Shortcuts for the repetitive tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I love the opportunities to create a template reply while also making small edits to the template replies to make them really personal, like when I use the Snippets or Templates tools throughout my day in HubSpot. It gives me a quick and easy way to write a response but also easily edit it to make it customized to who I am working with at that moment. It saves me so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small changes that would make my work more organized. For example, if you could assign deals to multiple companies, it would keep our partner program much more streamlined in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing company, HubSpot helps remind the sales team when a customer has requested for more information. This helps make sure that we don't let anything slip the cracks by using workflows to set automated task reminders for outreach. It's been very helpful as our team continues to grow quickly!

HubSpot Tasks Has Been a Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing HubSpot tasks has been extremely beneficial for optimizing my workflow and improving my personal organization. They have helped to ensure that no lead or deal gets forgotten and allows me to set-up task reminders for both immediate tasks and long-term tasks for my future business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a frequent user of HubSpot and have noticed both frequent downtime of the platform as a whole and that certain features are occasionally unavailable. Since I have come to rely on HubSpot this has occasionally made it difficult for my daily workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped me to automate many of my tasks, allowed me to stop using messy spreadsheets, saved me time, and improved my organization. This has had the benefit of allowing me to stay on top of my active deals so no potential customer gets left behind.

Easy to use, easy to collaborate with team members

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get notified when a contact opens an email or clicks a link in an email so that you can call them right away is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting on Dashboards could be more dynamic if they added the filters of properties to the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating lists from events and then creating a multi-touch campaign, being able to report those results to management to have the ROI available based on the deals created.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the training classes either online or onsite, instructor-led.

The easiest CRM for your sales team

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the platform may look a little bit overwhelming at first, but it's actually really intuitive and as you along with the everyday use you get to experience multiple benefits from every tool to make your processes faster and easier. But of course, there's nothing like the automation, that is the main reason I love to use it, because now I can automate almost everything and have full control of operations without sacrificing precious time where I can manage and take care of other activities of the department and the people I work with as clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike per se, but of course I would ove to have all the tools available without having to have pro or enterprise versions, but I get it, it's the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit it's fully understanding the information about a contact, that can give the sales rep a huge step forward in knowing who are they talking to in order for a successful communication. The main problems we are solving is creating our own properties so that we can filter and analyze each section of our whole data base and fully grasp the development of our marketing strategies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best advice I can give is to take for a spin, try the free version as a small test and soon you'll love it and will be exciting about getting a more complete version and explore all the possibilities!

Easily manage EVERY single contact

What do you like best about the product?
IT'S FREE! There are different pricing plan (starter/professional/enterprise) of hubspot platform. All of them include FREE HUBSPOT CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using it for 3 years and still can not find anything really bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HS CRM we can manage every single contact from the beginning (marketing) to the end (sales and services, and marketing). We can see what people view and download on our website, gathering this way a lot of useful information for sales and services.

HubSpot changed the way I look at Email!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Templates are my new Go-To. I need to get out many technical emails to a wide variety of people seeking specific information. Templates helps me build a large base of specific emails, to ensure that my clientele get all the right info, at a very fast pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet set aside them time to learn the deeper functionality of HubSpot, but I've heard good things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaning up duplicates and old contacts is now an easy process. Templates is something that all email software should have had for years. Thanks HubSpot for changing the way I email!

Easy-to-Use and Scalable

What do you like best about the product?
Online chat with a support person! Whenever I have a quick question I love that I can jump into a chat window and get and answer easily and quickly with very little to no effort on my part. Support will even set-up a report sample or workflow so I can see all the steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one wish would be the ability to partition the database and not use teams. Such as, I have a Partner Team, an Enterprise Team, a Biz Dev Team. Be great if it was easy to partition the different groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales interactions! Having all the pipeline in HubSpot and being able to see everything at a glance. HubSpot is our record of truth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As an SMB do not need to spend money on SFDC as HubSpot will do everything you need.

What do you like best about the product?
it is fast and convenient to e-mail prospects and answer the same questions with a template. It saves a lot of time in order to use your time more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Hubspot CRM on a mobile phone. When I was on vacation and only had my phone with me, I was not able to use a template on my phone to respond to a prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it organizes your deals and followups and get notified when to contact your potential clients again. Also they have very useful tips to improve your strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to call all your leads you have to open them one by one and add the call log manually. If HubSpot could integrate a mass calling software then forget about every other CRM!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management obviously, organization with remote team members and log everything you do.

What do you like best about the product?
keeping track of leads and actions, staying organized with notes/calls and being able to connect companies to larger affiliate/parent organizations. pipeline analysis and ability to see overall activities every week. Easy search to find what I'm looking for - some issues with this feature as listed below.
What do you dislike about the product?
it takes up a lot of RAM, slows my computer down and lags if too many windows are open.
deal stage progression does not track properly on the dashboard (i.e. if I skip a stage it does not track) - I also cannot track deals lost vs. deals won. search results do not always show exact match to what I typed (ex. typed full company name, instead a lead name pops up with some similar letters, I have to scroll down to get to the company) Cannot search for phone numbers, sometimes I get a call on my mobile that looks familiar, I try to search for it in Hubspot but it will not show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply, staying organized so I can easily track and recall leads, conversations, etc. I'm able to track all stages of the deal and sales cycle, able to identify who has been contact and about what, so I know how to position my sale pitch for next time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great value for money, extremely intuitive and will help you stay on top of your sales pipeline and lead gen. Great automation tools and integration features with other sales tools
