HubSpot CRM and Sales Automation keeps me efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Calendar scheduling has streamlined my communication process and helped me to go from having 1-2 meetings per week with prospects to having 1-2 meetings per day instead.

The click to call capabilities come in handy frequently as well - especially when combined with the Google Mail extension.

Being able to utilize HubSpot as a centralized document repository for sharing marketing collateral, how-to guides, and policy documents, saves me from having manually browse and attach commonly used documents.

To top if off, the HubSpot Sequences capability aligns perfectly with the Sales Playbook that we created at our organization. This means that when we make adjustments in policy or procedure on our end, it's just a matter of a few simple tweaks in HubSpot and the system immediately allows us to properly implement those new practices in a way that's intuitive and familiar to the rest of our Sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Google integration is pretty good but still has some room for improvement. I spend most of my day working out of my email inbox and some of the updates that I need to make to a record or some of the added visibility that I might desire will require me to go into the HubSpot app itself - versus using the integrated sidebar. I've noticed HubSpot continues to improve the integrated sidebar and the updates seem to be centered around a User Testing approach, so I'm hopeful that this integration will be even tighter going forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using HubSpot as our CRM, we already knew that our conversion rates were highest after having a chance to provide a 1 to 1 demo of our solutions to prospects. By incorporating HubSpot CRM, we have been able to successfully align our activities around our goal of booking more meetings. The result has been a noticeable increase in the number of meetings booked, and a noticeable decrease in the number of appointments that result in a no-show by the prospect
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest your time and effort into building a proper Sales Playbook. Utilize the Sequences, Documents, and Meetings features of HubSpot within the playbook stages in order to help you limit the amount of "busy work" that your reps have to engage in on a daily basis. This will free up your reps to focus more on selling than working on administrative or repetitive tasks.

Hubspot Task Management

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy the most about using Hubspot is the task management tools. It is great to have your task list build up over time as you are doing outreach so that you don't have to spend a ton of time planning out each day
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could set a task from the gmail integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to be much more productive with Hubspot because I have my tasks ready to go every morning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They add great features over time at no additional cost

Hubspot great for me

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with Gmail and being able to tell when the receiver opens the email
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact page could be better along with how the contacts relate to the companies,. Should be able to convert prospects to accounts then show the contacts under the company listing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing lots of prospects and being able to keep up with when their budgets come round.

Hub spot in a matter of 8 months experiece

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can link my accounts to which branches I'm dealing with on a day to day basis. I can tie in any client with their superior once I capture someone in Hubspot.

With my position I can keep all my contacts in my pipeline based on my calls, emails, etc. If we source a president of a company it should highlight others in system so we can source better and attach the right employees under the president.

I love making templates in Hubspot- I send my cadences off daily. My follow up process is maximized every time because my clients know what I need from them prior to our call.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Hubspot, sometime colleagues can create the same company and not have it pull up.

To avoid duplication first name and last name should pull up and not let anyone put the same contact in Hubspot with manager approval.


What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot keeps everything organized for me daily. I can move fast through the system, open up tabs, log calls, log emails attach all records to each call every time so I don't have to go to each individuals contact page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To avoid duplication on contacts being input into system let it be by first name & last name and make sure to attach every email the contact has ever used. What we have seen here is we work with lenders that move companies a lot and they will call in with their gmail or new company and it automatically makes a new contact instead of them being linked by the same cell phone number. We should not be able to have same name and cell phone number with new emails being input.

What do you like best about the product?
There are alot of CRM choices available, Hubspot is in my opinion the best choice. There are other CRM's that have more advanced features, but unless you have a college degree in that CRM chances are you are not fully utilizing the features. Hubspot is one of the most user friendly CRM's I have ever used and the fact that is simple for sales reps to use, means that they are more likely to use it effectively versus just going through the bear minimums
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are using Hubspot are the limitations on the tier below enterprise. I would love to send out more emails through sequences. Of course they could be cheaper, but they are not the most expensive option. My biggest dislike is the system issues right before an update comes out. Sometimes the system runs slow, but other times what work has been done did not save. They always apologize for any inconvenience and they are thorough in explaining the updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform to handle marketing and other campaigns, tons of API's that help integrate to other platforms. We love the built in systems and we look forward to seeing what Hubspot rolls out over the next few months. I believe they are going to become the top player in the space and the updates they provide always are geared to help us become more productive
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, there are competitors but Hubspot is more user friendly than other ones that I have seen.

Very intuitive and powerful CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Hubspot is simple and yet a very powerful CRM!
It allows me to know exactly where my customers are in their journey and have the proper communications with them. I strongly recommend Hubspot if you are looking at a powerful and easy to use CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations (I'm using the free version), it may be a bit overwhelming for someone who is completely new to the plateforme, maybe a video onboarding? Otherwise, once you get your hands on it, it is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I help business with their marketing strategies. We have an amazing control and insight on how our customers interact with our tool and our website. It allows us to call them when they are hot leads and close deals or follow up on previous deals.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes keeping in touch with potential customers (and past customers) very easy! Our team is able to make notes that we may not keep otherwise about our customers. It makes everything very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox tab could be a bit more deep for responding from the inbox and not going to a customer card
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to keep reminders everywhere to get back with customers. Very tedious tasks are being done with sequences. Templates standardize the tone the team sends to our customer base

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool. Integrates with so many tool in Hubspot. Helps manage contacts. Great tools! If you are in need of a sales platform, Hubspot CRM is a great option for every organization. With software options starting for FREE and with added features for minimal costs, Hubspot CRM can grow with your business. With the benefit of adding in Hubspot marketing software, you can get a full suite of tools and marketing resources in a single platform. Moreover, Hubspot is a secure, support-driven all-in-one software platform that just can't be beat. Hubspot offers and Academy program, that makes it easy to learn the tools and learn how to use them to help boost ROI and support growth and development. I would recommend Hubspot CRM to all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is a fantastic platform! There is nothing I dislike about the Hubspot CRM. It offers FREE solutions that we help build up new clients on and there are paid software levels as well for companies that require more robust sales features. You can't beat free. And with Hubspot, you get a high degree of support and training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contact management, automated emails, scheduling, follow ups, etc. Hubspot is great!

Most efficient CRM tool for business of marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a CRM tool which means it gives us all the basic features for create a strong relation with customer. We can customize our product features as requirements of customers and get their reasonable reviews for further steps of business. It integrates well with social media and with Email which keeps us connected with customer and allows us to track clients for further deals. It helps us for Lead management, contact and pipeline management and gives us option to automate our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is an online CRM tool but sometime while working with Slow internet connections information not be saved. Some of it’s features are bit complex for new user rather than other CRM such as Zoho or Salesforce. Field and sections are not well organized for giving categories to our products. Sometimes small glitches occur during work and slow down this tool. Hubspot CRM is pricey CRM as my personal experience and mobile version doesn't perform well so need more frequent update for smoother work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is CRM tool and it helps us to explore our product in front of online visitors and tackle them for deals. It integrates with social media which gives us option to introduce our product in front of world. Email integration is also very helpful for us to create strong relation with customer which is much beneficial for our business of marketing and its best tool for lead management.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot CRM is that you have all your Marketing in one place - Contacts, Sales, Marketing, Dashboard, Website etc. I'm certified in all Hubspot systems. Hubspot allows you to have and manage big data of contacts. They are always updating and adding new features as the most recent adding duplicates management. Also it's really easy to drag and drop built-in modules and built a website. It has integrated CSS stylesheet. Other positives are the forms that can be customized as you want. After last year GDPR, Hubspot integrated default options to chose if you have users visiting website from Europe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can remember about is that it's not possible 2 users to edit a landing page at the same time. Also if there are 2 users at the same time in edit mode in the landing page it starts failing to save the edited content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Website with more than 20 landing pages. Managing huge contact database. Sales pipeline. And tracking reports of visits, sources etc. Benefits are that you don't need to lose your time between different systems while you can have everything in the same page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have everything at one place, Hubspot CRM is a great choice. It doesn't need to have any technical skills to update content on landing pages and websites. Easy to use and navigate. Friendly design. If you are low on a budget maybe this won't be the best option as Hubspot is expensive for small companies.
