What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to implement, and easy for sales reps to adopt.

Confusing pricing for seats. Could make it more simple.

I wish it was more seamless process. Call how much I dislike not much.

It’s solving problems of not seeing deals and where they’re at in the deal stage and help me follow up with all my deals as well.

HubSpot’s Sales Hub is one of the most user-friendly CRM and sales enablement platforms available today. It combines pipeline management, sales automation, and reporting in a clean, intuitive interface. The email tracking and templates save time, while sequences and workflows help sales teams follow up consistently without dropping leads. Its integration with HubSpot Marketing Hub (and countless third-party apps) makes it easy to align marketing and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small team, HubSpot SalesHub has allowed us to automate significant parts of our sales process through sequences and improved our consistency of quality and data tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in sequences could be more flexible. Several of the default selections that can’t be changed create obstacles.

My team is new to CRM, we were tacking down data from excel sheets, post its, etc. the team has adapted well and is learning more and more everyday

What do you like best about the product?
It’s better than all the rest. Super intuitive out of the box, but also so wildly customizable. Whether you’re a b2b manufacturer, SaaS, mon and pop shop, or something else, it’s simply the best sales solution hands down.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem intimidating at first if you’re brand new to a CRM or sales tools, and unless you have a solutions partner guiding you, you may feel a bit lost.

Great deal tracking and revenue forecasting!
