Sales using Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM system allows you to engage with your contacts and automate many aspects of the sales cycle saving you time and making sure leads are properly nurtured.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are unable to change mass sequence times to be sent, i just spent an hour scheduling 100 contacts for tomorrow morning instead of this afternoon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM allows you to easily repeat many aspects of your sales strategy. Benefits include saving time allowing you to reach more people and remember to keep up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to use if you have someone who has used it before or want to spend the time going through their knowledge base.

What do you like best about the product?
The control and simplicity of the system
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the mobile version could be better however, it misses some items that are on the laptop version, not essential but desirable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot can be set up any way you need, email notifications, additional labels added for different contact means, I.e emails, calls you can label them as any outcome you desire, if you have a task set to email and you send an email it recognises that and automatically labels and completes the task, if you action the task and didnt send an email it wont check of the task, very sophisticated system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no further advice. Simple and successful, as an experienced salesman with multiple CRM experiences I have no additional problems or questions
I use the tasks feature every day about 30 times per day
What do you like best about the product?
I'm in sales. Following up with leads is critical if you want to close a client. I use tasks to remind myself to follow up with clients and to keep in touch with clients. I even use tasks to follow up with clients after I have closed them. I live out of the tasks menu all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not loving the constant emails that I get from hubspot about the tasks because I always have the task menu up. But I can't do anything about it because my boss will not let me turn off the email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am increasing my sales closings. I am staying more organized throughout the day with the tasks feature. I am getting a lot done.

It's a good CRM.
Functional and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and organized. I use templates and snippets countless times every day, the tasks are extremely helpful working on a team, as well as the ability to tag teammates. I love the options for coding contacts and creating campaigns. Hubspot helps me to be productive and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I'm unable to add attachments to templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all interactions with clients/companies logged in one place is invaluable. The ability to filter by notes/calls/emails is also helpful for working quickly! I speak with hundred of clients and prospects each week and having all their information in one organized place has benefits beyond measure!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have multiple employees interacting with many clients and prospects - HubSpot is vital to efficiently growing your business - it provides such peace of mind!
Use HubSpot sequences for your different verticals
What do you like best about the product?
When you have vertical markets with different selling point HubSpot's sequences is the best tool respond to a particular client in seconds and make the interaction last over weeks or months with no effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had the option to add more levels to the sequence, other then that it is a great tool and time saver to make sure your clients get all your key points over time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves times and able to catch customers at different times of the day.
Intuitive and centralized
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CRM is very user-friendly. I like the centralized reporting on templates and the suggestions it gives you to make your emails more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the sales navigator integration was for all levels of sales navigator and not just the team version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reducing friction by being able to schedule emails in advance. I benefit in that my calls, notes, emails, and all interactions are centralized in one database.
Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to make templates that I can conveniently use to email patients and not have to type a new email each time that I need to send one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really come across anything that I currently dislike. I am still getting to know the system and all the features that it has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The more I continue to explore the program, I find more and more shortcuts, that I can use to make my workflow easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great system to use. It is easy to use and very helpful for my day to day work flow.
It increases my productivity and my workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
The filters are one of the best parts of Hubspot, I feel I can increase my workflow and the position in the work system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the platform is good and stable for workflow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer problems, I feel like Hubspot is one of the most complete tools for creating filters and searching for my customers with problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create and manage sequences and tasks. Handing off contact to co-workers is extremely easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had a better view of long term tasks, such as a calendar. This would allow for better planning of my time and overview of my week to come. Another option which would be beneficia,l is seeing tasks which have no been assigned yet(Such as the upcoming tasks in enrolled sequences). Because some tasks are created later in the day, it can sometimes be hard to judge the amount of time necessary to complete all tasks for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM has made the beginning-to-end sales process so smooth. It is incredibly easy for entire teams to see exactly where we are in the process, and to manage what happens next. I have realized that the most beneficial part of Hubspot is the ease of creating and editing sequences. These allow us to always stay in contact and in front of prospects.
Time savings!
What do you like best about the product?
The queue system really helps expedite my daily tasks when it comes to follow up and sales tracking. The workflow systems are useful for getting leads around our organization. The ability to pin notes is extremely useful as well, it allows you to have important information at your finger tips with out the need to go hunting through a particular account to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to designate different levels of priority for tasks to help designate what is important and what can wait. Also when I get a notification that some read my email it takes some time to tell me who exactly read the email. When you send emails in large volumes it would be nice to know who is reading t without having to sift through and check each recipient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of notes and conversations had over several different occasions. Eliminates having to flipping through paper notes to find a phone number or email address buried in with useless scribbles and what not. It has also helped with planning my day as I can create queues and work through them as the day progresses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a simple tool to use. It really helps streamline the follow up process and keeping track of conversations in sales. It also helps to see what marketing material the customer may have received so I can reference it in future conversations.
