Wonderful product
What do you like best about the product?
We have all our contacts in one please. We create email templates so it is just the click of a button to send emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a lot of learning to get use to the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our contacts in one place. Before we had contacts in multiple areas and things would get overlapped.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great place to organize all of our contacts, deals, tickets, and really helps our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems that there aren't the workarounds I'm looking for when I run into an issue. With HubSpot being such a complex CRM, it can take a while to go through all the options offered to us. This is why the live chat feature is so helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have figured out so many things with HubSpot. Specifically by chatting with HubSpot team members through the live chat feature. I have received a tremendous amount of help regarding changes we've recently made with a new company website and new company email addresses that have come along with that.
Great tool for what we need on our sales team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the level of customization in regards to the information I see. The report capabilities are also fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel as though this tool is not very automated in finding duplicate accounts and our system gets inundated with duplicate emails or accounts that don't sync with appropriate companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for all of my outreach to both cold and hot leads. It helps me remain organized and on top of what needs to happen next with all of my deals.

Use all of the features that they offer. They are a great tool for new business as well as growing/established organizations
Leveraging HubSpot For Increased Sales Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data available in HubSpot and the task and queues options allow my team to be very efficient yet highly personalized in their engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quotes set up does not work well with our sales types so we can't use them. Instead we need to use an integrated software to send our quotes so it is an extra step that is not the most ideal but it still works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small team with limited resources and since our buyers are purchasing training courses for their workforce and each class can be for up to 25 people at a time there are a lot of people in the buying journey and they all need to be communicated to very differently. As such it can be a lot to manage on the sales and marketing sides but HubSpot allows us to house all of that data about our customers and personalize our outreach as such. The sequences and workflow tools allow us to automate a lot of our outreach while still using highly personalized copy. The tasks and queues features also allow our sales team to hit more one to one touchpoints which is especially crucial when a number of our Federal Government customers do not receive our marketing emails. Re-engagement falls of the shoulders of sales reps and HubSpot allows them to use their time more efficiently to do that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it makes sense for your business make the switch. Don't let your users today influence your decision. I had a team of seasoned sales rep very comfortable with Salesforce and adamant that this was a bad move. After 3 months they started to see the benefits and now more than 2 years later they still finding things they love about HubSpot and it is truly allowing them to do more with less time.

It's very nice to have this CRM because all the information needed for the company can be seen in HubSpot.

When there are too many notes and logged activities, I experience lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the correct information being inputted in HubSpot CRM, we are benefitting from it by having accurate information which can be seen easily. It also helps us to see the difference from the logged information on HubSpot and from the other used systems.

This software is very easy to use, because it allows you to concentrate more on closing deals and automates the registration of all data. saving you time.

At first it is a little difficult to use worse then you are finding a way to understand the service. HubSpot CRM has provided me with a great experience and now I can manage all my clients very well.

This great tool has allowed my company to be even more known is a platform that allows me to increase customer traffic. It also converts sales opportunities. Thanks to HubSpot CRM I can create, automate, measure and optimize all the marketing of my company. Now we are more productive and have easy access to all the information of all our clients and followers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot CRM because it is a software created to maintain good management with current and new potential customers, a tool designed to control and monitor business growth, I find everything necessary in terms of organization because Business refers to being a CRM I can since it automatically monitors customer interactions all by email. Hubspot CRM is all you need to control and track business growth

Hubspot CRM has helped me to solve the business closing problems, since creating the personalized contact card makes it easier and faster because through this wonderful tool they receive daily notification either by call or email keeping thus a greater control and attention to the clients and above all creating new potential clients

I highly recommend Hubspot CRM for being the best customer relationship manager, it is the best CRM that I can recommend because I can keep absolute control of our business and the products offered is a wonderful customizable software, and the best intuitive interface very easy to drive
Best CRM/Marketing Automation tool I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
With Hubspot you get everything. And I do mean EVERYTHING. It's got the most comprehensive CRM of the market, it's super user friendly and you get access to the Hubspot Academy, where you can learn how to use and make the most of it with easy to follow and fun courses! Every single interaction with a contact gets recorded, so it's very easy to keep track of where a given contact is in the pipeline.
The Sales Hub is so useful as well, the call feature lets you keep a record of all calls without having to manually log them. You can even make calls from the app!
Another very important thing that comes to mind is that it's SO easy to make changes in contact properties. You get a bunch of predetermined or default ones, but adding more, or changing the existing ones is so easy, anyone can do it. You don't need to have a specific developer to do so like other CRMs.

Honestly, not much. Really, just one thing comes to mind, I haven't figured out a way to easily find contacts based on company properties (it might exist, though!)

Contact segmentation is for sure easier. The contact view filters work so well, and creating active/static lists make it a breeze to send marketing email campaigns. The call function is so great, never again did I have to manually log calls, I just make them through the app!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd say take into consideration the use you'll be giving the tool.If you're looking for an integral, comprehensive CRM and marketing automation tool, and you'll use its full features, I'd definitely try it out.
Best CRM to tack the daily activity of your work and business
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful CRM, no need to tack manually, if you are linking it with you system and outlook, it is automatically tracking the activities like, how many emails we send, to whome we send, how many leads we generated, the lead details, there will be no duplicate, it will update if there is any duplicate is there. You can give the certification exam also, there is a learning scope for different subjects line inbound sales, inbound marketing etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. So far, i only liked this CRM.

I am solving there is no duplicate and automatic tracking of your daily activities with the help of Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is absolutely the most simple and clean CRM platform I've ever had the chance to use. It has so many capabilities and it offers so many different help channels via phone, chat or helpful blog posts. It's quick, it's fast and it's very easy to understand. I currently use Marketo and I have tried convincing my current company to go towards Hubspot because that's how much I vouch for it, it's so much easier to work with and can do a lot more than other CRM's combined.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would rarely, very rarely, glitch, where you'd have to refresh or you'd have to contact chat on how you can get things to work or flow right in workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved creating nurture tracks for customers who are not ready to buy yet, I've created lists for different segmentations and different workflows for customers who attend or haven't attended events.
