The UI is very strong, clean and crisp!

Viewing your goal or displaying analytics specific to your goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing, tracking, following up, prospecting, calling. All in one place! As well as the bot. That is a huge value add.
One of the best CRM tools
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that can be easily integrate with other tools such as Magento for e-Commerce and Google Data Studio, and that you can customize the reports to create useful dashboards customized by teams
What do you dislike about the product?
if the connection to the internet is slow, probably will crash when loading different tabs of Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
improving the engagement with our clients, to keep track of the discussion and increase my sales
Best CRM I have used & Excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has the best customer service I have ever experienced. There is always someone available to assist and explain things in detail. Additionally, HubSpot Academy has a lesson for everything you could think of. I must say, this tool is very powerful and well thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no safari extension. (Yet, I believe)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of this CRM are vast - mass emailing, email tracking, contact profiling, user experience, courses, and so much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is well worth it. I have studied CRMs extensively and HubSpot is by far the best.
A CRM with a great philosophy
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of HubSpot's CRM is its ease of use. Not only is the user interface extremely friendly and self-documenting, but they have a really robust "free" version that allows people to experiment with their own free accounts, and tons of free online training and certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the marketing automation platform, some of the email creation features could be more flexible. The "welcome" email does not seem to have the same features as the "regular" marketing emails, and it's hard to copy one email to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to create an email newsletter, "Friday Goody Bag," and circulate it to work colleagues and personal friends without having to pay for an email marketing solution. Additionally, my company uses it. I was able to get intelligence about one of our leads using the HubSpot CRM.
I just love hubspot I started using it for my personal projects aswell
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot UI is best, their support is extraordinary and workflow is nice overall I just love hubspot. I even completed 2 of their certifications
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not dislike but it would be good if I can undo workflow changes

We used hubspot for email campaign, sales activities and also hubspot free calling for international calls

Powerful Business Tool! Must Use
What do you like best about the product?
Using hubspot as our main sales CRM has really helped me stay on top of tasks and drive sales for my business. It's really clean and simple to use compared to other CRM systems out there. The Sequencing function has definitely been the most helpful tool to automate my prospecting and stay on top of mind to my prospects. The phone app is great and all the email open tracking and call logging makes everything organised and easy to know where everything is at. Overall great platform for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you cant bulk enrol contacts to sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising prospects, tracking and email follow ups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having used a few different CRM systems in the past, I can say I recommend using hubspot as it's functionality surpasses that of other CRM systems.
Best CRM EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is so easy to use. It makes my life as a sales rep so much easier. I've never been a fan of using CRM software because it always felt like it was there only to track my progress. Big Brother! With HubSpot it actually is a tool that helps me sell more. It keeps contact with my prospects automatically. I also love the HubSpot university. It has great content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is much that I dislike. I wish my employer had the phone set up through hubspot to make my life even easier but it's my understanding that it's an expensive feature to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many problems are solved using HubSpot. Auto Marketing, Auto sales sequences, Customer record keeping, One record for all our interactions with Customers and prospects.

Make the switch, take the plunge. It's so worth it.

Easy to use for any size business
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM creates transparency within all the communication that happens for a business and it's customer especially for a smaller sized business where you don't have dedicated reps for each account and it's more like whoever is available to service that account. Any given employee can go to any given account and know exactly what's happened based on past communications and he/she can then contact that account directly through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, there isn't much I dislike. The only thing that would be on a wish list is if they had a integration to Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise. Right now I'm manually exporting data out of Quickbooks and into HubSpot weekly. Integrating to Quickbooks Desktop would serve the small business market far more. It does integrate with QBO which is far less functional then QBD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM is helping us increase sales by maintaining frequent communication with our customers based off characteristics such as when is the last time they bought something and allowing us to target them with HubSpot's marketing module. The email marketing aspect of HubSpot is probably the biggest plus for us considering it provides advanced features like targeted emailing and sequencing at a very low cost. As a SMB we are automating more and more of our business everyday all thanks to HubSpot.

Definitely a great starter CRM for a company that doesn't currently implement one considering their flexible and low pricing.
