Best CRM I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Its really simple to use and has a very great UI and workflow

I currently don't have any issues with the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for my team to track their calls, meetings, and marketing efforts. We then use the data stored in here for our weekly team updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IF you are starting out, Hubspot is great to keep track of your daily tasks and meetings. They have great pricing and even special deals for startups.
Great Insights and Updated Materials
What do you like best about the product?
It's always good to be part of the trainings from Hubspot specially because of the insights we get during the training and after finalising and get the chance to see our mistakes and also where we could improve it makes me urge to learn more about the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the exercises could be more interactive and with more trainings on updates from HubSpot, I feel that with so much updates we should be able to see it all in one single video and also something related to new features on the CRM..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been learning a lot with HubSpot, got more professional quotations sent to our customers and the benefit if amazing, once you start dealing with the reports that we are able to have on the CRM we have more insights for new marketing strategies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it, and make the most out of it. If you are not satisfied get in touch, you can do most of the implementation by yourself but once you have done the basics you need a support closer to you.
Robust CRM with strong customer service
What do you like best about the product?
This is the first time that our organization has invested in a CRM as complex as HubSpot, so it has been very helpful to have HubSpot's strong customer service team helping us along the way. There has been a lot of learning on our side, but we know that either HubSpot will help us out or we're likely to find what we need in the community resources. We've also launched a marketing email strategy for the first time, which is very exciting and gets our name out into the world more, and the tracking of our sales team's emails is such a positive improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some out-of-the-box contact and company property features that haven't worked well for us, but they aren't something that you can change. For example, it is not helpful for us that companies are automatically created and default to a contact's email address--people who work at regional affiliates of larger companies often have the email address of the parent company, but we really only want to focus on the regional locations.
Another challenge we've had is the integration with Outlook. As a healthcare institution, we have high levels of security, and most of our contacts do as well, and so HubSpot and Outlook have had a pretty hard time integrating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us better define what our internal funnel is, and it's also providing the argument and the tools to solidify some steps of our sales process with other internal departments. We are becoming more transparent with our strategies within the department because we need to input and use that information in HubSpot, and it's helping us recognize ways that we could work more efficiently with other departments in the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage of the onboarding and the lessons. It's helpful to be able to talk to someone, and then you have to learn by actually trying things out.
Robust, Resourceful, and Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much information is available to help me succeed. Not only is their platform robust and simple, but they go a step further to show me the best ways to utilize all of the tools available to me. There's training on how to use their software, but then there's training on Marketing practices overall, and how their tools help you to achieve marketing success.
In the software, much of the tools are pre-loaded by HubSpot to help me get started and see examples that I can take and customize. This offers me the ability to use more of their tools than I might have felt comfortable venturing into on my own, but HubSpot makes it easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is the contacts portion. I would love the ability to have my HubSpot contacts synced through my iOS device so that I can recognize incoming calls.
I don't much care for the files database. It seems a little quirky, and there are some other little bugs/quirks in the software, but that's to be expected when you offer so many features of a product is that bugs and quirks can happen. That's why they rely on feedback channels to identify areas of improvement, and updates are constantly being made.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is the biggest win with HubSpot. We deploy several systems in our business and HubSpot has the ability to share and collect information between each of them easily with the use of the API.
In addition, we have utilized both sequences and workflows to keep information flowing, up to date, and consistent throughout our Deal stages and customer experiences. It's a game-changer.

This platform is an ecosystem. It's not just a stand-alone product. That in itself is a reason to move forward with HubSpot as your CRM. There's not another CRM that can offer a robust system, professional training, and support the way HubSpot can.
Excellent Card Scanner
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of operation. After my many trade show attendance I am able to flawlessly upload numerous business cards to my hubspot crm
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is so easy and does not require any additional fidgeting or task, just snap the card with your iphone and it take abt 20 seconds to upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time! I save on average 1-2 hours of regular upload time. This allows for more time selling my company's products and service.

Try it, it is so easy and saves so much data entry time! Wonderful!
HubSpot helps our company stay organized and on track!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot keeps detailed notes on all interactions and helps us with SO MANY tools for follow up. This saves us time when we can pull from templates and have the system sent automated emails and reminders. I also love that it integrates so well with other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that every so often something will go down and there will be a function or two missing for a short period. They are usually very quick to resolve issues, though.

We have all interaction notes in one easy place and can track our sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is incredibly easy to set up, intuitive to use and contains all the most important features that most users need and seek in salesforce. Our sales team found it very helpful it is very easy to use and we can do more with this tool. One of the best features of HubSpot CRM is that it is available at a very low cost. It does everything I need it to do I use it for company management, Product management, Pipeline management, and customer tracking. Users can track all business and information in one place, with no need for other applications. HubSpot CRM helps us to manage our all databases and related information in one place with amazing security.
What do you dislike about the product?
What can be said about this application is that it should improve a bit in data security. If we don't have an internet connection, we cannot enter in HubSpot CRM. Reports and Dashboards options are not well managed in this tool. For many that may not be an issue, but when you live and work in a time zone or business area that needs that, time to solve issues and not get in the way of daily work, that may matter to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM is the best option for customer relation management and lets us manage our sales business. I can manage the production of food and keep a record of customers easily. For me, I found it a good option to keep track of all sales processes and also track customer activities.
Great for Small Business Owners
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot made it simple for me to manage my customer's preferences, account history, and marketing activities. It took one less worry away from my every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I loved HubSpot as a small business owner but I wouldn't feel confident in recommending it to those running a large enterprise. That's the only thing to really dislike from my perspective.

HubSpot brought together disparate or sometimes, unknown, customer information and made it easy for us to know and understand our customers. We've been able to upsell into accounts and are seeing improved customer retention rates.

An awesome tool for all facets of marketing/sales/tracking clients and prospects!
What do you like best about the product?
The deal tracking tools in the sales tool are awesome and easy to setup and use. I love being able to see all communication with a specific customer about any specific deal with one click. I also really like how easy it is to log and sort prospects and clients. Finally - the outreach tool is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small things; the tool will search for duplicate contacts when you enter them; but it doesn't search for duplicate deals. It's annoying you can't add a contact when you're logging a meeting if the contact is not already in the CRM. I'm being nit picky - none of this is really a big deal. The really big deal is I need the ability to log ONLY certain emails from clients to certain deals in the CRM. Right now emails log to all deals associated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so much better tracking of our outreach; sales deals and clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a competent in house administrator for HubSpot who is comfortable manipulating fields/parameters.

I love that our customer service team, shipping & receiving team, and sales & marketing teams can all review the most updated communication with a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the option of bulk merging companies.
I would also like the option to see duplicate companies without searching individually so I can manage to merge.

We have a few sales reps who have issues with the Outlook add-in. Is disappears after they restart their computers. This is time-consuming.
