What do you like best about the product?
It is helping me reach out to so many more people and add them to sequences so I can do more and they are still being communicated with. Everything is easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Been using it for about 6 months now. I really like it and it's helped us a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using sequences to improve efficiency. Using workflows to help educate our clients. Track communications, deals, etc.
Power House Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to start out on the free platform, get acquainted with its features, then scale your use based on key initiatives has been a critical element to our sales growth strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the chat feature has been impressive, there are times that I wish there was more human support available to start-up users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing a significant reduction in the time our sales force is having to take to document their sales activities. Hubspot seamlessly integrates with our email platform and has a notification window informing our team when email activity has occurred with their sent correspondence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a start-up OR mid-level sales team seeking a platform that can grow with you, HubSpot is it!
Excellent CRM packed with many features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can send and receive emails in Outlook and the records of those emails show up immediately in Hubspot. I can see when people have opened my email which is very valuable information. My dashboard also keeps me up to date with deals and prospecting activity to make sure I keep business on track. The reports also show me the deals that are closed as well as in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more interaction with Outlook so that I can keep my whole world in the Outlook program. I don't like having to go the the website to access my contacts when they are already nicely housed within Outlook with all the notes, files and other pertinent information attached to the contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit to me is the email tracking to see when people open my email. It also lets me see the exact email they opened. This is very helpful so that I know where they are in the process when we have conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have reviewed and tried many different CRMs. In my honest opinion, Hubspot is the best one available. It is very customizable to tailor-make it to fit your specific industry. You can set up your own pipeline also to help keep each contact on track.
The most intuitive software on the market
What do you like best about the product?
So far, this has been the most intuitive software we have used for our marketing and sales teams to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expense and the high jump to get to the next level of what you need. The price is really expensive for small business

Sales tracking, end to end ROI reporting, sales pipeline management tying sales and marketing efforts together
Seamless and time-saving
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of being able to create templates for sometimes tedious emails but I essentially just need to click the scenario and the template has everything filled in for me after that for quick response rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
With different pipelines, having to save the changes every time can get tedious whereas if I switch it in the dropdown it should just save instead of having to actually click Save
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slow response rates and getting the clients into the next pipeline quickly is a big benefit, especially after a call. If I know their situation, I can just click the template for that and it's ready right away.
Confidence in knowing your message gets there
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see when the message is opened by the recipient, know that the email you sent gets read by the person who needs to see it, no anxiety about worrying that the person didn't get it. Hold other accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a thing, downloaded it for one purpose and it has served in greatly in both personal and professional life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has assured me that people have gotten my emails, made my follow-up emails even stronger as I could be sure whether they had gotten my email or not
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pay for an upgrade if you need more, I use it sparingly now, only when I really need to know if an email is sent. But if you are in another position like sales I could see it being beneficial to know if your targets are getting your emails.
Templates are my favorite

I like the templates feature the best as they really maximize your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find learning the program and all the features takes a while and I feel like some aspects are still slightly disorganized.

A CRM that is effective, useful and user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely useful for tracking your marketing and sales leads. It is easy to use and extremely effective! I like that I can see all my leads and filter them out through various levels. I am able to see all of my threads with them, schedule my tasks and connect deals to the accounts. Additionally, I like that my templates are saved and can open up in each lead's profile for easy access. My team and I also use the sequence feature often to send out emails. I think this CRM is easy to use and helps team members be on top of their leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is that sometimes my email threads don't populate in the account. It is rare, but it does happen. I believe it may be a tracking issue but as I mentioned it is rare. I also don't like that there is a cap on total enrollment for a sequence per day. You can only enroll 250 contacts in a sequence in one day - I believe this should be a little higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to contact marketing and sales leads. In addition, we also use the chat box feature for the website. The best benefit I have realized are the saved templates that I can easily use in any contact's profile and the ability to sequence emails. All of these features are helpful in staying on top of my leads.
Super User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is not only the most user-friendly CRM I've used in the last 10+ years, but it is also the most business savvy. The feedback on my email templates is super helpful, and I love the efficiency of linking contact names, deal owners, and company names in my templates so I can focus my efforts elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't dial directly through the HubSpot platform. There is always an error and I'm not sure if it is with Mac, Chrome, or HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a much better sales cycle between the BDR and our account executives. This helps our communication as well!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The more you use it, the more benefits you'll find! Many of my former companies lacked in efficient processes, reporting, and revenue, because they used too many different programs for individual tasks. HubSpot is quite comprehensive and many marketing and strategic decisions need the entire picture and context.
