What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot is a dynamic, easy to use tool and comes with a learning community and forum.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few kinks with any CRM solutions that are hard to customize for your own needs. IT is a combination of working with your team and with the HubSpot team to figure out work worunds for these smaller customer needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place for our Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate with, track, analyze and update all of our deals and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommed a demo with them and really asking direct questions pertaining to how HubSpot solves your team's needs. Their platform speaks for itself but you need to know how exactly they can help you. THey offer a comprehensive CRM platform that is easy to use, easy to set-up, easy to get trained on but how you utilize it is up to your team.
A Specific CRM tool for sales and marketing business.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is complete suite for our marketing business and it has all the basic abilities to complete our all needs of marketing business. We can customize our product with this tool and easily present it in front of online visitors and we can also get their reasonable reviews about product and convert them as requirements. HubSpot help us to get customer easily and stay connected with them at the time of need and we can track them via email for further deals. It integrated well with social media and gives us option to automate our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is an online CRM so it also has some limitations which makes our work little complex. Some of its features are relatively complex for new user and they need more training to grip on these features. Fields and custom section are not well organized in this tool and reporting features is still lacking. HubSpot's features are good but I price for purchasing full version is bit expensive rather than other CRM tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a CRM tool and it comes with many efficient features which gives us opportunities to customize our product as requirements of clients and automate our business of marketing. This tool is mostly use for Lead management, contact management and for pipeline management. Mobile version is also very good for business because we can easily mage our work from anywhere.
Convenient and Simple
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM has allowed our team to be more organized than ever, in an incredibly seamless fashion. What once used to take us five minutes to find, digging through old docs and random folders, are now a click away, so it has saved us tons of time and stress on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics are the only downside. At times I've tried to create Email Marketing analytics reviews, and what HubSpot provides only scrapes the surface. To really find the best information I had to dig through Deals and email conversations manually which was rough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational problems, both personally and for the organization. For me, Tasks are a life saver, and for our team, Deals are what have given us the biggest one-stop solution to being unorganized. These, along with using Sequences for email outreach have just made all of us breath easier
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at your sales team and see what your major needs are. If there seem to be consistent communication gaps, or lack of organization, I would highly consider HubSpot. It is an incredible central place to monitor every step of the sales process
Amazing insight into our customer journey
What do you like best about the product?
The notifications showing you when your contact has opened an email sent, super valuable insight into their behavior. This means we can follow up with them at very convenient times. We can now call customers back within a hour of them opening the email to check up on them. The live chat and articles that can be pulled and uploaded to them within the chat means support agents don't need to leave the screen, leading to quicker resolutions, fewer complaints and overall increased customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plugin to Magento 2 took some time to work. Also the chatbot could do with some massive improvements in terms of its understanding - or allowing us to choose answers for certain questions or keywords asked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better able to trrack our pipeline, reach out to more customers with it, follow up and use the live chat on our site during business hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate your current software usage, and see if it can be more streamlined through Hubspot. This is what helped us the most and helped justify the cost and impact had when switching across .The guides, modules, exams and videos help to make the software easy to learn and implement. We also had a call each week to check in on our progress, help needed and advice on how else we could use the system in the business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the marketing tools HubSpot provides, so we can see a better insight into our customer Journey. I also like the contextual marketing, with the live chat function that pops up depending on where the potential customer is in their journey. very clever. I am a big fan of the planning & strategy too, with best practices aligned - we can plan everything on HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing i disliked was the lengthy process of setting HubSpot up with our Magento 2 site - this proved difficult both ends, HubSpot and our Dev team. Other than that, it is fantastic, with no issues whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are fantastic. With regular automated tasks, the sales & service team can work to a deadline and follow up on query's and with great analytical reporting, we can track every customers behavior. I also like the automated reports and the ability to plan SEO content and PPC strategy inside the software. Meaning I can now use less paper, and delegate tasks to the wider marketing team inside the software itself rather than using a kanban style productivity tool like Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth every penny if used to its full potential. Using clever AI to link every team and make sure nothing is missed.

how easy it is to use and all the help and support i get from the HubSpot Support team.
Keeping track of all your customer by defining personas to only make it easy for you to target those personas the you have identify.
Email templates functionality is really easy to use and the recommendations it makes, really helps you to create a very good email.

What do you dislike about the product?
With so many functionalities available is really easy to forget how to use some of them if you do not used them often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the type of person the loses focus and attention easily, specially if i have to do things the might seen redounded it can be very boring and my productivity level just goes down. I find it that with HubSpot i am able to get small tasks done, while increasing my productivity level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best CRM out in the market all the right tools available with just one click and the On boarding service support is out of this world.

What do you like best about the product?
There are heaps of things about HubSpot that I really like but my top 3 are - email sequences, the easy to use interface (which was in BETA) and the free courses to help you develop your skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is when the sequences are created that the task part could be added to a queue. For example, I would like to add my call into a specific queue I have already set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organisation has been off the richter scale with HubSpot. I have been able to work more leads and never drop the ball because of the tasks and integrations that HubSpot offers. My favourite is tracking my emails and logging all my conversations in HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a no BS CRM system then this is the one.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to streamline my work with the use of sequences, and the help and support of the Hubspot team
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the chat I wish there was a way to have better notifications that a chat has been started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a lot more efficient and am able to track on follow up with my leads/ customers as they progress through the sale process. I love knowing how interested they are in our emails and documents

I would say to anyone considering Hubspot, stop considering it and get it it will be the best thing your company can do to progress
By far the most comprehensive and useful CRM I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect of HubSpot is how user-friendly the interface is. I have access to an incredible amount of information about contacts in a single view, which ends up making my life ten times easier and ultimately provide a better experience for contacts. In addition, being able to set reminders for certain tasks and follow ups means I can clear brain space for higher-level thinking and leave the details to HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish the Deals were set up differently and that Deal attributes were most customizable. I still find myself making custom Excel spreadsheets for certain elements of tracking. I also don't like that sometimes the system seems to 'forget' that I'm an admin on the account and prevents me from taking certain actions, like Creating a New Deal, etc. Usually the CRM works fine, but sometimes there are minor tech glitches that can really throw a wrench in your day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I can log so much information in one spot and manage almost the entirety of what I do through the platform, saves me time by not having to constantly switch programs. I love the amount of data I get about a contact's behaviour and how they are interacting with our content - this makes personalized reach outs ten times easier.

It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of features on HubSpot so to narrow it to one best thing is fairly hard. I really like how customizable everything is. It makes it super user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times when I'm trying to make a bunch of calls I feel like there are one too many steps before I make another call. This can result in fewer calls for the overall day I make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super easy to keep track of leads. Once our company switched to Hubspot I was able to stay on top of my leads a lot better.
