Great everyday CRM!!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of features on HubSpot so to narrow it to one best thing is fairly hard. I really like how customizable everything is. It makes it super user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times when I'm trying to make a bunch of calls I feel like there are one too many steps before I make another call. This can result in fewer calls for the overall day I make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super easy to keep track of leads. Once our company switched to Hubspot I was able to stay on top of my leads a lot better.

What do you like best about the product?
The videos are extremely helpful and easy to follow. My company left me to get trained up on my own in HubSpot which I was nervous about, but the HubSpot Academy videos brought me up to speed and even gave me new insight to bring back to the team. It makes sense that the people who designed the software know how to best utilize it, but it's not something I had thought of before. Glad to have the knowledge now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I didn't like was that some of the quizzes took 24 hours to implement the results. I would like it better if it were more immediate so I could wrap up the training quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using HubSpot to sort leads, to nurture leads with sequences and workflows, and to create email lists. I've realized how easy it is to make a follow up sequence for leads so our interactions can be mostly automated and take up very little of my time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely at least take it for a spin for a test trial. I always learn something when I watch the tutorials and am expanding on how to optimize our usage of it. Seems pretty endless!

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM is easy to use, and has many features even in its basic/free version that are essential to any organization's success. That advantage is amplified ten-fold when you take advantage of their subscriptions. It easy to plan and execute a marketing campaign, track results, and manage leads that have been generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only critique is that I wish that the user could pick and choose what to pay for. Some features that seem paramount for elevating a small business to the next level are out of many small business' price range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use. Their online learning and certifications are great not only for getting people up to speed with how to use Hubspot, but also a valuable resource for essential marketing tips and tricks. Even the free model gives users a lot to use in their marketing efforts. The professional subscription pack is game changing as far as being able to stay on top of and influence your market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate whether or not it is worth the investment. If so, take the plunge, and make sure you try to think out of the box about ways that it can be useful!

New sales career made more managable!

What do you like best about the product?
Being new to the sales field, it was a challenge to get organized and establish a consistent work flow to my daily activities. HubSpot was an amazing resource right from the start. The learning center was so helpful, and I could view trainings as my schedule allowed. The more I use the sales program, the more cool features I find! The Sales Team Productivity tool allows me to view my activities within a week timeframe to see how I am progressing compared to previous weeks. This is motivating and really helps with the management of my activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found it challenging to find a direct phone number to call (while in the moment). I may be missing it somewhere, but it eludes me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I check the sales deal board throughout my day, and manage my deal activities utilizing the notes, calls and email activity features. All of the data relating to my sales deal is located in one spot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to utilize the training videos in the learning center. They are very informative and helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
Email Tracking - Queqed Calling and emailing - efficient email templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HubSpot has Glitches and forces me to restart throughout the day. Also, because HubSpot is my primary CRM, toward the middle of the day, it begins to run slower. Which causes me to refresh. But after doing so, it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving my issue of staying organized and keeping track of results

What do you like best about the product?
How organized it makes my pipeline. There are fewer missed opportunities due to the organization this wonderful CRM brings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I kinda wish there was an optional "pop-up" reminder for certain calls. I don't always check the notification bell right away. It might be helpful to get an alarm type alert that reminds you of a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. Very automated and that's what I love. Adding a voice behind the automation is the way forward.

Worth the investment. Brilliant tool especially for creating your own leads.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is powerful CRM tool for business of marketing and all of its features are very effective for use. It comes with many reliable features which allows to customize our product regularly and easily get customers for further deals. It integration with other social media applications is great which help us to present our product in front of online world. It integrates well with Email which enable us to track customer at the time of need and stay connected with them. It enables us to create a strong relation with customer and get opportunities to automate our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is an online tool for marketing and sales but so times it works slowly and small bugs occur during work which creates problems for us. Some feature of this tool is bit hard fir new user and as HubSpot is an online tool so it also has some limitations which not fulfill our all needs for marketing. As my personal prospective this tool is bit expensive rather than other CRM tool of market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HunSpot is great CRM tool for inbound marketing and it has many reliable features fir work. We customize our products as requirements of customers and easily get orders for further deals. We mostly use this tool for Customer tracking, Lead management and for pipeline management. HubSpot perform well for automate our business and gives us many options for tackle clients easily for further details.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM has helped me in making my workflow easy. It helped in reminding me about the task(s) I have. It makes me remember everything in detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their is nothing to dislike about HubSpot CRM. If you dislike HubSpot CRM that means you are not yet ready for an easy work flow which will help you eliminate so much stress and checking back and forth for details of previous encounters and conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up task, logging calls and emails, adding contacts (personal, company etc.), sending emails etc.
it reminds me of my task and help me automate so many activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For easy and efficient work, HubSpot CRM is the best. Don't wait to be told. Hurry now and enjoy it's greatness.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes life of a Sales guy so easy through it n number of features for prospecting , profiling , data management , Sales pipline management. All of this makes the Sales team work more efficient. I have been using Hubspot from last 3 years and it has never disappointed me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say a lot of updates on short period of time sometimes disturbs the experience. I think updates should be only done every 3 months or 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database management - Made my life lot easier to track all lead activity.
Prospecting - Tools like sequences , email scheduling , templates
Deals tracking

Increasing reach, collaboration, and output

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has completely changed the way our sales and marketing teams interact and has allowed our sales team to significantly streamline and improve our outreach. With a dispersed/remote sales team, HubSpot has dramatically increased visibility and ability to support each other's workload. I can't imagine going back to doing my job without HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
We're still learning how to maximize our use of HubSpot and feel like the reporting functionality/ease-of-use could improve. It's also challenging managing version control between Sales Documents and Marketing Files. We use the same collateral in both places and it can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're reaching more potential partners and providing more value to our partners and network than before we began using HubSpot.
