Happy with HubSpot!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many CRM's throughout my sales career and I find HubSpot to be the best I've used. Their sequencing tool allows me to send multiple email sequences to my target audience. I would highly recommend HubSpot to anyone
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could send more sequences. There's a daily limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can automate follow-up messaging to a large number of prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of set up and the seamless way that you can communicate with potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing on the initial set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to communicate with customers quickly and without much effort. I am able to reach a large volume of customers without having to re-write emails. I am able to manage open rates on emails and contact customers quickly and efficiently.
One of the best lead gen / CRM tools in the space!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how robust the reporting is, the wealth of sales/marketing automation tools, and how granular you can get with specific data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little time for the lists to query, but other than that, no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It empowers me to have at least a 5x capacity over traditional sales enablement setups. It also helps to create a sales environment for my entire sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sales dashboard that allows you to view all statistics pertaining to outreach and contact uploads. It allows for the prospecting process to be conducted at a faster, more efficient pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to group upload contacts to company pages.

I am solving the problems of simplifying the outreach process as well as making the prospecting process

Emails sent to junk more frequently - It appears subject lines need to be frequently changed.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes the work so much easy because you have so much time to do other stuff of works and makes easier to communicate with the client about our service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe what I dislike about HubSpot is that some times have some issues in her system like it takes time to send a sequence but that doesn't happen every time, it's really a good tool.

HubSpot CRM impacts my work becuse it is esey to do the marketing process like sending sequences and taking less time to send mails.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features of HubSpot are creating custom templates that can be turned into multiple sequences. This allows for the preferred contact to receive two-three emails at the times/dates you choose. In cold outreach, people rarely respond to the first email and have a much higher chance of responding to the second or third. This is really important when trying to find a new prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot seems to go down semi-frequently but is usually back up and running within a few hours (most likely due to having such a high frequency of users). I have also had many issues with extensions such as ZoomInfo and Salesforce not working properly with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problems of cold outreach, custom templates, managing multiple reps accounts, and organization. The largest benefit is having a huge amount of prospects to choose from which in turn will help you reach your quota.

It is a vital tool for prospecting and business development. HubSpot also is great for setting up email sequences/organization.
Easy CRM to help you track potential and current customers
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the best web based software we have ever implemented. The CRM makes it easy for me to keep track of all my customers by sending emails, calling, even reminding me when I have tasks due. You can easily set up workflows reminding you to email/call certain people and send out your scheduled emails. You can also see when people open emails, and if they clicked any links. This is just the icing on the cake in terms of descriptions but definitely check it out!
What do you dislike about the product?
They do change up their software quite a bit so you have to get used to a new format, but in the end, it always ends up changing for the best!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, but our enrillment at the college has jumped since we have implemented HubSpot!

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences setting is amazing and very helpful. Once you enroll someone in you can pretty much forget about it until it sends you a final task if they never responded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that's been frustrating is when I correct an email it still won't allow me to submit them into a sequence because a previous one bounced that had the same url.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in contact with as many customers as possible. Love that you can attach links to their invoices to know exactly what they ordered in the past. It's all in one central location
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a little expensive but well worth it if you have a lot of customers. You're able to leave notes and attach contacts to your "deals" so you know who to contact the next year around and keep in touch. It shows if they have opened the email and the time so you know if they are seeing your messages. This is way more user friendly than any other CRM I've tried. There is a learning curve though.
