Hubspot makes marketing and sales integration super easy
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Hubspot's ease of use along with the ability to manage marketing and sales wholistically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to remove/hide non essential fields and lack of customization for workflow/notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing in one place instead of using separate tools for emails, social postings, metrics, website hosting, etc. Our process is now seamless and our visibility of campaigns and sales workflow is dramatically improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use use cases to determine if it will work for you. Geared a bit more towards Marketing than sales activities.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite parts is how easy it is to navigate. Also, the help center is always there to assist me with any needs that I have. In general, it is a great CRM. Being an intern at my company, it was a great way to learn about how CRMs work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although, HubSpot is a great CRM, they could offer more customization options for their program. There are some features that are locked by HubSpot that I am unable to change. This could be frustrating at times when I am trying to complete a very particular task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of reaching multiple leads at a time. Also, it assists with the organization of the leads, ultimately leading to greater efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely a big fan of hubspot. Super simple to use, has all the basic features needed, some more in-depth ones as well if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the dashboards. They are very minimal and could use a lot more work for seeing things at a high level. You can build your own graphs/charts, but many of them you can only add a certain amount and it isnt very simple to due

Just having a CRM. Keeping track of data is the main thing it is used for

Make sure you know what you are getting. It is a find CRM but relatively a bare bone product. For the price you can't beat it, but there is a lot more capabilities with other CRM systems such as salesforce.
Robust Data, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The support from HubSpot is amazing. Not only do we have a dedicated HubSpot consultant to help us with complex questions, the rich array of online training and information is invaluable to beginners and experienced users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered many downsides. It is a little too easy to "overschedule" communications, but after the initial learning curve of knowing what our audience perfers, it is very easy to target, evaluate response, and generate sales leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create campaigns that let us have a more effective sales funnel, follow up with leads and increase sales. We are also able to track response to our campaigns and make adjustments to increase the effectiveness of our communications.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of being able to schedule "sequences" using two or more templates really helps me get in front of potential customers without having to worry about following up too much!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to create an entire list of emails to be sent out, then select one template and schedule the template to be sent to that list instead of scheduling each contact individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to multiple contacts nationwide has been made easier, and with the ability to track opens and link clicks, I can tell who is interested in what aspects of our service/offers/business.

i like that it is easy to use and scalable as you grow with yoru business. also that there are lots of free trainings available

I like the constant marketing ideas and strategies, the HS academy is also very informative and full os useful ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that you have to associate an email with every contact. that you do not have more tabs to put in different phone numbers belonging to the same contact. that you cannot associate different contacts with different companies. that it usually does not recognize the correct account when typing the email or name in the search bar.

common access to all information about a contact. so everyone can see what is going on.

I like the fact you can browse through the deals and tasks in a very short path.
Also I really admire the fact that you can mix the contacts with various deals in order to share contacts with the rest of the team.

the number 1 problem I solved is that the hub spot keep me tracking all of my info without staying hands on .

HubSpot the best cross platform for Templates, Tracking and Programming for our business
What do you like best about the product?
It is a software with incredible features saves us time because thanks to it we can track by email and thus have better sales we can also handle multiple currencies also I can review the activities in the comments panel or answer HubSpot is all we need now which has all the digital components for our marketing plan

This amazing tool is very useful for our business I have nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this very useful software, it not only indicates how to perform a task but also helps us how to answer it, we can integrate it with Gmail and Office 365 and be able to track all sales portunities, it also has the ease of adding new data, it is really incredible in addition HubSpot has the ability to store all the data of my clients and all communication with them is amazing

I always recommend HubSpot since it has the ability to track all activities and link it to other documents. I can also see the progress of a client's work and its potential. I can also see what the web pages they have seen, messages from email that open and your information and company this is actually very useful for our business plus I can record taking notes without a doubt is something great ideal for our day

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of workflows to trigger communication to prospective customers and users based on their activity. The integration with our domain & other service providers give a powerful layer of data driven activities to drive meaningful communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more flexible customizable greetings for automated communication. Also would like to be able to automate email sends through a workflow based on the suggested optimized send times suggested for each message instead of having to schedule them one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very time consuming sending sales emails one at a time when the data is already entered into Hubspot which could lead to automation of the sends. The automated marketing messages being sent as soon as we receive an inquiry are fantastic and greatly improve our response time.
