Efficient and user experience friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the 24/7 help option either by email, messenger, or phone call. The customer service support is really reactive and always sends support documents in regards to the question.
I also really enjoy using the call option. My calls get registered and my manager can monitor my productivity and notes related to the call.
A big plus is the sequencing. I can be extra efficient with prospecting. I choose all the contacts I want to contact using the same type of email and then register a follow up for example in 3 days.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I cannot delete some "duplicates" from the duplicates list. Sometimes they are just child companies with the same URL.
- It is not that I dislike but it can be difficult to manage: The option to have contacts be automatically registered into the CRM from the email box. Sometimes some sales reps send many emails at once and by the end of the day there is many important contact information missing. Maybe an obligatory champ option in the add-on would help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Sales Dashboard: has really helped us monitor pipeline progress and prospection productivity.
- Hubspot's Filtering option is really strong. I can export contacts for many different reasons.
- Bulk selection and delete option. I can change for example the lead status of 100 contacts at once!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The additional onboarding option is really useful. You can ask very technical and precise questions. However, they only accept once a week training for like 30 minutes which I found ridiculous especially after voluntarily paying extra.
HubSpot - When Only The Best Will Do !!!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot for over 10 years across 5 different companies and I even have my own personal instance as well. This platform is the best by far when it comes to CRM, Marketing, Email Sequencing, Page Activity Tracking and so much more. I have used the platform as a the most valuable tool in my armory to establish new markets for greenfields and mature businesses and their products. The level of frictionless integration with email clients of all kinds simply helps to put it out front of any competitor.. It is simply the best... Hands Down... End of Story
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely Not A Thing... There is nothing about HubSpot which I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems I have solved across multiple businesses are broad.. Let's start with easy adoption by experienced sales teams be they young or old. The ease with which people can use the product from day one, and then continue using the product, is second to none. I have convinced several mature organisations to move away from SalesForce, Microsoft CRM and others because user satisfaction was non existent and data quality was poor. I convinced them to come to HubSpot. The user adoption went through the roof each and every time and stayed there long term. The data quality went up. The use of the platform genuinely assisted sales successes and provided augmented sales capability. The migration was frictionless and the teams loved it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not wait until it is too late. If you have had an extended period of poor user adoption and satisfaction on less user friendly platforms such as SalesForce or others. Do a POC now or simply change because only your business will suffer.
Finally, a CRM That Makes Sense!
What do you like best about the product?
Switched to HubSpot from Salesforce and haven't looked back. It's pretty easy to use and customize. I've been able to set it all up by myself! It haven't even had the chance to unleash it's most powerful tools yet, and I'm already a fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some random features that will be down or broken. They fix them pretty quick, but can provide the occasional inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to stay on top and ahead of my leads, and with the automation features, it's like having a personal assistant!

It's very intuitive and easy to use, it integrates with gmail, and the customer support is fantastic!

There are a limited number of reports available and they are complicated to customize.

We are able to track all of our sales and marketing activities, see live metrics, and track all follow up tasks.

Well worth the expense! The customer service, training programs, and free resources available are amazing.

This software is amazing, it is the smartest and easiest option to improve our business since its diverse features are very helpful. We can send notifications in real time and perfectly organize all the details of the communication with my clients. of the company Templates and Programming this tool is fantastic and its benefits are incredible

I always recommend that I can keep track of the activities in a more organized and safe way about our articles, helping to give more fluidity and confidence to our sales, allowing us to obtain great conformity with our clients when obtaining information about our articles.

What do you like best about the product?
The campaign wizard made it very simple to deploy various drip marketing campaigns to all different types of groupings and breakdowns of leads in the system. This allowed us to nurture the lead until it was ready to be worked by an Account Executive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tended to customize a lot of the reports not finding the canned reports quite what our management team was looking for in data analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to capture leads from our various inbound Marketing activities and create campaigns to nurture those leads giving our account executives the most information and focus on the leads with the most potential to convert to clients.
We were also very pleased with the integration to Salesforce allowing us to create workflow processes for account onboarding.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The biggest challenge with all CRMs is what to do with your existing data. Make sure you clean it up as much as possible. It is better to leave out bad data than to import it, especially into a new system. Hubspot made it very easy to import our existing leads from Marketo and from Salesforce in ways that still preserved the data we had captured for that lead.
Easy to Use and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM offers the flexibility of being a CRM but also encompassing tools for marketing automation and Customer Success. Everything under one umbrella.
What do you dislike about the product?
Questions and issues are answered very quickly however, if there is something you want added to the platform you need to post it and hope enough people want the same feature before it may or may not be added.

Keeping contacts up to date. Tailoring messages for different personas. Staying organized.
