Simplicity at it's best - value for money
What do you like best about the product?
The option to save different email templates so it makes it much easier and way more efficient sending emails out. Love the ability to automatically send email out through Hubspot sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot email sequences has a limit to adding the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Saving standard emails templates i.e. post demo call email follow up - saves me loads of time
2) Creating Hubspot email sequences to auto send email out at certain date, certain time - I dont have to remember to follow up with someone if they dont reply to my email

It's definitely value for money given its features and capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand & use with the flexibility is the best part which i like. Its so amazing for managing the prospects & sales pipeline. Its very useful for small & medium organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this HubSpot CRM. It is just amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well i resolved my major problems of managing prospects & sales for my small business having employees 2-10 & I realized that its one of the best CRM software i have used for managing.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to clone and then just edit as needed social media posts and eblasts saves tons of time! The analytics for tracking results are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great tool! No complaints from me actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for eblasts and social media for our events and also for landing pages and forms for signing up for livestream. Also, the analytics are great for seeing what's working and tracking campaigns!
Easy to Use and Fun to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot provides so many learning tools so anyone can easily learn how to use their software and learn the ins and outs of different online marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing about HubSpot is that it is made mostly for developers who know mostly what they are doing. I mentioned they are great at training the right candidate for use, but sometimes that can take extra time and investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot mostly for our website and blog management. I have LOVED using it to rebuild out website and really give our company the great look we are going fo.
A legit all-in-one CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that almost everything you need can be found in Hubspot, especially the free courses. It helps you scale up and skill up, all while you wait for your next task. It's super easy and intuitive, I love it!
They also listen to customer feedback, which really says a lot with how they value their customer's opinions. I remember leaving feedback about their courses, and they pulled through. :)

What do you dislike about the product?
There are admittedly some things that can still be worked on, like in sequences. I've used reply.io, and I found it easier to add leads there. With the Hubspot sequence, I have to manually add and approve each of my contacts, which makes it tedious especially if I want to add a ton of 'em at once. Filtering appears to be a work in progress as well. I find it easier to work with Pipedrive or a custom CRM, where I can easily filter it by last touch, last date (or a specific date) with the drop down menus. Some of the filters we need doesn't exactly show on the default options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, bridging the gap between our customers and our sales process. After watching Hubspot's Social Selling course, we've created tasks for ourselves to connect with them on LinkedIn and other social media, which has been easily and automatically saved by the CRM. So that saved us time and also a lot of leads in the process. :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have the best customer service, and they really listen to the needs of their customers. They are very hands on to their clients, and really offer a whole lot of value into their products-- from the courses to the integrations-- they've really come a long way from where they started. And they make sure you're part of that growth 100%.
Decent CRM for free
What do you like best about the product?
It does a decent job with basic contact management and the email tie ins are nice

the reporting is no better or worse than salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i used CRM to try and help me close more sales deals and stay on top of lead generation. The main benefit is that its free.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its fine as a CRM but you're not going to be able to make it do anything like salesforce or an enterprise CRM if you don't also use Hubspot for marketing automation. That is expensive, this CRM is basically just a way for them to give cheap people something for free in exchange for your data.
All the info in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Previously we've used more than 5 services to do the same thing, that we're doing currently with HubSpot. As a result we avoid from numerous integrations that sometimes make real nightmares.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some obvious features that still aren't available on HubSpot like lists for companies. Also it would be nice to see here more Customer Success related features, like customer health calculation option.

We use HubSpot to keep all our customers data in one place, to track and communicate with them
Sequencing to kick start reach out
What do you like best about the product?
I use the CRM to keep up to date with clients, potential clients and anyone I may be able to help now or in the future. Its a great one-stop-shop for all comms and interactions that do data gets lost between interactions
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if some more of the functionality was available in the phone app for working on the go. I would like if there was a greater ability to make small changes to forms or use SEO planning tools while on the move without having to have my laptop open the whole time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to organisations and having better quality conversations. We have been able to prospect with over 600 organisations in the last 4-5 months which has greatly improved our usefulness and customer acquisition as well as keeping the organisation on track to achieve it's goals.
Great for small business. THE lifesaver of my business year.
What do you like best about the product?
I've recently started a small business and needed a platform to organize leads. HubSpot has been THE lifesaver! It is way more user friendly. It makes prospecting move along much more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often work with Open Office spreadsheet files as well as Excel files. The Open Office files do not load into HubSpot as cleanly as the Excel spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time and I'm much more organized. Before I was just using a spreadsheet. HubSpot is much more user friendly. Additionally, it allows for great scaling as I grow my business.
Once I land clients and am ready to bill, HubSpot has been so much more professional than my previous amateur practices.

Do your research on WHY you need a CRM. Compare similar products and figure out what YOU need. THat said, HubSpot seems as though it could serve many different businesses.
Awesome CRM and marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the free version is superb and could work with that on its own. But now have upgraded to the professional version and not regretting it one bit. Cannot recommend Hubspot highly enough.

Honestly, cant find any. If you take the free version, you have noting to lose and loads to gain.
