great software
What do you like best about the product?
The email layout generator that HubSpot gives permits to the speedy and simple utilization of mechanized messages. By utilizing this element, it has enabled me to associate with prospects far snappier, along these lines enabling me to interface with considerably more prospects. It even allows you know when you have made the ideal email and exhorts on upgrades you could make to make your email progressively more grounded.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawback is getting everybody in our group in agreement. Truly, I truly haven't seen an excessive number of issues with the exception of the ones that I referenced previously. It is very useful since I am in deals. I think it is an extremely extraordinary stage for what I need to accomplish for work. It helps make my activity simpler and the outcomes show due to the great highlights HubSpot brings to the table.

Not just the most powerful CRM - a great "ecosystem"
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way HubSpot CRM integrates with all the other platforms I already use (like Slack). It also has a ton of internal features (like the deals page) which I find incredibly helpful in my workflow. The training community is second-to-none. They make it easy to learn about the full capabilities of the platform. I also love the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love the certification programs that HubSpot offers. My goal is to gain all HubSpot certifications, but my company doesn't subscribe to the marketing hub. I wish the HubSpot Academy allowed users to complete any certifications they wanted, using "education-only" versions of each hub. Instead, I can only complete the training videos but no practical exercises without access. Also, I wish you could filter by owner on the deals page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the deals page as a project management platform, which is incredibly useful! It allows me to automate tasks once a project moves to a new stage, and gives me the best visual representation of where my projects are in the process. The deals page totals up each category which also helps me keep track of the nominal balance in each category.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is incredibly powerful and may solve more issues than you think. I suggest digging into the platform because I was surprised at how well HubSpot integrated with other apps I was already using. Literally every month HubSpot comes out with substantial enhancements.
Templates are my new BFF
What do you like best about the product?
I really value how time-saving the templates are. They allow me to make sure each person is relayed the same info and quality of info, on top of saving me time email to email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tedious when I need to change the same link across the board for all templates. Going in to each template and editing the hyperlink can be overwhelming, but not the worst thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to move between tasks faster and efficiently. They help me stay consistent with the information I am relaying to prospects and customers.

It's great! Play around with it for a bit, make your own templates, and utilize deals.
What a great CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot is easy to integrate into other systems that we use, such as a chat, phone or digital document system. The Task system is my life and it gets me through my day. Not only is my task list easy to navigate and queue through, the notifications help me to stay on track for the necessary outreach to my leads and clients. I could not imagine my day without such a helpful tool (before I joined the company, my peers had to manually do everything and I'm glad that this was before my time!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Threaded email responses in the main Activity area for a contact are a little awkward to read, but a minor issue. It is also a bit difficult to navigate through on a mobile device. I mostly use it on a laptop, which runs it very well. I reserve usage on a mobile devices for an out-of-office emergency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is king in my line of work. HubSpot supports it and we are taking advantage of it in any way that we can! Also, working with sales, the various pipelines and analytic tools work very well to indicate areas of success and areas for improvement. It even shows the success rates of automated email sequences, so I can see what types of emails are working and what types of emails aren't.

Easy to integrate into current business systems and operate.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, everything is easy to find and labeled, options to choose what labels I want to use and not use, templates, size of contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it has glitches or is slow for whatever reason that may be at the time

Task management, customer followup is alot easier when using the tools like the deals and contact sections that are on hubspot

Try it out like anything, see if the features are what is needed for the job(s) you have. It is a great tool.
HubSpot has been a great tool to organize my day to day.
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful tools in HubSpot are sequences and templates. Both tools help you reduce the time spent on preparing emails, reaching out to potential customers and following up with them. Sequences will allow you to schedule emails through a period of time without forgetting about the customer but concentrating on the possible conversions. Using filters is also a great way to divide leads in groups as necessary, as a user you can have the filters that would work best for you. I'm currently working on several sales projects and I like to work on them separately, I've rely on filters to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least useful tool on my end would be meetings. I normally work with customers in America and Europe, due to the different time zone, meetings has't been a useful tool. I would't say there are tools that I dislike but that I haven't had a chance to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped me work in a more organized way, be more productive and deliver better results. Also, knowing how certain approach is working, has helped me improve emails used with customers. I often review Analytics Tools to find improvement opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend HubSpot to those in the sales business. I've found HubSpot to be very useful on my everyday activities. It will improve the approach you use to potential customers and have a better understanding of how your market is moving.
Keeping me on Task
What do you like best about the product?
The task tab is how I run my day to day. I get on in the morning and look at new tasks for that day and go back to look at all tasks for anything I haven't gotten to yet as well as future tasks which I use to plan my schedule for the upcoming week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I was previously able to *mark as complete* directly from the task now rather I have to check all boxes of complete tasks and eliminate them all in one rather than go task by task to ensure accuracy and completion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The task tab has solved the problem of losing track of cadences and follow-ups with prospects by allowing my to track and date all follow-up emails and calls as well as give me a heads-up of upcoming tasks that may have gotten lost in the mix without Hubspot

Fast, intuitive, efficient
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most of this CRM compared to others is how intuitive it is to use. I did not receive any training and within minutes I was up and running. Also, I really like the sequence feature and the way everything is displayed. The personalisation of the dashboard is also an excellent feature, allowing you to see only what is relevant to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to apply two filters at a time on a list. Otherwise, there is not much I dislike from Hubspot. There are a lot of options and features and I couldn't think of another one to add better value to it than the one previously mentioned. I also wish that the modification of the elements of a list would save, but it seems to always go back to what the administrator set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with my list, sending email, creating sequences in an efficient way, all whilst having access to information from the whole sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is fast and efficient. It answers all the needs you might have when it comes to a CRM, even with a basic subscription. If you are looking for an easy to use, user friendly, fast, complete CRM that is up to date with today's technology, Hubspot is the right one for you. Also, I really appreciate all the literature about marketing, telemarketing, prospecting and so on; they are very insightful and have greatly helped me in my day to day job.

I love the ability to track and follow up with my contacts and being able to customize almost everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the QUEUE allowed me to log a call without changing the name of my task/creating a new one

Hubspot - Deals Function Review
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the deals section of hubspot is that it is very easy to use. The various pipelines make it very easy to track orders, client relationships and client growth. This combined with the other real time statistical analysis enable evaluation of projections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback of Hubspot is that there is no inbound call function. Just like you can call out from any number through hubspot it would be good if individual employees could receive calls in the same manner, For a small organisation this would be really helpful and ensure clients are directed to the correct people within the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem before hubspot was organisation. Too many deals and clients were lost through poor organisation. Hubspot has given a means to store all contact, company, deal and financial information. The benefits are enormous just looking at the customers that would have perhaps fallen off of the radar had hubspot not been in place.

Really recommend hubspot - as it is really easy to use and it allows you to keep on top of everything.
