HubSpot is an incredible CRM that makes my client management and sales a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot CRM integrates seamlessly with our email platform so that all correspondence is tracked effortlessly. Additionally, it is simply to include a meeting link for contact to book time on my calendar. HubSpot has also made it easy to maintain communication with contacts over time and follow up after conferences is quick and easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is that there isn't a way to duplicate a deal. With long term client relationships, I'll often have annual renewals. It would be nice to be able to close a current deal and duplicate it with a future close date for easy deal forecasting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be impossible to manage a large number of contacts using email alone. HubSpot CRM allows us to reach out proactively to the right clients at the right time.

Try it. You won't regret it.

Smooth as ice!

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are the most useful tool within HubSpot's CRM. I absolutely love them! They make our sales process so straight forward and streamed lined. Which makes it very efficient to stay on top of sales all across the board!
What do you dislike about the product?
I was stuck on this question trying to think of an honest answer. Sorry, I can honestly say that I can't think of anything I really dislike about HubSpot's CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems we are able to solve is getting potential customers to respond by using the sequences. Those emails sent out to them every few days really works with getting a response! Sometimes, they may miss an initial email, so those follow up emails in the sequences really do the trick! It also helps our company as a whole with time efficiency. The fact that we don't have to remember to send emails every few days etc. In the end, one of the main benefits is that we are able to show solidarity as a company and gaining more customer for sure!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The trial version is great for starters, but purchasing one of their CRM packages is much more worth it! Mainly, because of the additional features that you're able to use. Specifically within the sequences and tasks! Those tasks are helpful as ever!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool for me on HS is the "Sales" tab. It has all the tracking and organizational features that you will need to stay on top of your pipeline. The upside to using HS is that you will work more efficient which will translate into more productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful feature of HS is the Dashboard. Only because I feel it can have more detailed info or at least be more customizable to show analytics that I am interested in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS CRM is helping me reach more prospects. The automation of the sequences and quick tracking have streamlined my sales process

Give it a try and you will see it has everything you would want a CRM to have

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big user of Hubspot's sequences/workflows to automate my prospect touchpoints. It makes things super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it's super simple to use for what I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management/pipeline management for leads and opps. Hubspot has taken the guess work out of the process.

How Sequences Increased My Sales

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track my emails as well as add candidates to sequences. It's great to be able to follow up with candidates and/or customers without having to curate each email separately. Also, being in a Marketing role, it's awesome to be able to complete courses through the Hubspot Marketing tab. I thoroughly enjoy the videos and articles that have been provided at such easy use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to search attachments that I've added into my database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every so often, Hubspot gets booted out of my Outlook email. However, it's awesome to be able to integrate my email with Hubspot, so every email I send out is tracked into Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best piece of advice would be to make sure that you always document everything and create your own tabs/drop-downs. Hubspot gives you the option to make the space your own, be sure to utilize it! Additionally, reach out to support if you need help. They are great with helping you solve any issues and respond in a timely manner. Lastly, make sure you use every tool they offer. Tasks are an essential in my particular role. Once you create a task, you can add your tasks to follow-up folders for each day of the week (or title the folders whatever you like, this is just what I do) and Hubspot emails you when you have a task due.

Easy to use, quick to learn

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how intuitive the platform is. Although it is simple and easy to use, the robust capabilities to meet most requirements is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue i've had was the in sequences there is no way to set the delay timing to business days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales development representative my goal is to engage the market and various types of prospects and Hubspot CRM has enable me to efficiently connect with dozens of prospects through the multiple types of touch points at any given time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking a quick on board for sales users hubspot CRM seems to be second to none

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly hubspot integrates with Gmail. We can see when people are reading the emails or clicking on links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe this would be more difficult to manage without having someone on your team dedicated to the platform. I've had lots of questions for him because I am unsure of how to set up certain users or link them properly to certain accounts. I also don't like how I can't see on Gmail when the people I email read the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think, as a salesperson, I'm solving a better way to reach out to a person efficiently instead of having to go one by one through each of my sent emails. The more efficient I can be, the more sales I can get.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this over Salesforce because it allows you to get more detailed and quickly integrates.

Hubspot keeps even the most unorganized, organized

What do you like best about the product?
Effectively manage customers and potential clients, reminders, tasks queues, etc help me stay organized, even though I am not the most organized person on the planet
- Monitor productivity to see what areas need to be improved on. For example I noticed my outbound was heavy emailing and not a lot of calls, so this month I've switched by approach to a more call-focused out bound thanks to the metrics provided by HubSpot.
- Sequence metrics is also a great tool to track how effective a drip campaign is performing
- Minor but i even like the color scheme, something about the orange and blue keeps it clean
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to complain about so far using the CRM, maybe if you edited sequences and people are already enrolled in them, it could update the ones already enrolled as well. But that isn't a major issue I've faced at all.
The app is not very good, however. Hard to use if wanting to work via mobile but thats not important to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My lack of organization is carried by the CRM, keeps me on top of my tasks. I'm able to re-approach and follow up with customers I may have forgotten about. Sequencing is time effective and helps, even if it is bombarding them...
- The sales pipeline showing the status of deals helps me plan for the day/week/month on what to tackle harder than others.
- I cant stress enough how well the Task Queue gets me on track and dealing with the tasks I've set effectively and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
10/10 recommend using HubSpot, it manages tasks, analytics, and clients very effectively.

A complete Sales solution

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with the Gsuite, and the ability to see all the interactions with my contacts on the go, using the app
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Hubspot needs a better system for managing groups of contacts, for example with several contacts in the same organization I would love to be able to create a group to send a quick email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am more productive, using tasks and sequences, and also a lot more organized since I can get notifications via Email and on the phone app
