Great, easy CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has the ability to do any/all functions required by a digital marketing professional.

Offering email, social media, metrics/stats overview and other analytical tools, Hubspot helps to improve your digital presence in a plethora of different fashions.

My favourite aspect of Hubspot is the Sequences functionality. Here you can craft customized email templates and order them into a sequential email blast that can be customized on a per-customer basis. This allows for a massive expedition of outbound/cold open sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can be tricky for beginners. With so many different tools and ways of using them, beginners may find themselves overwhelmed with options, leading to difficulty finding a specific functionality or a general feeling of stress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hubspot I have been able to massively improve upon my outbound sales strategy, using Sequences. This tool alone has brought in sales and customers, not to mention the huge increase in productivity with the Tasks section helpfully nudging quality leads into your notifications box.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just dive in. The software may seem daunting at first with the sheer number of options and functionalities available, but the best way to learn is to simply use everything and improve through first-hand experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used HubSpot CRM at my last 2 startups, and love it! It's easy to use and I love the board view of my deals in the pipeline which helps me easily visualize where my deals are in the process
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat difficult to sync leads automatically. We use Stripe for self-serve and when someone signs up we have to add them automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, we didn't have a great CRM. Now with Hubspot we're tracking deals better from marketing all the way through renewal

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows its users to customize their portal in a way that benefits the individual and team. Allows for quick finds when needing to pull up info on the spot. User friendly and teachable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Large companies may have a hard time but overall this company is growing and they will work with what your company needs specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to your excel sheets to log leads and sales and after acquiring so many clients things slowed down.

Moving up HubSpot has allowed for quicker input and access to client/lead information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email tracking. The fact that emails are automatically recorded against contacts. The deals section.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there doesn't seem to be a way to search for phrases in notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using a very old version of ACT and due to an operating system upgrade it no longer worked. I was quite quickly able to replicate what I was doing on CRM and, of course, because it's in The Cloud I always have the details that I need to carry out my business to hand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a play with it first to see how it is going to satisfy you current requirements. Get familiar with customisations.

What do you like best about the product?
it makes our work very easy to send emails and keep a track of our activities and also each feature is awesome as it helps us find who views our emails.

Everything about Hubspot is awsome as already mention i don't feel my work would be so easy without Hubspot.

mainly it makes our life very easy to send emails automatically in a sequence and follow-ups as it reminds us to call the clients.

The follow up tasks. I can't forget to follow up with a customer when I stay on top of my follow up tasks.

Nothing so far. HubSpot is easy to use and extremely helpful!

Maintaining an organized customer database is very important to the health of our organization and HubSpot is great tool for that.

HubSpot is an excellent organizational tool. Being able to integrate email is also a huge bonus. Having everything in one spot keeps things running smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of how it can be used and how easy it becomes to follow up with your leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the contact properties are seperated from the company properties.
I mostely work in the company settings and I have to change it manually for contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of follow ups, how often the mails have been opened, and so on

What do you like best about the product?
This tool allows me to manage all my projects and find information from all companies and customers in a very simple way and without any problem this information can be extracted quickly from anywhere with an internet connection. In addition, Hubspot offers a personalized and automated service that allows capturing more people in an extraordinary way. All of this is possible at no cost. I love.

Thanks to this tool I have been able to manage all my projects and I have never had problems. it's easy to use

This tool allows me to manage projects and clients easily, since I use the Hubspot platform I can keep very well organized data and it is very easy to perform the tasks from the application from my mobile phone. It also allows me to send follow-ups to all my clients for a better understanding of all processes.

To manage projects and manage customers the best tool available online is called Hubspot. You can manage everything that has to do with sales and your customers will place all their trust in you. I recommend Hubspot on other platforms. It is very easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best customer relationship management tool i have used so far. It has some great functionalities and some inner features built in it. By this tool automation is made easy for the companies.
