What do you like best about the product?
Organized layout, clear customer tracking, and variety of tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 150 sequence enrolls per day, features not all advertised / explained
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes my chrome extension will turn off and not track my emails. I benefit from being able to track customers better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve chat feature, add more daily sequence enrollments

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about the Sequences feature of Hubspot, is the fact that you can reach out to people in a way that feels genuinely tailored, by demanding very little effort to adapt the message to each customer. Besides, it is really simple and it takes no time at all to keep reaching out to these people, in the exact way you want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I don't necessarily dislike, but something I would definitely add to this feature, is the fact that you can't mix within one sequence if you want to send a new email, or a response in thread to the one before. They all have to be new, or all threaded. And in my experience, it would be really helpful to be able to mix them up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that I can reach out to a considerably bigger amount of people, with an easy control of what I send to each of them, in much less time, and with less effort as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to have absolute and easy control over your customers' relationship, and history of activity, this is the one. Besides, it offers a lot of tools that make everything easier.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes things very easy to use on the sales end. It allows the processes to be very streamlined and it gives me the opportunity to accomplish my job effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is not a way to send and record text messages through the HubSpot platform without using an integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows the sales force to do its faster and more effectively. I can only imagine the amount of time and effort it would take to do all of these processes manually. HubSpot genuinely makes my life easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep an open mind and be willing to be accepting of change. Although it may seem like a lot to learn at first it is definitely the best CRM to do the job.
Improved Workflow - A True Timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's 'sequences' are my favorite tool. They make email flows so quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly everything in HubSpot is helpful. The only downfall is setting things up, but once you're on the platform and have everything set up properly it's a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is very helpful in tracking our projects and keeping contacts in one place. It's beneficial to be able to look at everything in one organized place.

Definitely integrate HubSpot with your email - it makes everything so much easier!
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it keeps all of my contacts and conversations organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not very easy to use..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule my day by creating tasks and following up with prospects and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
With sequencing I can reach hundreds of contacts a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing -- HubSpot is nearly perfect. I think they and the support are cutting edge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make touches, load contacts with minimal data entry, and it moves the sales funnel like no other tool out there.

The automation involved. It makes contacting customers and prospects much easier.

Nothing, Hubspot Sequences work like a charm. It's impossible to not love Hubspot.

Biggest benefit is reaching people when I forget. Automating emails, logging calls. Keeps me on track with my goals.

Use it if you need your company to be on the same page.

Love Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the tool I want I like the most. It's easy to use and easy to understand as someone who is using it for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can have a few more features for cold outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, I am able to have all the information of a prospect on the same page including their LinkedIn information. So, When I am about to call the prospect and want to check their Linkedin Page at the same time you can do all of that from the same tool.
Amazing and powerful software if you can overcome the limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is powerful. I try to put off having to move to salesforce for as long as possible. Having all the sales tools and marketing tools in one place is awesome for our sales team.
I love using smart lists and automations as well as using Zapier to create custom functionality. You can be a one man army of you can do those things really well.
The progressive profiling is great. I like segmenting customers by their behavior to map out progress through the buyers journey.
But the biggest thing is that its a very powerful suite of tools that is easy for our sales reps to take advantage of.
We use things like sequences and vidyard all the time. I can customize the crm to force compliance of our sales process too.

Hubspot's feature set is like a very wide river that is deep in a couple places, very shallow in some, and of moderate depth in most areas.
It does bug me that they often don't follow through with making features truly great but instead just check the box on the most important stuff and move on to develop new features to charge more for.
I have been able to overcome it's shortcomings with tons of automations, web hooks and Zapier and even a couple very simple custom developed tools.
If it weren't for that it would be substantially less valuable to me.
And its easier to make it powerful and what I want than trying to customize salesforce.
