Really helpful for keeping a track on leads
What do you like best about the product?
Every minute detail is being captured and can be reviewed on a later date by anyone. That is the best part. We are still exploring it to get the best out of it. A lot of things can be managed which is really interesting about the app
What do you dislike about the product?
While running a sequence there should be a tracker to keep track of the contacts who have opened, unsubscribed. all we can see is the percentage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular follow up with the leads helps us to be more persistent. transparency with the leads and lead status.

save time .. effort .. combining all the sequencing to catch the right qualified lead and invest my time on them

This tool has ease of use, powerful add ons, and is critical for tracking the sales process and goals for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit expensive, however, the paid-for version is far more powerful and has added benefits that would justify the cost for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales and keeping up with prospects is a must for my organization and this tool definitely helps with that. I have noticed a higher close rate due to the reminders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend some time playing with the different features that are inside Hubspot. Play with properties a lot depending on what info you'd like to track and collect per customer or deal. Adding additional properties to deals, customers and companies is where I have seen a great deal of success with using Hubspot.

The email sequencing features worked wonders for me. Helped me reach a lot of prospects with ease.

Sometimes activity feed feature shows email is bounced but the clients would have received the emails

Managing a bulk of prospects used to be tough, but now with this tool, I could connect and filter a whole lot of contacts and get connected easily. I could set tasks and it will easily remind me when I need to reach to a particular client

In the Sales tool I like the tasks and sequences, it's really helpful.

There's nothing I dislike, but I wish the sequences had triggers other than answering an email or booking a meeting

To be able to create a task and have them sent by a specific queue.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be able to send them all at once. It has additional payment and it is not included in the feature that we have right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have experienced backlog with Hubspot a few days ago. We were unable to see our stats under Analytic Tools. And when we do sendouts, I am experiencing some glitch and it loads very slow when you reach 30+. You will have to close the window and log back in.

Hubspot provides a place to make calls from and track your follow up all in one application that has multiple platforms you can access your data from

I have yet to find something I dislike that we have not been able to fix with our HubSpot account rep

Having Hubspot automatically track my follow up tasks has proven priceless, in the first month we had an account that might have slipped through the cracks place an order based on a Hubspot reminder

Versatile Tool for everyday Business
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tool amongst all on HubSpot is sequencing. The best part about Sequencing is how versatile the tool is. I am able to conduct outreach to hundreds of prospects while I sleep and as many scheduled times as I want. The Sequence tool also enables me to stay organized, reporting on my progress and success using the tool. I use Sequences to also handle everyday outreach, such as follow-ups in all forms. Their recommendations are expert advice that I always review and use. Overall HubSpot is super user-friendly, and I recommend it to all business owners. Small or large, HubSpot changes the way you engage with your clients, in a very positive and 2020 way. They are changing the game; see for yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM should be more flexible with their small business pricing model. It should be more customizable to suit each business; getting to know your client is important in upselling them on new features. Grovara LLC would have been subscribed to the full Marketing feature if it had been priced fairly to us.

Timely follow-ups, reporting, and organization.

Even if you have 10 clients, you need HubSpot CRM. You will not regret it. Taking the first step to creating and learning how to use HubSpot is so easy you can do it with your eyes closed.
Best CRM i have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I like its automated functions and the fact that basically i have only to modify few little things and i really love when i receive email reading notifications

I DON'T DISLIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS INCREDIBLE APP

Every problem related to email list, email reading, adding contacts etc...it's really amazing and basically it's free

What do you like best about the product?
The user interphase is extremely easy to work with - very natural and enhances my day-to-day job performance. Using the technology to leverage job functionality has benefits beyond what I am able to find the words to accurately describe -- I have more time to find and manage more leads, I have access to real-time data of outbound communications and I have the ability to make changes to better improve the quality and relevance of information shared with prospects and customers alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of alerts that are un-necessary and/or I do not know how to properly edit alerts. Ex. the same email can be opened and re-opened endless amounts of time for days and weeks after the email is sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved is knowing when/if the email is received and opened - that is huge but is only the surface. Using the reports one can test and try alternate messaging to improve results which I think is beneficial to the recipient in that they are receiving higher valued messaging -- which feedback to enhancing the perception of being a higher valued service provider.

This is a great product/service if you are new to CRM - if you are a true beginner like me this will have an immediate impact on your productivity as well as leads and lead managment.
