We LOVE Hubspot!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the HubSpot allows our team to be on the same page when it comes to contacting clients. There are no redundant emails, we know where the last conversation was at and it spans across the whole company from acquiring leads, sales calls, client onboarding, carrying out services and help tickets. This is tremendous since we are an international remote team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get a little confusing with so many settings but Hubspot has a great training program that allows our team to keep learning and a support staff if we need extra help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us not allow any clients or potential clients fall through the cracks. Allows us to send out email marketing campaigns. We use it for help tickets from our clients. We can see the whole timeline of a client, from when they visit our site pages to meetings with our sales team, to signing a contract and all the team members who contact them and when they were last contacted and set up task reminders to call or email them again - it's super helpful!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool and a great investment!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot primarily in sales. It's a great tool that allows me to do all my tasks from one single platform (emails, calls, notes, scheduling meetings). I like as well the features that help me to automate my tasks (snippets, sequences, workflows).
What do you dislike about the product?
- The app is not ideal and I have uninstalled it recently.
- The reporting feature is great but there are a few reports that don't seem clear to us (e.g. the calculation of the sales funnel)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our previous CRMs (we have switched quite often and now we stick to Hubspot) we didn't have everything centralized. We had a system to store notes about conversations, needed to switch to gmail to write emails, to the calendar to schedule meetings and copy and paste phone numbers in a different system to call. With the HubspotCRM that's not the case any more as everything is available on one platform.
Personally, I write a lot of emails and the sequence feature has helped me to save quite some time. Same for the task queues that allows me to get fast through my daily tasks.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can highly recommend Hubspot. It's easy to use, easy to set up and offers interesting features we didn't find in other tools.
Easiest CRM and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create sequencing with Hubspot. This allows me to create a template of emails I can send to prospects saving so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see easier search methods for prospects/companies. Sometimes I don't see the name I am looking for pop up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving how to hit more prospects at a time. Time management with this CRM is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn the system through and through. It has been extremely useful and saved a lot of time. It is so easy to manage accounts and track prospects if worked the correct way. You just need to understand the templates, sequencing, tasks, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly and transparent Hubspot is for our business. Organization is everything and Hubspot makes it really simple and impactful.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time there are major lags/system failures and the email threads can be tricky to navigate through (having to expand a message, etc. is just another step)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurately identifying, classifying, and sorting contacts that belong to specific groups and following up with them appropriately.
Also, being able to create and track activity on individual and personalized templates/sequences is amazing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient at first - it's not as overwhelming as you think. Once you start setting up sequences and templates and reviewing those analytics reports, it will all seam together for you.

Hubspot made my work life easier because I get to have everything tracked and pull reports in seconds!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much downfalls here. BUT if we experience some delays, we are always updated on what's happening if we are experiencing technical difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a bit of trouble trying to figure out a structure on certain tasks. Hubspot has helped us utilize the system in so many ways to build a better work flow and it works wonders for our company!

I definitely love the integrations across other platforms. Also, the task and notification system is great. The previous platform I used lacked this type of notification system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches where sometimes emails/notes get duplicated (appear twice ) in the timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlined the follow-up process needed with each of the members under me. With me handling hundreds of members, it's made it easier to reach them out in all communication channels available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tickets could be shrunk so it won't take up a lot of space but at the same time still provide insightful information on what the ticket is all about.

Hubspot is Intuitive, If you have a large sales pipeline then you need to check out how Hubspot can make your day easier with its handling of Deals. Clean and to the point layout. Highly responsive developers.

There are a few ways to do things in Hubspot that will yield the same results, If you are not careful you can end up a little derailed in your process with the software.

We have successfully narrowed down how to funnel a large number of leads into manageable Deal stages with both short and long sales cycles. We are also working to tailor marketing campaigns to each stage of these leads based on the position of the stages..

What do you like best about the product?
Makes finding information fast and concise. Eases finding a direction for the day, locating the people to target. They are updating the dashboards consistently as well. You will log in to find new and useful tools frequently.

Some contacts get merged due to cookie tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking performance throughout the day. Seeing how well certain campaigns are doing. Segmenting groups of contacts to maximize performance.

Powerful tool- Incredible Customer service
What do you like best about the product?
In all honesty, I like the amazing Customer Experience everytime I call. It's fast, efficient, answers all my questions and everyone has a great disposition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not big on change, so it took about a week to get use to the new format but now I love it. There's nothing I don't like although I still find sequencing a little difficult .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to save tremendous time by sending out 150 emails a day. The tasks are concise and perfect each morning which saves me a lot of time.

Hubspot is a very powerful tool that allows us to e-mail, text & call to reach our customers more efficiently all in one area.

I do not have any downsides at this point with Hubspot, it provides all the necessary tools to provide excellent customer service.

We are able to use the different tools that are provided by HubSpot to make changes in how we do our business. If something doesn't work for us we are able to change to something else that better fits our needs with comfort,
