Amazing all-around app for business
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you to quickly get into the business and start building your customer base. The learning center will help you not only with knowledge about the system but also about your industry as a whole. You can learn how to sell, market, write your emails and many more. Managing the database, following lead activities was never that easy. Also, Hubspot allows you to manage your marketing and customer support with the same level of efficiency. There are just so many things to cover that it is almost impossible to describe until you try it yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest flaw in HubSpot is performance. To support such an amount of tasks and workflows the system gets pretty busy and a bit laggy pretty fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of tracking the leads and clients, their activity, and requests. It's very easy to utilize the tools and leave no customer behind. With Hubspot, you are able to track a huge amount of data and make your customers think that you are personally watching over them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at your needs. There are plenty of different solutions for specific tasks, however, if you want to have all in one place - Hubspot is one of them.

I really like the simplicity of the website.

There isnt anything that I like dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't forget to do stuff or follow up with people since the cadence already is in place.

Hubspot CRM Is the way to Go!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can keep all the information about our customers and potential customers in one place. It helps us to personalize things for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the more I can get all our team to use it the more we will grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having a generic way of serving our clients we are able to customize each person's experience based on the information that we store in hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used 5 tools consistently which have helped hugely in managing growing my business:
1. Templates. At least the core of what I want to say is always available, with documents.
2. Sequences. The ability to ping someone and then consistently follow-up over a number of weeks is hugely valuable.
3. Outbound calls. The ability to lease a Skype number and then call + record from it is amazing.
4. Tasks reminders. As your tasks grow you need to track who is where. You can do this with your lists and reminders.
Once you get into all of it, it works great.

I wish I had more workflows and the ability to do video messaging.

I am solving my follow-up, deal tracking, tracking of interactions with my content and ongoing mailing.

Take the time to use the processes and tools they've built.
For a sales person like me, Hubspot memorizes and reminds me of my customers in time.

No contact quick preview with customized fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with customers has become very effective and easy. Sequences have increased the number of responses and with the help of Hubspot's intelligence, the emails are more personalized to the customers. Also, I love tracking, sometimes when a customer opens our email, that's our cue to call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform that you can rely on when finding the right customers. The entire sales cycle can be tracked and it really helps to follow up with old leads when the history is right there at one place.

-Expensive (compared to other CRMs)
-Irregularities in the analytics tracking (I think if we went through more training, this might get better)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is able to collaborate together much easier. Running a sales team is much easier with HubSpot. Since implementation, we are able to track our sales quotas much easier, track leads throughout the customer life cycle, and automate email sequences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good for the money, as long as you are trying to use it to its full capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great complex of useful tools,easy navigation and user friendly design. I enjoy working in it because it makes lead generation easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love Hubspot team to add ability to send letters for prospects in bulk event if they have already been emailed with sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding new information quick and easy, analyzing my work with wonderful statistics dashboard.
Best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple. As a first time user, I never had any problems going through everything, unlike a competitor that has a much more complicated interface. Automation at it's best, the templates and sequences are easy to use and reports are accurate. We use the analytic tools to compare reports on a day by day, weekly and monthly basis with just a click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rare cases where the system would be down for a few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call Recording, fast email sending, and tasks being completed. I easily get reminders for things I still need to finish. Emailing more clients is easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used another CRM before so believe me when I say that this is more user-friendly. It doesn't complicate things.
The wonder of Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
The follow up notifications are amazing, every time i get them on my watch or on my phone, I immediately make that phone call!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike but lack, an easier way to re schedule the tasks, maybe a quick button were I can change the due date with just one click

I rely on Hubspot in order to deliver an excellent level of customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to ensure that no communications are missed even when I am out of the office. I use it for tickets, customer information, to communicate with my team and other members of the company and for the online chat. When I am not available, I know that another member of my team will ensure our customers still receive a first rate experience and that all queries are carefully logged and will be handled quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am surprised that more of our customers do not access the online chat and Knowledge Base as this would be a really effective way of communicating and allow them to self-serve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tickets are split into different pipelines and in addition to this, I am able to use filters to access relevant information quickly and with ease. I can also see the progress and status of tickets in real-time. I can communicate effectively with customers via email, can provide details of meetings and phone calls whilst ensuring that relevant information is logged efficiently. I also have insights into up-to-date customer information when I am working remotely and am able to update my team before I have even returned to the office. Different members of teams throughout the company are able to monitor specific tags and tickets and this ensures that information such as incidents which require a response, and valuable feedback, is dealt with and logged effectively. Hubspot allows the workflow to be efficient, I can expedite a problem by adding an additional comment in a product field and/or note and I know that by using the consistent ticket tag list that I will be meeting the high standards and expectations of my team and the wider company.

Be consistent and use the ticketing system efficiently so that customers are provided with a high standard of service and their needs are responded to in an accurate and considerate manner.
