Seamless, Simple, Saavy.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is absolutely the most simple and clean CRM platform I've ever had the chance to use. It has so many capabilities and it offers so many different help channels via phone, chat or helpful blog posts. It's quick, it's fast and it's very easy to understand. I currently use Marketo and I have tried convincing my current company to go towards Hubspot because that's how much I vouch for it, it's so much easier to work with and can do a lot more than other CRM's combined.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would rarely, very rarely, glitch, where you'd have to refresh or you'd have to contact chat on how you can get things to work or flow right in workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved creating nurture tracks for customers who are not ready to buy yet, I've created lists for different segmentations and different workflows for customers who attend or haven't attended events.

Hubspot is great because it has everything I need all grouped together on one user-friendly platform!

It's overwhelming at first, but after the onboard training I felt confident to use it

I use Hubspot for all marketing campaigns and data collection/research

Take advantage of the 3-month inbound training, it is so effective and helpful!

Marketing analytics on email campaigns and centralization of data

The pages have a lot of white space making it difficult to see a lot of information at one time. Personal preference really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us insight into our best leads and helps us plan and tailor our marketing strategy to reach our target audience. Its also is a great tool for ABM.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, Hubspot is very useful. I'm into sales and managing all the leads and having a track of each lead status is next to impossible without CRM. My whole team is on Hubspot and it's a great platform to manage everything from the companies sales and marketing deals and calculate the actual gain and loss.
This also helpful for the report generation and to keep the record why we lose the deal.

Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how all information is housed in one central area. I also like the functionality of the program, and that they are always improving.

There’s so many features and functions that sometimes certain ones get buried

HubSpot has excellent training and customer service available, making it easy to implement and get everyone on board.

What do you like best about the product?
I like almost all features on Hubspot. I had the chance to use the full software provide by Hubspot (CRM, Marketing Automation Platform and CMS) the integration is seemless and all the components are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I probably dislike the way we are relaunched about the report of your use when everything is correct. I also don't like the way we are given explanation about the pricing when the number of contacts increase.

Almost all your problem of managing the customer relationship, the monitoring of the onboarding and the customer support.

Sometimes it can be nonuser-friendly. One problem is not being able to add multiple contacts to the same sequence.

The benefits outweigh any problems we do have with it. One problem is not being able to add multiple contacts to the same sequence.

Everything is in one place. I can monitor my website, send emails, keep track of my deals. All in the CRM!

New photos in the gallery are added to the bottom of the list, it is difficult to move them to the top where they belong.

Having everything in one place has cut down on time spent on projects like email and updates.

It is so easy to use, you can't lose.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CRM is very easy to use. It helps me to make sure that I stay on top of tasks that were assigned to me and to keep track of my clients. I used notebooks before and often got into trouble because of sloppy notes or forgetting to look at my notebook notes from previous days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could directly import all of my contacts into the CRM from my Google contacts. I have over 1000 contacts and it would be very helpful if that were made possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me accountable for tasks and keeping track of calls and emails made for follow-up.
HubSpot CRM is easy to use and is very beneficial for the user.

What I like best about HubSpot is the trainings and certifications that they offer. I love that I have the opportunity to learn more about marketing to sales to social media!
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked one of the hubspot educators and found it hard to focus with the way she spoke. Short hair and lots of mouthy noises. She spoke very quietly as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the best way to contact and keep record of all of our contacts and companies. The dashboard is also a huge bonus and helps us keep track of all of our projects.

Consider all of what you need for your organization now AND the future. It is seamless to keep things organized.
