What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is very easy to use. The interface is very seamless and easy to use. I really like the multi-filter view. It helps a lot when you're trying to narrow down your data. You can choose what data to see and it helps a lot when making reports for the team or for management. It helps saves me time and keeps things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a few extra clicks to get to certain settings or tools, just feels a bit slow when you’re in a rush. Also, it would be great if report customization had more drag-and-drop or template options. That way, we can build quick reports faster without needing to adjust filters every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot with tracking and monitoring deals or client progress. I can easily check where things left off, so following up with clients on next steps is smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very versatile and easy to use. I've used multiple CRM's in the past and this is leaps and bounds ahead of them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All Sales teams need a CRM, this is the best one I have used as it doesn't feel like I'm spending more time keeping it clean than I am actually enabling sales processes

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and set up, with the added integration into outlook its easy and convenient (when its working) to see email trails between the team to customers allowing us to pick up on work should someone be off or know where we are with projects

the intergrations dont always work, which is frustrating or it logs out constantly.
sometimes Hubspot sales can to be clever - we have 100+ duplicated companies where it adds it from an email thinking its a different company when it isnt - trying to merge/review these is very time consuming.

everything in one place - ease of tracking emails/calls etc to know where the team are/discussions had etc with customers. easy to pick up when they are off.

We track every customers requirements ,call aligment,keeping up with tasks, reminders also use emails and cadences all at one place and very useful.

My HubSpot Sales Hub is super intuitive and great at managing pipelines, automating tasks, and keeping everything in one place. Their new AI assistant, Breeze, is a great add; it helps summarize my calls, draft emails, and suggest next steps, which really boosts my productivity by reduces time to find the most relevant information in a lead/deal.
Reporting is clean and easy to use, though some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans.
Overall, if you're looking for a sales tool that's user-friendly and evolving fast with AI, HubSpot is definitely worth checking out in my opinion.

It’s not a full AI co-pilot yet, but it’s a solid start and already saves time. I'm excited to see what they are going to build in the coming days.

It gives us the ability to house everything within one space instead of having to connect it from multiple data sources.

Sometimes things dont connect properly, but that is easily fixed via workflows and automations.
