Hubspot is my daily CRM, and I love it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create and manage sequences and tasks. Handing off contact to co-workers is extremely easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had a better view of long term tasks, such as a calendar. This would allow for better planning of my time and overview of my week to come. Another option which would be beneficia,l is seeing tasks which have no been assigned yet(Such as the upcoming tasks in enrolled sequences). Because some tasks are created later in the day, it can sometimes be hard to judge the amount of time necessary to complete all tasks for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM has made the beginning-to-end sales process so smooth. It is incredibly easy for entire teams to see exactly where we are in the process, and to manage what happens next. I have realized that the most beneficial part of Hubspot is the ease of creating and editing sequences. These allow us to always stay in contact and in front of prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The queue system really helps expedite my daily tasks when it comes to follow up and sales tracking. The workflow systems are useful for getting leads around our organization. The ability to pin notes is extremely useful as well, it allows you to have important information at your finger tips with out the need to go hunting through a particular account to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to designate different levels of priority for tasks to help designate what is important and what can wait. Also when I get a notification that some read my email it takes some time to tell me who exactly read the email. When you send emails in large volumes it would be nice to know who is reading t without having to sift through and check each recipient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of notes and conversations had over several different occasions. Eliminates having to flipping through paper notes to find a phone number or email address buried in with useless scribbles and what not. It has also helped with planning my day as I can create queues and work through them as the day progresses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a simple tool to use. It really helps streamline the follow up process and keeping track of conversations in sales. It also helps to see what marketing material the customer may have received so I can reference it in future conversations.
HubSpot keeps me efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot keeps me effective and efficient in my prospecting and especially when following up. It does so by providing easily navigable pipeline and filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still seems to be an issue with making my signature in my email extremely large haha. Not sure what the deal is, still hasn't been fixed. Doesn't seem to happen all the time but more periodically.
In addition I would love to be able to use HubSpot from my mobile device more often. Currently it is clunky and not much I can do other than use it as a black book.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem solved for me is organization, effective/efficient outreach and follow up, as well as providing me multiple tools to for accomplish varying sales strategies.
Completely customizable and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is. I can log everything and even make calls. It keeps everything so organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have anything I dislike. It was a little intimidating at first but the instructional videos made everything easy to understand as well

We have been linking customers to companies and ruling out duplicates. It makes it easy to keep accounts separate so the sales teams arent stepping on each other's toes

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of the tasks feature. It allows me to track a customers journey through our service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to clone deals. It is time consuming and annoying to have to manually create a new deal.

We've realized the benefits of utilizing the CRM to connect Deals to where their lead source started at.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to manage and automate my communications to prospects & current clients, easy to track and includes a lot of tools to use in content. Efficient & saves a lot of time. Easy to use and visually appealing. Helpful for keeping track of my tasks & responsibilities. Great Integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited blast amount when using sequences, but this also helps with personalizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client prospecting a lot faster & efficient. Sales Emails. Allows me to manage my projects better. Contacting more prospects than before. Sequence tool allows for easy follow ups. Tracking prospects' clicks, reads, replies. Success rate of opens, click rates & more.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is user-friendly and integrates well with other platforms across the web. It's easy to monitor contacts/leads, build-up marketing, and get creative with grouping information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to a wealth of information that HubSpot contains, the system can lag at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed with the amount of communication I need to do with clients, HubSpot saves the day allowing me to create multiple sequences and workflows to still create a personalized touch to all my correspondence.

If you want to breathe and not worry about an overload of emails, give HubSpot a try. It collects valuable information and allows you to manage it in a productive and adaptable way.

What do you like best about the product?
Frankly, the templates and snippets for answering quick common questions have been amazing. Not to mention the ease of setting up automation campaigns or just quick one-off emails to our customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Literally nothing. I've enjoyed every aspect of the service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of wondering how I can get more out of each member of our team. Because HubSpot allows us to fulfill common tasks faster, we have more time to think about creative campaigns - so we're not just "doer's" - we're also "thinkers". Also, I have HubSpot running in the background at all times letting my customers know about cool products that are relevant to their specific needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates and tasks queue are probably my favorite aspect of the system. I really enjoy those features because it not only makes my job easier but I can reach more people in a day. This helps me increase revenue and pipeline deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say I do like how some other systems have an importance evaluation on a task - so say a task is extremely important to complete that day I can assign HIGH IMPORTANCE or MEDIUM and so forth, I would like to see that added to HubSpot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I clearly just cannot keep up with all my contacts if I did not have HubSpot so I am solving so many issues when it comes to this CRM. A few benefits: getting through contacts quicker, having all the information laid out at an easy glance, and being able to share information with other colleagues easily.
An Excellent Tool For Any Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot provides me with a place to centralize all of my leads. Following up is easy when everything is in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like there are a lot of extra steps when creating leads. Also, email threads tend to disappear after a contact is made into a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our leads in one place. There are many benefits to HubSpot, including the online training they provide. This has been a great asset for our organization.
