the calendar getting updated with any meetings booked is yet another feature which helps in a hassle free booking of meetings.
The reports are comprehensive and gives an overall picture of what the team is doing on a day to day basis, what is lacking and what is going good.
We have also linked our website and its visitor data gets in the contacts automatically. Moreover, even intercom contacts are automatically imported after the lead quality passes a certain threshold.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets clumsy and takes too much time to load. Also sometimes, errors creep in without any proper justification and you need to restart the application in order to make it working again.
Sometimes contacts do not alight with the deals and so connecting the dots become very difficult.

Some features are extremely powerful and can be used to improve the visibility into prospects, lead management and several others.
Save time and keep continuity with templates
What do you like best about the product?
Its quick & easy, you dont have to start at the beginning every time you want to message someone. The main thing I like is that you can sit there and really get your message across in the best, most accurate way possible when you are creating your template. The template is then just sat there, ready to go and by adding a couple of lines of personalisation to each template, you can send the same, professional email every time, yet make it look as though it was specifically written for teh client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres nothing I really dislike about templates, I understand it and its easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuity is key with clients in my business. We sell what we sell and we can't personalise what we offer to our clients. We can offer them a personal service, but the products are always the same. By using templates you get to keep repeating the same message over and over again to your clients, letting them know exactley what your product does for them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love template feature as it allows me to reach more leads and be alooot more efficient in time and energy. and that's not all. The fact that I can have customized email for each person with their name and name of company and make it feel more personal makes it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some spacing after personalized token that is added automatically which does not look perfect in the emails sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find an overview of what has been done,by who and when and where we will head and get automated reports

What do you like best about the product?
It does all the dirty work for you, sequences rock! All you have to do is the ground work and then set up the sequence and you can use that as a template for daily outreach. I also love how it tracks contacts and connects your emails to them for easy follow-up and reminders. HubSpot CRM is pretty sweet if you are communicating with so many people each day that you'll lose important contacts during it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't edit a sequence once it's initiated. Sometimes I wish I could tweak something or add something I learn about after bu you can't. I also don't like how the notifications to open emails don't connect to the actual email its notifying you about, rather the last email you sent with that same subject heading. The only way around this is to make each subject heading unique to whoever you're writing to or you'll never know who is opening and viewing your emails and its contents based of the HubSpot notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forgetting to follow-up to non-responses. A lot of the time people are interested but forget to respond after one email. The automatic follow-up makes it so these potential clients never slip through the cracks with consistent follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use HubSpot CRM as much as possible, it's game changing. If you want to improve your and your teams effectiveness, rely on the tools HubSpot CRM offers you.
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to create and modify the templates. It is very user friendly and even provides suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is the folders option in the templates. It would be cool if it started off showing the folders and let you drill down to category. Right now when I go to templates it shows all of them or I can sort them by the owner but it doesn't list the folders I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need templates, its an awesome way to track success, do AB testing and improve email response.

The tutorials are helpful, i've found that it the training videos provide the most insight if you practice it right after the training. I can't think of any other helpful recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot is so custom. You can change the settings, and the way things appear to best fit your needs. It keeps things organized and makes it very hard to loose track of people. I like how it organizes our leads into lists so that our team can divide tasks easily. The interface is very easy to use and interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the system will often update and cause small glitches causing it to slow down calls occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we don't miss calls, or call people before they are due. It helps our team easily and quickly communicate.
HubSpot - Makes your life easier through sequences
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of using HubSpot is the sequences. HubSpot allows me to customize individual emails throughout a 2-3 week process of outreach that automatically contacts prospects for you at selected times. This makes my follow-up all the more effective because it takes out the possibility of me forgetting to reach out after a few days of no response.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be perfectly honest I haven't had any complaints with using HubSpot since I began using the software back in September. It is highly customizable and helps to keep me organized, hard to complain about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that HubSpot has solved for me has been increased outreach to unresponsive customers. Often times I find myself forgetting to follow up with a prospect I haven't heard back from, with Hubspot. I can set up sequences to send emails to prospects on my behalf, and then unenroll them after a certain amount of emails has been sent or they respond to one of my emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the sequences to your advantage. They will help to book appointments and make prospecting a "set and forget" kind of process. It's also great for scheduling emails to be sent at a later time if you work internationally or across different time zones. You can make sure your clients in New York are getting their emails at 8 AM while you're still asleep in bed at 5 AM in California.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates existing within the email functions have saved my life. I am able to communicate more easily, thoroughly and quickly with all my clients. The ability to see history with a particular client or customer allows for great insight sales. Sequences of emails has been particularly effective for sales - as we continue to grow, we are able to how effective our campaigns are, and adjust our campaigns accordingly. Being able to see how many people open, read and click through our sequences provides us great insight into our customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything. I would say that there are some complexities to the software that I am still learning (unfamiliar with). HubSpot continues to make adjustments and enhancements that are helping me with my job. Sometimes there are outages or refresh issues with the platform, but HubSpot addresses these issues quickly and effectively. Maybe I would like to see them notify us of changes and performance issues proactively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a ton of time using email templates to respond to client product related questions. The time savings is crucial to me and to the organization as a whole. As we expand, I will utilize more team functions to maintain an eye on sales and customer engagement as a whole. Additionally, with the email sequences, we eliminate a lot of "one-off" emails with clients and get get to a close more quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out and ask a lot of questions. You won't be disappointed.
Tasks function is reliable, convenient, and a MUST for keeping up with crucial work scheduling.
What do you like best about the product?
I like to think I have a memory like a steel trap, but when I start multitasking, the tasks function in Hubspot is my savior! It's crucial for planning my days and weeks so I can have measurable success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not as thorough on eliminating the email reminders in my Google account, so the emails can get overwhelming pretty quickly. I focus on what's going on in Hubspot more than I do Google, so I find myself having to eliminate a lot of old email reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier to plan for days and weeks ahead. It's made it easier to come into work, sit down and get right to making calls, whereas before I would need 15-20 minutes to get myself together.

Easily contact more customers than you'd realistically have time for if done myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app is terrible, needs to have similar features to desktop version. Very hard to navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it much easier to gauge engagement, keep contact with the amount of businesses I wouldn't normally have time for, and organize my deals.
