Best CRM ever used, does everything you need and more
What do you like best about the product?
It's just so slick, the system searches the web and find everything about the contact for example the company it's related to. Its so insightful and you can look at a contact and see everything that's happened with that contact ie emails and how they've engaged with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
That more people don't have it!! Once you use this system you will use no other. I really can't fault it. The help and support and the training they offer is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That the more you know about your contacts and customers behavior the slicker the sales and marketing can be. You can really target the right audience through segmentation and see exactly who has read an email and which links they've clicked. Data is power.

Don't consider, try the free version, watch the videos and then pay for marketing pro as it is so worth it and unlocks so much more for you

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see a contact's activity on my company website and identify warm leads to increase sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to see all contact fields in an easy-to-view way. I think they've worked on this with new view options in recent updates, but I still have to search for some contact fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM has allowed us to increase sales and keep track of our company's leads. It also connects and integrates well with all of our marketing tools (mostly also HubSpot) to make for a seamless customer success/sales/marketing connection.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's vital to start with a CRM when your company is just starting out, and HubSpot has a free CRM that gets the job done well.

Hubspot for sales. Always keep my follow-ups updated even in turnovers.

It doesn’t have a medium cost plan. The features are a little bit expensive for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lose customers because they were not conduced for all the steps of the pipeline. Nowadays I can conduce them for all the steps.

Thanks to this fantastic software I can track email and see how they interact in real time I can link it to another document I can also set a reminder for a call or email this is very useful since it guarantees me the connection with my clients

I recommend Hubspot since it is the best way to track my business its features are very complete I can create and manage email templates and send real-time notifications phone calls and all interactions are stored in an organized timeline for the lead this software is the idea for the growth and performance of our business
Fantastic Tool For Collaborating With Workers & Handling All Sales Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track leads from google, facebook, on site and when they click links in your emails. You can keep track of leads from beginning to the end of your sales funnel and document engagement along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kind of a beast to get setup, but well worth it. The main time to setup is in the customization to make all of the fields fit your business' industry. This is also part of the genius of this system. You can completely make it your own and work how you want it to for your common workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal notes about clients, this was a big issue when only using gmail. This changes the way we interact with prospects and allows us to turn more of them into clients. The tasks are also great, this helps us keep up with following up with warm leads to bring them back around to close them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the free trial a run. It is very feature rich and will give you a good understanding of how some of the paid upgrades can literally change the way you run your business.

I think HubSpot excels at being a one stop shop for many different features (CRM, email workflows, call center, etc.)

Honestly can't think of any complaints, but I'm still learning more about it

Keeping track of all the conversations between teams, as well as automating between other tools that involve crossposting on FB (very helpful).

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and learn. I love HubSpot Academy. Definitely a software that is very user friendly. I am able to keep track of all my records. Including emails, calls, and even my sales pipeline. I also enjoy the fact that all my contacts are very nicely organized.

I have found anything that i dislike, yet. I just started using it.

Helps me keep track of leads and the my sales pipeline. It also helps me stay organized with my emails, calls, and everything else. It's great!

I recommend for new users to use HubSpot Academy.

Simple to use CRM application with more than enough tools and integrations to make our business run. In my experience, they have excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more control over onboarding new employees through HubSpot Academy training. For instance, to set up a unique certification.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the 24/7 help option either by email, messenger, or phone call. The customer service support is really reactive and always sends support documents in regards to the question.
I also really enjoy using the call option. My calls get registered and my manager can monitor my productivity and notes related to the call.
A big plus is the sequencing. I can be extra efficient with prospecting. I choose all the contacts I want to contact using the same type of email and then register a follow up for example in 3 days.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I cannot delete some "duplicates" from the duplicates list. Sometimes they are just child companies with the same URL.
- It is not that I dislike but it can be difficult to manage: The option to have contacts be automatically registered into the CRM from the email box. Sometimes some sales reps send many emails at once and by the end of the day there is many important contact information missing. Maybe an obligatory champ option in the add-on would help.

- Sales Dashboard: has really helped us monitor pipeline progress and prospection productivity.
- Hubspot's Filtering option is really strong. I can export contacts for many different reasons.
- Bulk selection and delete option. I can change for example the lead status of 100 contacts at once!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The additional onboarding option is really useful. You can ask very technical and precise questions. However, they only accept once a week training for like 30 minutes which I found ridiculous especially after voluntarily paying extra.
HubSpot - When Only The Best Will Do !!!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot for over 10 years across 5 different companies and I even have my own personal instance as well. This platform is the best by far when it comes to CRM, Marketing, Email Sequencing, Page Activity Tracking and so much more. I have used the platform as a the most valuable tool in my armory to establish new markets for greenfields and mature businesses and their products. The level of frictionless integration with email clients of all kinds simply helps to put it out front of any competitor.. It is simply the best... Hands Down... End of Story
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely Not A Thing... There is nothing about HubSpot which I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems I have solved across multiple businesses are broad.. Let's start with easy adoption by experienced sales teams be they young or old. The ease with which people can use the product from day one, and then continue using the product, is second to none. I have convinced several mature organisations to move away from SalesForce, Microsoft CRM and others because user satisfaction was non existent and data quality was poor. I convinced them to come to HubSpot. The user adoption went through the roof each and every time and stayed there long term. The data quality went up. The use of the platform genuinely assisted sales successes and provided augmented sales capability. The migration was frictionless and the teams loved it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not wait until it is too late. If you have had an extended period of poor user adoption and satisfaction on less user friendly platforms such as SalesForce or others. Do a POC now or simply change because only your business will suffer.
