Great for Marketing and Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM blends what both marketing and sales need - a single place to have all of our contacts information, interactions, and history.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hubspot was a little more intuitive - but the training classes are great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to track deals, proposals, and even website visits and social media interactions!

You don't use Hubspot? I feel sorry for you.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is the free SaaS features they offer. Personally I use the sales and CRM functionality. I've never paid a dime and I'm tracking about 100,000 contacts this way. The other amazing thing is the Gmail integration, which tracking communications seamlessly and can even generate emails from templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could afford to make phone calls directly from Hubspot because then they'd be recorded and tracked. I would like to send emails from Hubspot too but the problem with that is then they're not stored in your work email accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to stay on top of lead generation without losing track of where all of my contacts are on the engagement pathway - the deal tracking feature is amazing for this.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing of this software is that it is really helpful for me to tracking all of our incomes and expenses at everywhere. Hubspot CRM is the great software for sales and marketing. This software has great features because we can easily track our sales, marketing and expenses in a most efficient way. It is very great software for management and it can easily manage our financial business statement. Hence, it is the great customer management solution for our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage of this software is that it is very expensive as compared to its competitors. This software does not allow the management of customer knowledge in an easier way. The another problem that you faced while using this software is that sometimes the accounts doesn’t provide the exactly updates because sometimes this software will be hang up without any reasons. But to conclude that, it is the best management tracker software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has been useful for the different operations of our company because this software can be managed the operations more quickly. I recommend this application of any size of company. This software is the beat for lead generation and management. This software creates the tasks and manage the orders of marketing and sales to best service to our customer in all business.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is a free CRM- its very user friendly, integrates well with almost all the other softwares and apps that you could be using. You also get a free chat feature to integrate in your website!
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other CRMs- I would say nothing. However, they could have made more sales & marketing features free.
The paid version could turn out to be quite expensive for big teams- however it all depends on your budget. The free version would enable you to do most of your content management hassle free.

Organising customers and their orders in one place- centralised system where we can log in queries, assign the lead to a sales person and update the status (eg quotation sent, converted, missed opportunity etc.)
Grouping contacts based on industries.
Easy update to entire team.
Streamline the entire process- from getting a lead, following up, uploading artworks, etc at one place so that everyone can have a look at it if someone's not in and can assign the customer to someone else.
Have access to all e-mail threads with a client.
Then an option to integrate mailers- see who has opened the mailers, assign customers to different industries so that we can send out industry specific mailers etc.

I would definitely recommend going for HubSpot- at least try it out once before going for a paid CRM. It's simple, easy to use and ideal for small businesses that do not have a big budget.
SUPER EASY automations!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations in hubspot. They make lead nurturing super easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that some important bits of information are buried in several layers of menus. Not terribly bad, but something I find myself rubbing against the wrong way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my sales team's problem of spending too much time with initial lead nurturing. The automations have already saved them hundreds of hours!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have more than 1,000 contacts in your system it's worth switching to Hubspot. Less than 1,000 and you can get by with other softwares. But if you're thinking about automations, you can't get better than Hubspot. Plus they integrate seamlessly with Zapier so you can connect Hubspot to thousands of other apps (including Formstack, Salesmsg, and Typeform).
Shortcuts for the repetitive tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I love the opportunities to create a template reply while also making small edits to the template replies to make them really personal, like when I use the Snippets or Templates tools throughout my day in HubSpot. It gives me a quick and easy way to write a response but also easily edit it to make it customized to who I am working with at that moment. It saves me so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small changes that would make my work more organized. For example, if you could assign deals to multiple companies, it would keep our partner program much more streamlined in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing company, HubSpot helps remind the sales team when a customer has requested for more information. This helps make sure that we don't let anything slip the cracks by using workflows to set automated task reminders for outreach. It's been very helpful as our team continues to grow quickly!
I love HubSpot! So much easier then Salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
I sincerely love Hubspot. I have had over 7 years experience using Salesforce and I can firmly say that Hubspot is a million times easier, smoother and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disklike is the pricing lol. I wish all of it was less expensive but that doesn't mean I don't think it's worth it. I wish I could unlock certain features individually.

Client tracking, lead tracking, sales rep call logs, and lead sourcing.

Take the time to play with it BEFORE your intro call. Have questions ready to go.
HubSpot Tasks Has Been a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing HubSpot tasks has been extremely beneficial for optimizing my workflow and improving my personal organization. They have helped to ensure that no lead or deal gets forgotten and allows me to set-up task reminders for both immediate tasks and long-term tasks for my future business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a frequent user of HubSpot and have noticed both frequent downtime of the platform as a whole and that certain features are occasionally unavailable. Since I have come to rely on HubSpot this has occasionally made it difficult for my daily workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped me to automate many of my tasks, allowed me to stop using messy spreadsheets, saved me time, and improved my organization. This has had the benefit of allowing me to stay on top of my active deals so no potential customer gets left behind.
Easy to use, easy to collaborate with team members
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get notified when a contact opens an email or clicks a link in an email so that you can call them right away is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting on Dashboards could be more dynamic if they added the filters of properties to the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating lists from events and then creating a multi-touch campaign, being able to report those results to management to have the ROI available based on the deals created.
