Hubspot is seamless and easy to manage your clients!

What do you like best about the product?
As a first time user of Hubspot, the CRM program has made every process seamless and it's super easy to use. Hubspot saves you a lot of time organizing your clients, setting tasks for yourself, as well as being able to send out email templates that you can easily fix up to cater to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a week, there are some technical issues that arise that just get annoying when you're trying to contact clients. For instance, sometimes Hubspot calls won't connect and I'll have to personally use my phone to reach out to the client. There are also some country codes that don't work through Hubspot. I completely understand why that's the case but it just gets annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few problems that I'm trying to solve while using Hubspot CRM include being able to easily manage my clients and saving time sending out emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely make use of all the tools and videos that Hubspot has in order to efficiently and effectively manage your clients!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is Free...Let's just get that out of the way first and foremost. A full CRM with the weath of functionality like that is amazing and ludicrous to give away for free, but somehow they did.

There's also the added benefit of how it integrates with the other functions I'm using for my new business - I currently use GSuite, which is seemlessly connects to and allows me to use as a mail-center. I also like how I can conduct a lot of the business functions I need to do straight from the browser.

Finally - their mobile app isn't nothing to sneeze at - It's been helpful when Im out and about (which I am a lot as a filmmaker)
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the companion app does need some additional functionality since it does take some getting used to - I also cannot manipulate as many of the contact elements as I can through the browser program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a new business, and one thing I learned in my last job is that a poorly-kept CRM is a recipe for disaster. This lets me keep all of my client contacts and task-management in a centralized location and keeps me honest with what I'm doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely make sure to follow the instructions on properly uploading your contact database to the CRM - it has made my life much easier and has allowed all of my info to be really available from the first moment.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and easy to understand and use. Finding the right information takes only a few clicks. Designing and using email templates saves so much time and ensure consistent accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike so far - try me again in a few months but I'm sure I'll have the same answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to reach my audience and track who is responding to my emails and how.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try other CRMs but choose HubSpoty

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all of our clients and prospects organized and we know where each of them is at any point in time in the pipeline

There isn't anythign I would say I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. benefits would be organization and follow-up rates.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about HubSpot CRM is that it truly allows you to get your work done at a faster rate using templates that you can create on your own. I can track my business with multiple options such as last time contacted, booked meeting, personal notes and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only critic I have would be that there is no text SMS feature. I think if Hubspot allowed a user to also text a client, that would change the game. There are the few bunch that don't exactly check their emails a lot but are all over there text messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've realized that I can now reach out to so many more people at one time and be more time-efficient while in the office. It also helps me with reminders about meeting or follow-ups which keeps everything on track on a time frame basis which is great for me to realize what clients need to be followed upon. Since starting with Hubspot, My Sales have increased significantly and I am a proud user.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great way to view all aspects of your business and will only helo improve and increase revenue guaranteed!

Great CRM

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about HubSpot is that it keeps me on track and it keeps my customers priority. I've used HubSpot for over two years and I utilize so many of the tools even when I am not on the phone dialing for dollars, as we call it, HubSpot is my personal secretary sending emails, logging when customers open them and giving me a heads-up on their interest level. I set tasks, maintain relationships, create new leads, invent email templates and sequences for our team, and manage the overall relationships with all our customers year round. I have been able to increase sales 10%, increase interest from our customers and impress the owners of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot has gone through a few growth sprits and although they have been able to manage them well, I was spoiled by how well everything worked, so when it doesn't work to my expectation I became frustrated. If I could make a request, I would ask that HubSpot automate emails in sequences to be able to send a second set of emails out to all my customers who had not opened the first email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has given me the ability to handle all of my customers. What I mean by that is now I am keeping them in a rotation of calls, emails, check-in and sales. They have resolved the issue of tracking emails individually, making notes on sticky pads as to when to call customers back, automated monthly emails to customers, and set up tasks for a year in advance. In addition I use HubSpot to talk with others on our team, set tasks up for them and share information across the US and across the World.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a single CRM to house all of your data, keep it clean, reliable and available to use when you need it to ensure your business can run more efficiently, then HubSpot is the right choice. This CRM has been great for my day-to-day sales needs and can increase your relationships when all the tools are used.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to track movement and stay on top of prospects through the configurable grids, tasks and alert functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to remove contacts automatically when disqualifying them through a call disposition. Contact will stay in the list and must be manually skipped or manually deleted from the list grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking email activity with prospects and tasking important actions. Eliminating the risk of actions falling through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create templates has saved so much time when it comes to making sales. The process is simple and the time it saves is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There simply isn't a single thing I dislike about Hub Spot. In fact, I am learning more benefits of this CRM daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all client information at my fingertips has been amazing. NO MORE searching through endless notes and papers. The biggest benefit has been the time it saves.

Really that only advice I have is that if you are considering Hub Spot, DO NOT HESITATE. You will not be sorry

What do you like best about the product?
Templates on HubSpot are a game changer. Saves so much time and are personalized to our clients. Easy editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many crashes and email delays sometimes. That bug can be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting a HubSpot score and having all the information in the activity section of the timeline helps us to prioritize our leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Sequences has saved a huge amount of time when it comes to following up leads. We can set an automated sequence of 5 personalised emails to send at different times if that customer doesn't get back in touch with us. This has increased our sales success and potential for sales, whilst saving time due to the automated process. The free knowledge transfer and recommendations from HubSpot are also really influential, especially for inbound marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The full integration with calendars and email is simple if you have a Gmail account, but is trickier if you have independant emails. We can get our emails synced up and use the Outlook integration well, but you can only get the Calendar integration to work if you create a full Gmail account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for all users to understand and use, but can be customized if needed. The contact timeline and deal filters are my favorite features of the CRM.
