Good training tool for new job position.
What do you like best about the product?
i personally enjoyed taking the certification courses more than just the lessons themselves. The certification courses were educational and I got to see how much i actually learned after taking the courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked how you had to do certain tasks to get certifications. I'm not allowed to make a "deal" through my companies account so i wasn't able to complete a certification course i had taken because of that. Took and passed the test but could be certified because I was unable to create a hypothetical deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ive realized how important inbound sales are. I did not study sales in college, so i just had a basic understanding of business sales. Its nice to be able to log in and see any activities with companies. you can track any progress, and that makes it easy to take advantage of any lead big or small.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learning ho to use to CRM is best when learning hands on, the videos help but i've learned more by practicing on my own.
HubSpot A specific tool for customer relation management.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is one of the best tool for sales business and it comes with many reliable features for work. It’s mostly known as CRM (customer relation management) tool and allows us to customize product features as requirements. It integrated well with social media applications which helps us to introduce our product in front of online customer. Customer tracking feature is very effective for our business which enable us to track customer and communicate with them for further details.
What do you dislike about the product?
As HubSpot is an online tool so it also has some limitations which not gives us full freedom to work and feature of this tool is relatively tough for new user rather than Zoho CRM. While working with this tool small bugs occur during work and report feature still has some lacking. If we are looking for more tools for better work, then HubSpot is very expensive tool while purchase premium version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is trending tool for customer relation management and features of this tool work great for our business. We can easily get customers for deals and also customize product features as requirements of clients. HubSpot is best tool and it serve us in various ways such as Lead management, customer relation management and for Pipeline line management. It installs easily in our systems and mobile version is also available which enable us to work from any other place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can make an assignment once a day and have me informed when the time has come to chip away at that particular errand. I likewise like how I am being informed at whatever point my customers open the messages I sent to them. It causes me be associated and refreshed to them in a convenient way and take care of their worries right away. HubSpot Sales encourages me to be compose at work and makes me viable in carrying out my responsibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little I detest as they are always tuning in to the field and refreshing their framework to help our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales encourages me making or achieving every day telephone calls and messages as far as reaching my customers and keep on being a powerful representative in my industry, Marketing and Advertising as we had the option to follow what number of email have we sent and what number of email have been reacted by customers. HubSpot Sales likewise encourages me to be effective in doing reports and for an increasingly precise introduction to my supervisors and partners.

The team is always looking to improve the product - I feel that they actually want feedback and they want to actively work on it. I'm recommending it to all of my Retail friends!

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the tools have been moved around and it can be hard to find items. HubSpot has been pushing new tools out and sometimes the developer area/page editor will just go down and you can't do anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to track everything from our inbound marketing efforts to our sales and customer service. Without the CRM we wouldn't be able to keep in contact with potential clients and forecast our sales funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create a customized backend experience so that your daily routine is partially automated. It's great to not have to worry about what I'm supposed to do next; HubSpot creates tasks for me and notifies me when they need to be completed. I also like that I can see how many times someone opens an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's contacts, companies, and deals do not automatically associate. This makes it really confusing at times and also creates extra work for me when I have to go through and manually associate all of them. It also really bothers me that HubSpot doesn't automatically search for duplicate companies and contacts when importing a list. This has created issues for me and my time. At times, people have been working the same company without realizing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use HubSpot for sales. I have also realized that HubSpot can be a great tool for organizing my workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's fairly easy to use and very helpful for sales. I would suggest starting with HubSpot and then moving to something else if it doesn't fit your need.

What do you like best about the product?
its a great free tool. i was hurting for a crm to use, found HubSpot i enjoy it
What do you dislike about the product?
customer support isn't very good. even though i know its free and if i pay you apparently get some. but i really thing it could be better even for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping organized. being able to keep up with just myself in where i stand with my clients.

If you are a digital marketer, this is the right free crm to use. its really good for free.
Automation - Exactly how you want it.
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows.
Workflows within HubSpot are absolutely fantastic... Once you've got your head around how to create them,(it can be tricky to cover all matter of events) workflows will essentially do all the heavy lifting for you. Myself and the team I work with have created lots and lots of workflows. The more workflows you create will definitely impact how much work you do (or don't) have to put in yourself. If you're new to using HubSpot for sales, I'd really recommend getting some training using the workflows feature.
This also crosses over into marketing too... If your team is frequently emailing contacts, you can initiate several workflows that can take control of the prospect/client journey - triggering multiple emails based upon intent such as clicks and opens. Essentially if you create the content, you can reuse this content in a lifecycle thanks to the help of HubSpot workflows.
Back to sales however: Whether it be notifying you of a prospect entering a particular deal stage or assigning a particular salesperson to an account, workflows are absolutely my personal favourite feature. within HubSpot sales.

What do you dislike about the product?
I personally have no issues with the Sales side of HubSpot, but I hear the marketing side could do with more in depth pop-up creation. They currently use Privy, which i know integrates with HubSpot, however it may be worthwhile improving the popup function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data. Tracking data through each deal stage, never losing contact with a piece of data. Previously we have had contacts drop out of our stages not because they weren't interested, but because of the poor tracking that previous software was capable of.

As I mention in this review, please ensure you embark on training for workflows, they are absolutely essential.
For inbound sales Hubspot is my favorite CRM so far, after trying Salesforce, Sugar, and Pipedrive
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspects are the smart sequences, I like the ability to see and compare different sequences open rate, snippets, and Learning Hubspot School with Certificates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike it for outreach, cannot import contact or info from LinkedIn which is very frustrating, a simple recommendation would be to have an add-on on google to import Linkedin profiles. Secondly, as a startup, HS had a few technical issues that made the software not available, which was frustrating at times. Last recommendations: I would like to have the ability to create ques by filtering all the different types of properties rather than the only designated columns, and ability to have sequences that vary slightly depending on properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to become more efficient, do more touches in less time and deliver relevant information to the client/prospect. Also, trying to qualify/disqualify as quickly as possible to differentiate good from bad leads and allocate my time wisely. At the end of the day, the main focus is improving the overall sale cycle to increase sales.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is the sequence. It is my first time to experience that and it really is a time saver. I like hubspot crm because it is very user friendly. I also like task management especially the queing part as it also saves time and allow you to know what to finish first or the nearest deadline that should be done first.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I do not notice any unlikable features because everything is very organized and easy to learn. It is very useful especially in sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it helped me monitor my leads and my sales, it help me be on track since it has detailed deals with amount that I can see what I need to follow up and push through. It helps you for manage your task very well as it has a due date for each task you make.

To all that are looking for hubspot, I would highly recommend this as it is very organized , it saves time, it helps you out monitoring all the details of the contacts and sales leads. It is the best as it is very easy to use and understand how it works. It help you finish tasks on time because it determines the deadline of each task so it allows you to know which comes first or which can be done at a later time. It also gave you opportunity to sit back and relax as you follow all your schedules events and task.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part of this CRM is simplicity. Everything is easy to find and use. Also the there are a lot of adjustments you can make through settings. All information is very compact and easy to work with. This system really improves your companies daily task completion speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing i didn't like was applications use on Android system. Problem occurred when I was rotating screen from vertical to horizontal the proportions of tabs were not similar and it was hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot CRM so that we would always know which deal is in which status and when and who has done something with it. It is excelent that I can get to Hubspot CRM through multiple devices -phone ,pc ,tablet.
