A CRM that is effective, useful and user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely useful for tracking your marketing and sales leads. It is easy to use and extremely effective! I like that I can see all my leads and filter them out through various levels. I am able to see all of my threads with them, schedule my tasks and connect deals to the accounts. Additionally, I like that my templates are saved and can open up in each lead's profile for easy access. My team and I also use the sequence feature often to send out emails. I think this CRM is easy to use and helps team members be on top of their leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is that sometimes my email threads don't populate in the account. It is rare, but it does happen. I believe it may be a tracking issue but as I mentioned it is rare. I also don't like that there is a cap on total enrollment for a sequence per day. You can only enroll 250 contacts in a sequence in one day - I believe this should be a little higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to contact marketing and sales leads. In addition, we also use the chat box feature for the website. The best benefit I have realized are the saved templates that I can easily use in any contact's profile and the ability to sequence emails. All of these features are helpful in staying on top of my leads.
Super User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is not only the most user-friendly CRM I've used in the last 10+ years, but it is also the most business savvy. The feedback on my email templates is super helpful, and I love the efficiency of linking contact names, deal owners, and company names in my templates so I can focus my efforts elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't dial directly through the HubSpot platform. There is always an error and I'm not sure if it is with Mac, Chrome, or HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a much better sales cycle between the BDR and our account executives. This helps our communication as well!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The more you use it, the more benefits you'll find! Many of my former companies lacked in efficient processes, reporting, and revenue, because they used too many different programs for individual tasks. HubSpot is quite comprehensive and many marketing and strategic decisions need the entire picture and context.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE using Hubspot's templates! My job requires me to send a lot of emails with basically the same concepts and Hubspot helps me send those emails without it feeling like spam. My absolute favorite part is how it can auto-populate info into the email like their name, their city, or even a link to make an appointment with me. I also love being able to make a call directly from my computer! No more endless dialing for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely cannot think of one thing I could dislike about Hubspot. It accomplishes all the needs that I have as far as contacting all my leads and being able to keep track of my communication with tasks and different stages. What isn't there to like? The only thing I wish is that it was easier to add documents to a template without having to contact an admin. That would definitely save me some time if that were easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Director of Education, I had a list of contacts on an excel sheet to follow up with, which made it difficult to keep track of my communication and follow up with them as well as it would take a lot of time to do it right. Not to mention I had to write out the same email over and over. Now that I have all my leads in Hubspot it takes half the time it would to be able to call and used to add files into my templates without having to contact

Great sales tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the inerface that Hubspot provide. Easy to use. I particularly like the feature 'Template', through which we can send pre-customized emails. It greatly helps me in time management. It reduced the time consumption of sending emails on daily basis by up to 50%. I also like 'Task' which keeps me on track of To-Do list. The best part is, it also sends the reminders through emails and in-app notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no single issue I have had with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. Keeping track of all my To-Do activities. From the day, I started using Hubspot, I never missed a follow-up activity.

It is a great sales tool. It should be definitely used by any company which has Sales/ Inside-sales/ lead generation/ business development teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about HUBSPOT is, it allows us to customize the features and filters according to our needs. Every singles person in Sales Team can customize the fields and filters according to their needs & preferences. We don't have to ask our I.T team to do it for us, it's so easy we can do it ourselves. And the other best part about HUBSPOT is, its HELP feature, if we ever find ourselves in a problematic situation or a mix, we just have to go to the HELP pop up in the right bottom corner of the screen and ask for help, and we get the Support in like max 2 mins. They even call and explain things very efficiently over the calls. Till date there's has been not even a single instance where my query wasn't resolved. It's one of the USP of Hubspot, their Customer Support Team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Particularly their are no downsides as such, but I've noticed couple of times that I wasn't notified about few tasks via EMAIL reminders. That's the only couple of times that I've faced any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us offload all our manual laborious tasks to the CRM system. We no more have to note down or pen down TO-DO Tasks or reminders or any information about the clients. We can maintain their information and all correspondence with them over Hubspot. We can even save any documents etc over Hubspot and we no more have to save it separately on a G-Drive. It's one stop solution for us.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is very user-friendly. It gives first-time users a guideline on how to use it. It is very manageable, easy to access, and the over-all website design is attractive, which is classy yet trendy. Every corporate employees, entrepreneurs, and business oriented people will be pleased to use this. HubSpot is accurate when is comes to scheduled tasks, reminders are always there so that users will not forget or miss any duty.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my experience, using the HubSpot CRM, is that it still keeps on giving assigned task to users who enrolled it into sequences, but no longer given the access to one contact. What I think is that it should no longer give or assign task automatically to user that has no longer access to one contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a task tools user, I have encountered problems such as contact bouncing, phone numbers not registered or cannot be called. This is automatically inputted to HubSpot from the leads coming in. I solved this problems, by manually inputting area or country codes and it works. The benefit is that, it will make you do your task and not just letting it pass by without any resolution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for provider for your sales, marketing, e-mail, tracking and reporting for your employees, this is the best provider. First, it is very user-friendly. Second, it's design is appropriate for all types of users, a classy yet trendy design, it's not dull or boring .HubSpot CRM is very accessible, it has a lot of features that is very helpul. Don't hesitate to use it because it gives the best service.
Better than the rest!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has more features than other CRM's. Previously, I could not schedule emails to be sent at a specific time; add on's were not compatible; my productivity was less. Now I am satisfied that I can do what I could not do before - and at a much faster rate!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the glitches, duplicates, and errors that come when pulling in data/deals from a different CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reaching more customers than before and at a faster speed: productivity is greater!
I love Hubspot!
What do you like best about the product?
The templates and task reminders. I contact a lot of people every day, and I am so much better at my job now that I'm using Hubspot because I don't forget to follow up/miss anyone, and I don't waste time typing out the same thing 100 times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more customisation in the reporting, however I believe that's due to the level of subscription my company is on, I can see what can be done but don't have access yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't forget to follow up with clients because of the tasks, and I don't waste time typing out the same thing over and over again, and can't forget to mention important things because of the templates. Snippets are great for when I'm typing the same thing regularly, but not in any particular point in a conversation - when I would just add it to a template.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% recommend Hubspot. I used another CRM in my previous role and Hubspot is miles ahead of that one.
I would suggest to people to set up templates and snippets straight away, then sequences. And get in the habit of ticking the task button on every email and call, you can always remove duplicates, at least you won't miss anything.
I always use the Deals pipeline in the table format, I just like the way it's visually laid out, and I can slide deals over to change their %.

Maximising Productivity at Work to Achieve More in Less Time
What do you like best about the product?
I found that the templates tool allowed me to be more efficient in my role. I was able to craft very effective emails to send to customers for various occasions. The content suggestions option was very helpful in this process because it added input that I had not considered. This preparation maximised my productivity at work because I had the templates ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoy using HubSpot however, there are times when the system can glitch and that is merely a technical issue. It can be a little frustrating when I want to quickly navigate between different customer profiles. There is so much to HubSpot that I am still learning about and I am so sure that I am not fully utilising the service. I would love for shorter training videos in order to fully understand how to use HubSpot CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a fundamental tool that I use in my day to day tasks. As a community associate, my role requires me to build rapport with a large number of people. HubSpot provides me with crucial customer data in order to continue building solid relationships that leads to a deal. I am able to track their activity to monitor their engagement to determine how close a lead is to closing a deal.

I wholeheartedly recommend using HubSpot CRM in order to maximise productivity in the workplace to achieve so much more in less time.
