Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it gathers the necessary information and you can use it to improve work efficiency.
I also like how there’s a mobile app, so you can still check data/information while you’re away from the computer.

I don’t think I can fault it. It’s definitely the better of the CRMs I’ve used before.

Highly recommended. I’ve used this and also Siebel CRM and this is definitely much more efficient.
Great Sales Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily import contact lists is a huge plus for us. Once imported, you can customize many fields to be able to sort through them easily and effectively to make the the best use of your time. The tasks feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to HubSpot is the learning curve associated with the platform. It will take a while to learn all of the in's and out's of the platform to be able to get it where you need it to be, but once you hit that point, it is smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to effectively and quickly call through contacts through the browser is one huge help. You can run through your tasks and call through without having to type the number into a phone or application which saves a lot of time when you start adding it up.
Great experience with the platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is constantly releasing new features that actually helps our business. I also like their tutorial videos and emails to support their new features. These are super informative as I do not always have the time to look and see what is new, but having the 10 minute video each month on their new features helps a ton. I mainly use the sales and service hub. They have made great improvements to their new service hub recently that makes my job easier like their knowledge base and NPS/CSAT surveys. Hubspot has allowed our CSM team to mostly use one platform for our different processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is getting everyone on our team on the same page. There are so many different features and different ways to use the CRM that different teams here use it slightly different. This isn't terrible, we just have to be aware of it and provide our own internal training on how we use the different features to keep everyone consistent. Overall great platform. I would rather have too many options than too little. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that in the service hub we can administer surveys. We had previously outlined in our customer journey map that we wanted to have transactional surveys for our customers, but didn't have a way to launch them. I love that HubSpot now has ability to send NPS, CES, and CSAT surveys. We used a different platform previously for our NPS. So it is nice to be able to have all of our customer surveys in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot has great resources to teach you how to use and implement their platform. If you are new to HubSpot, definitely use their training tracks. They are constantly adding in new videos that you can learn from.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has the most intuitive and easy interface to work with. I love how it give us Table view and Board view. Filters also help a lot categorize deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complain about Hubspot is that it't not mobile friendly and it does not have an app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the benefits of using Hubspot in Real Estate is to easily communication within my company and with clients. I like that how Hubspot make correspondences with one person visible to other Deal owners.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to all the traditional and old-school companies to switch to Hubspot and catch up with the technology.

easiness to use and be able to gather data fast to make the right decisions

there is nothing I dislike. It is a great platform and goes way beyond being a good product (I have taken several free courses as well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing myself better, being able to contact the right person in the companies I reach out. Being able to know which tactics are performing better so I can refine my strategy if need be

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to integrate Hubspot with so many different platforms. We have about 8 other integrated software being used in Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Hubspot does not record our calls, could be a problem on our end but there have been a few important calls we have lost because Hubspot did not record them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot streamlines the speed of phone calls, transferring the contact owner and creating closer relationships with clients.

Hubspot seems like a great foundation to integrate all other resources and software used in our company. It all is tracked and kept in our Hubspot CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Oh lord, to name a few: functionality, workflows, automation, transparency, integrations available to other software such as our internal webpage & email, Marketing Hub & the template emails available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there are things that I dislike about HubSpot. I am still learning how to navigate through the platform and they are constantly upgrading and enhancing the features provided to their clients. If there were anything I were to ask to change, it would likely be to simply enhance the list capabilities, but this could also be a user error. For example, a few weeks ago we were trying to send a email to all clients except those who have been sold a policy already. If there was a "Deal Stage" synced with each associated Contact's Deal, it would have made excluding these from the list. Instead, we revised what our marketing email said and sent it along to everyone. It worked and we got 4 new prospects out of the Marketing email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved efficiency problems- previously when using other CRMs, we wouldn't be able to see clearly which deals were falling off our radar, but now with HubSpot, we see our deals in a table view which allow us to designate certain days for follow ups on certain items. For example, Mondays = Prospecting, Tuesdays = Quoting, Weds = Presenting, Thursday = Following up on Presentations, Friday = Binding, etc. We realize that by using HubSpot daily to track our clients, their deals, their status

Utilize the trainings and blog available. There are some pretty incredible webinars & articles available to help not only Sales Departments, but also Service!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Crm is one of the best services I have ever had the privilage to work with. I have used Sales Force in the past and it doesn't even compare. HubSpot is so much easier to navigate through. The templates, documents you can create and than just add them to your email as you send out emails. I send out so many emails a day that this truly has saved me hours in my day. I don't have to copy and paste. I don;t have to type the same email a 1,000 times I can just go to template and it creates the email for me. Just go to documents and click file add documents to email. Book a meeting with Brent is awesome as well. A link I insert into my email through HubSpot services where my customer or prospect can book a meeting with me through my email. HubSpot than automatically sends webinar invite to customer or prospect. Plus sends on my behalf 2 different email reminders for webinar. I do get notified when my email has been opened or a link within the email is clicked on.I really do like this but like I said it doesn't show where it was opened. It does show you who opened it though. Thank you HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I don't like EXCEPT that the fact they took away where it shows when someone opens my email where they are opening it at. What country or state. I do get notified when my email has been opened or a link within the email is clicked on.I really do like this but like I said it doesn't show where it was opened. It does show you who opened it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just like I mentioned above. Saves me hours on sending emails. Notifies me when email or link in email has been clicked on or opened. I don't have to type the same email over and over again. I can use templates and bam in just a matter of seconds my email is done.

Do it no doubt. Definitely worth it. It will save you so much time.

I need to create and integrate a feature to send a message for WhatsApp! I work in the Brazilian market and there this is the priority communicator to clients.

In the hubspost, I work quickly to contact my clients and schedule their information.

A great sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few CRM systems in the past, however Hubspot beats them all hands down.
I particularly like that I can track what my leads are doing, are they opening my emails, re-visiting my website. I also like the deal pipeline so I can see at what stages my customers are at and if there's a particular area that I need to revisit or focus on.
The task feature is great because it means I can't forget to make a call or contact a lead.
Having an automated integrated system is absolutely fantastic.
I particularly like that I can track what my leads are doing, are they opening my emails, re-visiting my website. I also like the deal pipeline so I can see at what stages my customers are at and if there's a particular area that I need to revisit or focus on.

Sometimes leads and deals can become merged which is frustrating.
