What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to synchronize with Gmail, Wordpress, Google Analytics, among others, has accelerated the sales of my company while it has organized everything that was previously messy and it became more difficult work, but now I like that I can have sales , the tasks and still see how each staff unfolds, HubSpot has been a great acquisition for us, hoping that it continues growing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not specify something that disgusts me to the point of not recommending it to my colleagues or simply to stop using it, their customer service is very good and always aware of helping, the free trial we received was just like the one we are using, it is a very complete and robust software in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to measure the performance of our investments, we have been able to create lists to segment our clients, thus achieving a more efficient work in my sales team, and they offer updates in real time, that way my company acts quickly against the requirements of the users and we offer each client the best attention, the change we all notice.

The major shortcoming of HubSpot is stickiness and lack of integration. It doesn't carry a value proposition for users. For using the technical support of Hub Spot you need to pay. Some of it features are bit complex for some users they don't know how to use it properly so it may need some changes which can make it easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track my emails and see when people open them. It also has CRM and management tools, which are all awesome. Mainly I just go for the tracking though. I use it for personal use too. I don't use it for much else, so it's hard to give any further advice

It works pretty good, though, I get logged out a lot for some reason. I dont like having to log back in all the time, but the product itself is awesome

I am organizing my emails with it. It also reminds me when I need to follow up, and gives me notifications every time someone opens an email, so this helps me with follow ups.

Like most CRM applications, it can be cluttered very quickly. There is a lot of manual input by our application administrators, but that is the case with every tool. We are still working to make things easier to enter and integrate from our older tools, but HubSpot is the easiest tool so far to use.

Lead collaboration by the entire team is one of the problems that HubSpot is solving. We previously struggled with keeping everything together and up to date. We are now able to easily pull in notes, conversations, and status into one place. Sales and business development personnel, even the technically challenged ones, can use the system by simply adding the Outlook extensions so that conversations are managed by the application.

Give it a try, at least the free version. It will open up and free so much time for your day to day tasks.

HubSpot has all the basic features for work better for the business of marketing but some of it features are bit complex for new user compare by other major CRM tool of market. Price for buying its premiums version is bit expensive. Reporting features need more improvement and it has some limited features which are not full fill our all needs of inbound marketing. HubSpot has limited features so it need to be upgrade for some new and well defined features.

Hubspot is new way of marketing so it's features are relatively new for new user compare by other major CRM of market and it's not advanced yet and relatively inflexible for complete all the tasks of marketing business. Hubspot pricing is so high and trial version don't have all the features as well as in full version. Reporting features need more improvements and sometime small Bugs occur during work. More temples would be more effectual for email.

Custom and files option need more improvements and HubSpot CRM is more expensive rather than other marketing CRM tool of market. Some of it features are a bit complex for new user and user need more trading for group on this tool.
