Very intuitive CRM

  • July 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's super intuitive compared to Salesforce. You can practically use the CRM as is from the box. Having marketing hub and sales hub in one system is super easy. Our users are finding that they can figure out how to do things more easily and can process deals faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's intuitive, there are limitations to this system. We have a complex selling motion so we like to have a lot of customizations which is where we hit a roadblock. But with lots of customizations also comes with technical debt when people leave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's fast, effective and intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
The UX and Navigation is easy and digestible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more about being an expert with the tool. I know it would take a bit more time to learn how to optimize it best which I don't have a lot of during my day to day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visitbility and organization

Best CRM I have found

  • July 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It can be customized to work for almost any requirement. Customer support is the best in SaaS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more smart suggested configurations instead of needing to build everything from the ground up. The AI tools are not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a CRM. Does the job. Not complicated.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricing can be very disproportionate to what you get, depending on how you use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's overall a very potent tool to solve all kinds of problems that might occur in the day to day business of a salesperson. Forecasting, deal management, scheduling meetings, sequencing outreach and more.

  • July 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot to integrate company website so that if a prospect fills a form in the website, I will be notified of that. That makes us able to follow-up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update in HubSpot is what I am not fond of.
If I receive any lead in HubSpot, I will the details of the lead(Company, Title, Location etc.) in HubSpot itself.
But now, the HubSpot fields are auto updated which sometimes create an extra task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is solving the pipeline issue from the prospect downloading a report to created an object of the lead.

Streamlined Sales Process and Boosted Team Productivity

  • July 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it simplifies the entire sales process. From managing pipelines and automating follow-ups to tracking emails and calls, everything is in one place. The tools are easy to use, save time, and help our team stay organized and close deals faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can get expensive for small teams. Also, there are limits on automation and workflows in lower plans that can be a bit restrictive as your team scales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us stay organized by centralizing all sales activities—emails, calls, follow-ups, and deal tracking—in one place. It eliminates manual tasks through automation, reduces missed follow-ups, and gives clear visibility into our pipeline. This has improved our team’s productivity and helped us close deals faster.

I've used HubSpot Sales Hub for five years, and it’s a reliable tool for managing sales.

  • July 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
fter five years with HubSpot Sales Hub, the standout is its intuitive CRM, which keeps contacts, deals, and tasks organized without a steep learning curve. The email automation is a lifesaver—customizable templates and sequences let me nurture leads effortlessly, saving hours weekly. The analytics dashboard is another gem, offering clear insights into pipeline performance and prospect behavior, which has noticeably boosted my close rates. Deal tracking is smooth, with drag-and-drop pipelines that make forecasting a breeze. Integration with tools like Gmail and Slack keeps everything connected, streamlining my workflow. For B2B businesses, the automation and reporting are powerful tools to drive efficiency and results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the cost—it gets expensive as you scale or add features, which can strain small business budgets. The annual contract is restrictive, auto-renewing without much flexibility to exit early. For free-tier users, support can be slow, sometimes taking days for a response. The platform can also feel overwhelming with features that aren’t always relevant for simpler sales processes, like e-commerce or short-cycle deals. Occasional glitches, like issues with tracking parameters, have caused minor headaches. It’s a robust tool, but not ideal for every business type due to complexity and price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of managing and nurturing leads efficiently. Its intuitive CRM organizes contacts and deals, while email automation and sequences streamline outreach, saving me hours weekly. The analytics dashboard provides clear insights into prospect behavior, boosting my close rates. Seamless integration with Gmail and Slack keeps my workflow smooth. These features make sales engagement faster, more organized, and data-driven, directly improving my productivity and results.

Powerful Yet User-Friendly – HubSpot Sales Hub Keeps Us Aligned and Efficient"

  • July 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub stands out for how easy it is to use and customize to our team’s needs. The interface is intuitive, which means we spend less time figuring things out and more time actually selling.

The implementation was smooth, and we were up and running quickly with helpful onboarding resources and support. Their customer support is also top-notch—responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help when we hit a roadblock.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main area for improvement would be around reporting and customization at the free or starter tiers—some advanced features are only available at higher pricing levels. Also, while the system is powerful, certain customizations can get a bit complex without technical help.

That said, these are minor compared to the overall value it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using HubSpot Sales Hub, we struggled with scattered lead data, manual tracking, and inconsistent follow-ups. It was hard to get visibility into where deals stood or who was responsible for what.

Now, everything lives in one place—from contacts and emails to deal stages and call logs. It keeps our sales team aligned and makes sure no opportunity falls through the cracks. The automation and workflows have saved us hours each week, and we’re now able to track performance, set tasks, and prioritize leads far more effectively.

Overall, it’s helped us close deals faster, stay more organized, and deliver a better experience to our prospects.
