A Comprehensive CRM with Room for Refinement
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub offers an intuitive interface that simplifies the complexities of sales processes. What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its many strengths, some users have noted that the platform's pricing can be steep, especially for small to medium-sized businesses. Advanced features like email sequences and automation are often gated behind higher-tier plans, which may not be cost-effective for all organizations. Furthermore, while the interface is generally user-friendly, the abundance of features can be overwhelming for new users, requiring a learning curve to fully leverage the platform's capabilities.

Good overall CRM, does most things averagely well but keeps things tidy
What do you like best about the product?
I get all the information I need all at one place. No need for too many tools at the same time. And, a much better and easier to use CRM than Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for enterprise is very expensive for few things.

Keeping all my data and stages of the funnel in one place, tracking users, and the pipeline.
Great platform for mid-sized sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
It's clean, easy to use, and very feature rich. I'm using it with a client as a consultant and the detailed reporting we get on what is happening with the sales team velocity is unreal. Whenever we've had an issue, customer support has come to the rescue fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a better way of building an 'old-school' outreach style sales pipeline. We've kinda hacked the Deals section to do that so that we have a very visual outreach pipeline, because sequences didn't give people who were not on the Pro licence (on a core seat instead) any visibility into what the sales team was doing with the outreach program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the performance of our outreach campaigns, delivering data to the CEO without him having to 'do' anything to get it (massive win!), making it easier to run a sales team with multiple sellers.
Overall Good Experience with Hub Spot as an Academic Sales Rep
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hub Spot is the ability to hold so many customer profiles and the task system. The automatic tasks and being able to create my own tasks on a huge population of students keeps my work moving forward and holds me accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you can easily get lost in the system. Between deals, dashboards, contacts, and tasks it's very easy for students to fall through the cracks. I wish it was made more efficient/streamlined.

I love how HubSpot Sales Hub has made my workflow smoother by having all my data in one place. This integration and better visibility allow for efficient tracking of leads and activities. The sequence feature is fascinating, enabling me to customize and design my own cadence, which is essential for my role as an SDR. Best CRM for Sales & Busines Development Executives
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how intuitive and clean the interface is, it doesn't take a lot of time to get used to it, even if you are not super technical. As a Business Development Executive, I use it daily for tracking emails, managing deals, and the integration with Gmail makes it seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that some features, like advanced reporting or certain automation tools, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For small teams or startups, that can be a bit limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge it solved for me was managing leads and follow-ups without letting anything slip through the cracks. Before HubSpot, everything was spread across spreadsheet and email threads, and it was hard to keep track of where each lead stood. With Sales hub, I have full visilibility into the pipeline and can automate follow-ups at scale. Its helped me stay more organized, save time, and close more deals.
Better than most CRMs I've used before
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, easy to capture effective notes and set follow up tasks. The software has so many capabilities to make users more effective and you can use or not use what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've created custom properties and we are not able to search by custom property. Also, follow up tasks - would be nice if there was a calendar icon i could click on and manipulate for a custom date instead of scrolling to the bottom to click custom date field.

Reporting isn't the best. You're also limited with how much you can customise.

I really like that HubSpot Sales Hub has everything in one place, making it convenient to manage all tasks related to CRM from a single platform. This unified interface saves my team time and effort. Plus, it's fairly intuitive, so we don’t spend much time figuring out how to use it. We appreciate how it handles quoting and the organizing of customer data effectively. We use it to manage contacts and send out emailers and communications to customers, which streamlines our operations. The system’s ability to compile customer data and send out quotes are standout features, facilitating efficient and effective communication with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature in HubSpot Sales Hub is not intuitive. It's difficult to compile and extract the desired information, making it challenging to produce reports that meet our needs.
