Keep your leads organized
What do you like best about the product?
It help me keep track on ALL my interactions with my customers / potential customers. It gives me a very powerfull tool to reach out and keep track of what have been said / done on the specific customer. With the marketing and sales module combined, i dont ever "loose" potential customers, because of the ability to build automatic sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
i have found a few bugs. 1: i cant search on the phonenumber of a company. it need to be associated with a contact, before i cant find it using the serach engine.
2: when making a bropwser call, if i start ther call from the company "page", and in goes into the contact during the call, i cant hang up. It does hang up, meaning that the customer connection is shut down. Problem is that it continues to show "red calling sign" on top of the screen, counting down, until i refresh the page. Then all is back to normal. Not a big problem, but annoying to look at.

keeping track of customers / potential customers. MUCH better chances of not missing out on potential leads, because i can keep track of everything, and set up automatic feautures

Delay in call connecting to phone when calling out on hub spot as customers can already be connected without warning

Hubspot is a great tool for small to medium size businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the biggest factor. Having new hires being able to adapt quickly and get them producing early is so beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably just the amounts of updates and some re-adjusting to the CRM.

Mass Emailing Master
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the best CRM platforms for mass emailing!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a small company it won't be the best fit. Hubspot integration is primarily meant for reaching out to mass leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use marketing and sales contacts together is a blessing. Keeps the system clean and the company on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
The Tasks, notes, email, information all in one page. The best thing about this platform is you're organized in one page for the client and the right side you half the other contacts that are listed within the company. Hands down best way to keep track
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt a general board to keep track of whats going on with the client, what i do is I pin the notes so its the first thing i see. There should be a easy clean format where i can quickly drop a comment about the clients status
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not much problems, but it can be slow sometimes. It cold also be my computer but i find it extremely difficult to get anything done with the progress of the pages loading.

Template Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to templates and the ability to change things once clicked. I was also able to manage my pipeline much more effectively. I really liked having the ability to see when my clients were in the tools, clicking on links, or opening the emails I was sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
somewhat confusing to navigate at first however it was easy to use once we got going. I also disliked that there were no templates we could view directly in the platform. I also wish there was an easier way to go in and personalize the templates once they were used in the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time management and the ability to increase productivity. I am also able to manage my pipeline much more effectively. I think it helped me get to my clients quicker to enforce relationships and close prospective clients. If I did not have access to this information I would struggle to know who as using the tool and who was interacting with the things I had been sending out.
Great CRM across the board
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy simple social media scheduling, it's helpful to be able to duplicate simply between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
As yet, social media inbox messages don't pull through which would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of leads is streamlined with HubSpot, it's simple to identify where they're up to at all times.

In my experience it's definitely improved operations.
Amazing, Simple, Fun
What do you like best about the product?
The templates feature is my favorite aspect. It makes it so easy to send and track emails. I love it! Having the sequences helps too. With the sequences you can set it to have certain templates send without you having to do anything. It is amazingly helpful. I didn't use them when i first started using the service but now that I am, it has made everything so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can get very slow sometimes and it makes everything take longer. Other than that, I honestly don't think there is anything that I don't like. It just makes life so much better and I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become so easy to track my activity and I love how you can see when people read and click on items in the email. Has completely smoothed out our process and has made it much easier to work. It saves time while also organizing, and having both at the same time is key. I would totally recommend HubSpot to anyone. Everyday I learn something new with the service and that's what makes it awesome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the sequences!! They have been an absolute game changer for me. It literally makes my job and my life so much easier. I unfortunately didn't use them when I first started with the service but the very first day that I started using them, I double my productivity. Sequences are that good.
Hubspot | An Asset
What do you like best about the product?
My company has only recently transitioned to Hubspot as our primary CRM, but we are loving it! Despite being a millennial, technology is almost always lost on me. Hubspot has truly been easy to use, and I can see how my communication and outreach has improved over the last few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that was initially difficult was understanding how to use mass emailing. After struggling with this feature for a while, a simple video call with one of Hubspot's staff support fixed that problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've seen the benefit of quick responses through the use of Templates. They've been a game changer for our Admissions Team, and I'd say that efficiency has improved all around leading to better conversion for our product.
Hubspot Sales = incredible sales crm
What do you like best about the product?
I love the free options and the ability to upgrade to higher paying programs. I actually think they did a great job with the free mode (and I upgraded once my company grew).
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, free is always nice, but honestly the price is worth it once your company is ready to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm managing all my resellers within hubspot. I log in for the morning, see my follow up tasks, execute, and move on.

General advice: sales crm's are a game changer when it comes to sales organization.
Why hubspot: you get a free crm with incredible power, and you can upgrade to more features once your business is ready.
