What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has not only made our efforts more effective, it has saved us an immense amount of time through having all of our marketing efforts streamlined and integrated through the central hubspot platform. If you're serious about marketing, make the investment and you won't be disappointed. We are very happy with Hubspot and won't be considering a change anytime soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Among the disadvantages of this program is: that you do not have any tool that can merge the contact information of different organizations. It does not have the ability to register several email addresses of the same contact, this weakness is palpable at the moment of conversation by email with a user, because if we want to contact you by another address via e-mail is very difficult to connect . You can not ignore unimportant records, this is to facilitate the reading of relevant interactions. If you have a company that wants a smooth and powerful solution to manage contacts, that can see the visibility of the work, this program is not recommended
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The level of features you get in the CRM for free is extremely useful for smaller organizations who want to use it so stay organized, such as student clubs

We've had some trouble with it integrating properly for website analytics, and it's taking a long time to find a solution, even though we were able to connect with their support team very easy.

We have a central database of all our contacts that helps us keep track of all past interactions
Great sales tools and crm
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great for the sales team to be able to view marketing activity within the same platform. Hubspot are always adding new features such as hubspot conversations. They are continually making improvements as well
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues we have with not being able to merge deals but we have a workaround. Also it’s difficult for the channel team as contacts and all their emails and information appear on multiple unrelated deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The eSignature feature is great and saves a lot of time. Holds a lot of information on the contact. Before sales worked across multiple platforms now they can do a lot in hubspot.

Hubspot CRM is a widely used program currently, which has many advantages, two of which stand out the most: The first: Its updates allow me to have a new vision of what it offers me every 10 minutes. The second: This allows me to know in real-time what is happening with my company's prospects to act quickly and streamline operations.

Currently, I feel very satisfied with this program, as its updates are very constant, in addition to being easy to use and very fast.

Intuitive, easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I find the HubSpot workflows to be the most beneficial feature of the CRM. HubSpot makes building email drip campaigns or nurtures easy with drag and drop functionality. The ability to tailor workflows to fit a variety of personas and circumstances enables sophisticated marketing campaigns with zero skill necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce integration is not always perfect, and without our full-time HubSpot administrator, managing HubSpot would be a mess at a certain point. I also find some of the templates for emails limiting. Other than that, however, there is not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of our email marketing automation issues with HubSpot. Its ease of use across functional teams enables our team to easily onboard users and to explain concepts. HubSpot also has the added benefit of a great training and product education program, emphasizing inbound marketing while also teaching valuable functionality. WE are also effectively managing our contact lists for large email sends with HubSpot.

I liked that most of the instructor were well trained and some are even professors at Harvard. Its like a free Harvard class. Very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using the CRM, it would be nice to be able to pause a sequence for a holiday weekend. It would also be great if the next task wouldn't pop up until the previous task is complete. It gets crazy busy, say for example, over Labor Day weekend. I come back to work with over 100 tasks because it didn't pause on Monday.

I love how easy and lightweight it is, and how easy it is to onramp!

Sometimes there are things I'm used to in Salesforce that don't appear, but I always find another way to take care of it.

We are able to understand the status of all deals and contacts. HubSpot lets us do this no problem.

Watch out for number of contacts, it costs extra. Otherwise, great support and we love them.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like HubSpot's CRM and use it throughout our team. It is easy for new employees to understand the process, especially compared to other softwares like SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
People have mixed feelings about the new format (the trifold screen with contact info on left, details in middle, and company/deal info on the right) but I like it now that I've acclimated.
Being able to override HubSpot's default lead status would also be helpful. We have a different timeline since we're a B2B service, so we had to create our own.

It is easy for all teams to coordinate with the CRM. Leaving notes keeps everyone on the same page!

Really helpful, but sit down with your team to discuss how to implement and set standards. Make sure everyone is on the same page on what details to add for each new contact.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is being able to have all the information we need for marketing, sales, and customer management under one platform which was relatively simple to implement and onboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints. Configuration is hands on, not necessarily an off the shelf solution if you're process is really unique.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We transitioned from Salesforce to Hubspot and it really made our lives simpler. Before we had to do a lot of manual passing of data between sales team and marketing. When our annual renewal for Salesforce came up we were happy to switch. Plus much better customer service.
